(Service department) Poor communication, poor call back, and definitely didn t try to go above and beyond for a customer with a starting issue willing to pay for diagnostics. I expect better from Mitsubishi. Please don t respond to this post asking what happened and what you do for your customers. Reach out to me directly and we can talk, if your willing to actually try and help a future customer then I will redo my review.

Great to work with! Reasonable and honest customer service. Never got the feeling they were taking advantage of me or getting too pushy. Helpful through the whole process and took all of my questions seriously.I would definitely recommend them for buying and servicing your car

Great experience at Community Mitsubishi. I drove 3 hours from Cincinnati to purchase my new Outlander and was very impressed by how they do business. My salesman Mark was upfront about everything and made the buying process quick and easy. Jake Sweeney in Cincinnati tried to charge me almost 7k more for the same vehicle and options.

The salesman was not very helpful and not professional not dressed for the job and the stickers on his computer was inappropriate. Also told me that the brand new car I was getting the bumper to bumper warranty was not available to get. Worst part was once I came back with the cashiers check to get the car he took it to the wash bay and it was scratched before I even left the lot! I will never buy another vehicle from your business again. Worst experience ever.

I got my car worked on. They have been very helpful, they even except the responsibility for my last car when the engine stop working. They have helped me in so many ways. Today they where helpful as they have been. They worked well and fast. Checked everything and was really thorough. Though a lot higher in cost than most other places around, understand prices are going up.But I was upset about them not drying my car when others where being dried. I had to rewash my car. Not mind so much, I like to do it. But if they are going to dry other cars that they are going to sell, or other customers. Then they need to dry everyone's car. It is a nice service to have. But a little extra tension on everyone goes so far. I was a little upset when I saw that and expressed my feelings to them. Felt they gave me a little run around just to get me out of the store about that. However, I will try to get past it if they just start going the extra mile and everyone's car.Will keep buying and gettingy car serviced there. Thanks for the hard work.

Excellent experience at Community Mitsubishi! My saleman, Mark, was very professional and helpful! The Mitsubishi Outlander SEL I purchased is outstanding and they gave me a good price for my trade-in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

My outlander sport goes in for service everything works but when I get it back my A/C dosent work. They tell my wife who took it in and call back when it didnt work that they couldn't check it then because they didnt have the equipment at the time ( theirs was broken they said) but as soon as I brought it in (same day) they all of a sudden not only had the equipment but had no problem wanting to charge me $200 to run diagnostics. What was found by other techs was said to could have only been done by hand . So I wont EVER go back here.

What do I get my antifreeze change since I am in Tennessee and I shouldn't have to pay for this to be done since the dealership did this. Shame on them to cause so much pain and a financial burden on a senior citizen plus I don't have money to pay for expenses that they cause
