This is the second new Kia Soul I've purchased from Community Kia of Bloomington, the first one being back in 2013. Best car I've ever had. I appreciated the friendly service and quick email responses I got regarding the new vehicle I purchased, as well as the service dept. getting me in very quickly to double check something that turned out to be a non-issue. Thank you!

I am late in posting this review, but I had a great experience at Community Kia in August 2023. When my husband and I went to Community Kia, we were exhausted. We had spent the last two weeks looking for a new vehicle and had been on the receiving end of high-pressure sale tactics from another dealership in town.Community Kia offered a completely different, smooth experience. Mikel Smith was our salesman, and he was so kind. He let us check out our options at our own pace, and when we decided to purchase, he made the experience enjoyable and quick.If you are looking for friendly salespeople, this is the place to go. I cannot say enough great things about Mikel.

I had a great experience for my first service at Community Kia of Bloomington! I took my KIA K5 there for my first FREE oil change and tire rotation. All of the staff were very kind and explained things throughly. They got the job done quickly, complimentary swept out the floor mats in my car and washed my car off!! Would highly recommend this KIA dealer for service!

I worked with Clint Young at the Community Kia of Bloomington. I spent months deciding on the car I wanted and then weeks researching car dealership within 200 miles of my home, comparing pricing and researching the ins and outs. Found a lot of dealerships marking up the Kia K5 I was looking for 5-10 grand over MSRP even when factory ordering. Had to drive two hours to get there but it was worth every minute. Clint helped me factory order the exact car I was looking for and he made the entire process easy and convenient. When I got to the dealership everything was exactly as we had discussed with the sale of the car over the phone. If you want fair pricing and an awesome experience I would recommend this dealership every time. This is who I will be sending my friends and family too in the future hands down. I Highly recommend! Also absolutely love my new 2023 Kia K5!

After leaving this lot not happy and purchasing our Kia from another Dealership, was worried regarding customer service for routine maintenance. The service department went above and beyond for the appointment. The service manager is amazing and Bloomington is lucky to have this gentleman as the manager.

We purchased a brand new Kia Telluride 2022 from this dealership. We then realized the key hole to the glove box is completely missing. We reached out to 2 separate employees at the dealership & emailed them pictures, hoping to receive some type of guidance on our next steps to get this resolved. After weeks of no response, we contacted the Kia manufacture. At this point we were finally told we had to physically bring the vehicle in (which is over an hour away), just to confirm the key hole is missing. We can THEN begin the process of reviewing the warranty. This is an issue that should have been caught before we purchased the vehicle. Very frustrated with this company and lack of effort/ communication to resolve this.

This place is probably the best Kia dealership in the country, Sebastian and Andrew were more then helpful with my father s car, gave me an amazing service and I felt like I could really trust these guys! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Bloomington

Although it took nearly a year to get the car I ordered, each individual was very great to work with. Although they have no control over car production, they were extremely apologetic that it took so long. Friendly, knowledgeable people. Grateful for the positive experience.

I contacted Greg about a Kia Telluride they had for sale and put a deposit down on it. He sent me photos and a video of my new car. The next morning he texted and said the owner decided to buy it and he didn t charge me my deposit. The owner of Community Kia stole my car from me. They are not trustworthy. If I could give them no stars I would.

I have been in the market for a new Kia for about 2 months. I saw on the web site they had what I wanted. Set up an appointment with Austin, and it was so nice, no pressure, friendly workers, even offered me lunch while I was waiting to work out financing. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. If your looking for a new or used car ask for Austin.Thanks Austin.

When I stopped by Kia Maintenance to schedule my appointment, I was given a list of work they would do along with a cost estimate. The work was explained so I understood what they needed to do. On the day they worked on my Kia Soul, I received a free Courtesy Car ride home and then back to Kia. Fred, the driver, did an excellent job. When I picked up my Kia Soul, the cost matched the estimate and all of the work was done. I always have all maintenance on my Kia Soul done by Kia Maintenance. I always go back there for all work because everyone is really nice, they don't mind taking time to explain everything, they explain why some things I ask for aren't needed on my Kia Soul, and they do excellent work. I'm always happy with their work and the treatment I receive.Thanks!

Review applies only to service side: I was told it would take 6+ weeks for them to be able to look at what was wrong with my vehicle.An at home code reader was able to identify it for me.The shuttle service guys were both very nice and honestly the most pleasant part of my experience.

I thought I was getting a great, the salesman was very nice. I took a test drive and fell in love. Little did I know I got a lemon. The muffler quickly became loud and I took it in to find that the extra warranty I bought for 2000 pp wouldn't cover it. And it was going to cost me 3000.00, now my air conditioner has gone out several months ago and they won't fix it either. I paid 15,000.00 and I am not happy. My health is bad, I have cancer and on S.S. and now have to drive in a car without air conditioner. Shame on you for selling me this lemon! And yes this is the Car I purchased in 2022.

The team at Community is amazing! They really treat you like they care about more than just a sale. We visited four other dealers before buying at Community and so glad we bought from them!! We will definitely be back and will refer others!! It was an easy transaction and I didn t feel like I was over sold or pushed into buying anything I didn t want, which seems almost impossible in this day and age!

If you are thinking about buying a Kia, stop looking at other dealerships and just go to this one. I can't say enough good things about them! I drove 2 hours from Evansville, IN even though we have a Kia dealership here. I ordered a Kia Sportage Hybrid and they said it would take about a year. The car came in 10 months early! :) Unlike other dealerships right now, this one is charging MRSP, not $3k-$10k over MSRP. Then they matched a good cash offer on my trade-in. I won't buy another car from anyone else!
