Matt and Dee were fantastic in helping my wife and I find the vehicle we ve been wanting. We were a little hesitant knowing it was a few hours away but the entire team treated us extremely well. They even drove it down to us 2 hours away so we didn t have to drive back there to get it. Will definitely do business with them again!!!

Damaged my engine starter and I kid you not quoted me $980 to replace it. I ended up towing it to another mechanic that quoted me $170 for the exact same thing. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

The work they had to put into locating a battery drain, all the diagnostic testing. All procedures were performed as quickly as possible. Nissan kept me in the loop with what they found, were still looking for and when I could expect to have car back.

Horrible experience. I called the day before to ask a question and was told I didn't have an appointment even after receiving two reminder texts. When the car was being serviced I declined extra services that were performed anyways. My $300 service cost almost $700 even after being given discounts. Completely frustrated with the whole experience and will NEVER go back.

Took my car there for an oil change and routine checkup; they charged me for brake pads change without any communication, and my car had only under 9000 miles then! I just don t like it when it is not transparent and feels dishonest!

This is one of the few times I have gone out of my way to leave a review for the most stellar service I have ever received. Kyler & Matt Moore were the most laid back and fantastic sales individuals I have ever come across in the auto sales biz. LADIES THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP!!!! I was very intimidated at first being a single female shopping alone for a vehicle. Kyler & Matt were truly professional and put me at ease immediately because there is no high-pressure sales tactics at this dealership. True gentlemen 100%. Would highly recommend to anyone. If I could give 6+ stars I would. We first found Community Nissan of Bloomington on Google and found a car that we liked. We noticed that you could call and schedule a test drive so we did. When we arrived all we had to do was walk through the front door and ask for the individual we scheduled with. First off, we were greeted with a warm welcome. VERY knowledgeable staff. The car we wanted to test drive was ready when we arrived. Every single question we had was answered. We ended up getting a brand new car for the first time. Jeff was fantastic to work with. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and respectful, Jeff helped us decide what car was best for US and not a car to just sell some customers. Jeff was quick to listen to our wants and needs, he was absolutely top notch. After we found the car that we wanted the paperwork was easily handled by the team. Hannah was wonderful to work with (as well as all the staff we came in contact with) she was able to get different options for financing available for us and provide different options for warranty and explained everything perfectly. Hannah's knowledge about the services her company offers is awesome. After the paperwork was complete, Jeff once again surprised us and made sure we knew every option we had with our brand new Nissan Rogue, and reviewed everything! These people are a team. I could go on and on about the great things at Community Nissan. Thank you again for all of your help! If at all possible, we will be repeat customers.

DISHONEST CAR DEALER. WILL TELL CUSTOMER THAT THEY INSPECTED AND SERVICED USED VEHICLE. THEY DO NOT DO SO. I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE BLOOMINGTON STORE. THEY WENT AND GOT IT OFF OF THEIR LOT IN MOORESVILLE IN IN JANUARY.I GOT A CALL FROM THE MOORESVILLE COMMUNITY DEALERSHIP ASKING ME IF I STILL WANTED TO BUY A CAR. I TOLD THE SALESMAN I ALREADY DID. IN MID-FEBRUARY.I ASKED SALEMAN WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE THEY DID TO MY CAR AT MOORESVILLE. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE DEPT AND THE MANAGER THAT THEY DID NOTHING TO IT BEFORE SELLING THE CAR TO ME.I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER TO FIND OUT. HE GOT RUDE TO ME ALSO. HUNG UP PHONE ON ME.I GUESS THE CUSTOMER BILL OF RIGHTS ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT TRUTHFUL!

Our salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right vehicle for us and was very nice and polite. We have never had as good as an experience with a salesman as we did with Matt. Everyone else was nice as well, Hannah is also a very nice / sweet person.

I visited Community Nissan last week to check out a used Nissan. It's been looking for a used Altima for two months and had visited several other dealerships. Eddie Batchelder was the salesman who showed me the car and took me on a test drive. He was informative, respectful, interested in what I really needed in a car. It was an EXCELLENT experience, the BEST experience I have had with any dealerships. I highly recommend checking out Community Nissan the next time you need a vehicle.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE FIXED OR SERVICED. When we took our 2015 Nissan Rogue here to be evaluated after a check engine light came on they had a long list of things that needed to be done including changing all our break pads and rotors (which they had just done last year!), and telling us we need a new transmission. When we said we weren t going to get those things changed immediately they conveniently added in that our car is unsafe to drive because our front lower control arms are loose. All the repairs added up to more than $10,000. They told us they could instead buy our car from us for $4,000 leading us to believe our car was totaled. However, because they had so recently changed our break pads and rotors we were skeptical and took our car in to get a second opinion. The mechanics we went to next diagnosed the car for free, checked everything, easily fixed some weird rumbling the car had been making and made sure all was in order. Our car needed nothing more than a simple tuneup and more transmission fluid. Save your time and money, go to Mission Auto Care instead!

Shawn, the service department representative, was very polite. He got me right in and took care of handling my extended warranty process. He also kept me updated throughout. The technician was familiar with the issue I was having with my car and got me back on the road. I appreciate that and I will definitely look forward to dealing with them again in the future whether it is to service my vehicle or purchase a new one. Thank you!

I came in because the button to open my hatch quit working. I was quoted for the button plus a handful of maintenance services that I didn't request, for a total of roughly $3000. I was told those prices weren't set in stone and that I could get a discount if I did all the services. I said I only wanted the button fixed. When I went to pay, the total was more than I was quoted. I was then told that they charged a $140 diagnostic fee, which pays the techs for the time they spend figuring out what the issue was. I ended up paying just over $1000 to get a button fixed! I'm disappointed the diagnostic fee wasn't included in the original quote. I'm disappointed I was charged $140 for them to "diagnose" exactly what I told them when I brought my car in. And I'm wondering what happened to the flexibility in the pricing that was explained to me during the quoting process. I'm pleased they fixed my hatch button, but I left feeling like they took me to the cleaners because I refused to pay $3K for a full service package.
