Buying a new car is usually a pain but not here. Megan, my sales person was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as was the rest of the staff that assisted in my purchase. I highly recommend Community Ford of Bloomington for all your needs.

AVOID THE SERVICE CENTER!! I took my vehicle in for a recall affecting nearly 800,000 vehicles, but their incompetency was that of 1 in a million. I was assured the recall work would take 4 hours to complete. It took the service center 2 full days and then they delivered my vehicle to me while driving on a totally flat tire. All in all, it took 3 weeks and immeasurable frustration to get things resolved and that's only thanks to Shaun Davis from the sales department and the mobile tech, Randy Olsen.

Just purchased a new Gord Fusion. The salesman Harry was outstanding. Everyone including the finance girl (wish I remembered her name because she was awesome) was super helpful. They even added additional discounts they found that werent originally discussed. Top notch service.

Good folks. Never had bad experience with service department. Very friendly and helpful, especially Josh the service writer. Not the best deals on trades but fair enough. Nowadays we need to sell our cars then buy straight out. They have 3 dealerships all connected in a row so all those new and used cars can be considered with 1 sales person.

I am on my 3rd vehicle with community Ford although one of them is a Dodge it was purchased through community Ford. The specialized treatment that everybody gets through their experience a community forward is nothing short of perfection! Their staff is fully equipped to handle any circumstance and answer any question and they always have full attention to any and all details regarding pricing and the quality of the vehicle you are purchasing. They have also been very welcoming to my children who range in age from one year old to 7 years old even through Covid-19. Paul and the rest of the staff are AMAZING!

Went in for oil change and general check up and was done in about 45 min. Staff was very friendly and did a great job ,as usual.

Update: after extensive discussion with management the car was examined by the company mechanics and our son s money was refunded in full. We very much appreciate their willingness to work through this and do the right thing. Our 18 year old son bought a car from Community Car sales on Friday 2/12. On Wednesday 2/17/21- the car caught on fire- a total loss. Community Cars provided no assistance. Did not offer any compensation, refund or exchange of vehicles. Their customer service is horrid and I wouldn t let my worst enemy purchase a car from them! Run the other way! Do not buy a car from this dealership!

I was very pleased with my experience with Community Nissan ! The sales staff and management were absolutely amazing and I would recommend anyone to go and see them if you want to buy a new or used vehicle in Bloomington In.

Their location is nice, but I've brought my jeep in a dozen times for the same issue and only now is it (hopefully) fixed. My biggest issue is that the service staff don't explain anything. I bring in my car, they say something like, "Looks like its an active code issue." or "We'll have to replace the cam phaser." as if I have any clue whatsoever what those things mean. They would benefit greatly if they took the time to explain at least the basics of what's wrong in plain English. As someone who knows nothing of cars (but who has a great amount of experience explaining complex issues in a simple way because of my job as an RN), improved communication would be greatly appreciated.

The guy was rude, and I could tell they wanted to run out of there. There was $25 until they closed but the guy said they wouldn't be able to program my key if the car wasn't there within 5-7mins

Dealer prices for service. Wanted three times what other shops would do the same job for. Doubled the estimate for diagnosis. Service writers writing for themselves not the job needed.
