This dealership is one of the best dealerships I've done business with. All of the employees are happy and gives the place a very nice social environment.Hats off to Devon Wadsworth, our sales man, and also Nate the finance guy.It was truely a simple and fun experience. I/we really enjoyed purchasing the 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat.I/we would definitely do business with them again

To open up being completely honest, I have owned my previous vehicle for seven years with no payments left on it then I was forced into the market to replace it. I was not looking forward to stepping foot on another car lot however, the staff at Community Ford of Bloomington made that experience a good one this time. Seven years ago I do not feel as though I had the best experience, this time speaking with Phil, Lane, Randy and Jeff was not something I was dreading. Despite how many times I called to ask a question they always answered politely and honestly I felt. Unfortunately I did not get the pleasure of meeting Phil in person due to him falling ill, but he was a big part of my decision to make the drive into Bloomington as he was in touch via phone and text making sure I had no questions. Jeff was extremely helpful over the phone anytime I called and was pleasant in person. Working with Lane and Randy the evening of the purchase was just as good. This time the buying process was smooth, easy and something I actually enjoyed. Again guys, I know I told you in person but thanks tremendously for being so kind and easy going. Despite having to drive in to see the truck I can honestly say I would have no issue doing that again if it meant working with you four. I just hope I wasn't to much of a bother with the constant phone calls and questions. Keep doing what you are doing and word of mouth will do Community Ford of Bloomington good, there isn't very much good around these days but you guys showed it does still exist.

We worked with Jerad Long and Meghan Keilty and they were awesome. They explained all the features on the car to us and made sure we understood everything about it. The entire staff was amazing. We would recommend Community Ford to anyone. So if you re looking for a car or truck go see Jerad or Meghan.

Very unhappy! My husband scheduled an appointment and was given Monday 12-4-23 as his appointment date. He took the day off work and took the car to Bloomington about 45 minutes away from our home town. He arrived early but wanted to make sure he arrived on time. He told them again what was going on with the car and how the engine light came on. Auto Zone said it was something with the turbo. He sat at the fire dealership all day long. When I say that I mean he and one of the service people ended up having to try to find a rental car from enterprise at like 5pm. Of course no rentals were available and ford wouldn t let him have one of there rental vehicles. So they had to put the car back together so he could take our vehicle so he could go to work on Tuesday. After sitting up there all day they hadn t even gotten the turbo fixed. So Tuesday after he got off work we drove back to Bloomington got a rental and dropped our car off at the ford dealership. I asked them if they would change the oil, check the struts, and fix the turbo issue. The service department said he would get it taken care of. When my husband arrived at the ford dealership 5 minutes later he asked the man the exact same thing for them to change the oil, check the rattle in the front end because he thinks it s the struts, and the turbo. They called Wednesday about 1pm said the car was done. I called back to make sure they changed the oil, fixed the turbo, and fixed the struts. The man I was talking to said no they hadn t changed the oil but they fixed the turbo. He said he would get on it. We picked the car up today Thursday and now the only thing they did was fix the turbo. No oil change and supposedly they didn t hear the rattle or change the struts. We will gladly never take our vehicle back to the ford dealership in Bloomington. I m not sure how many times a person needs to ask to have their oil changed but my goodness I m not happy with the customer service at all.

It was amazing to work with this whole team! They made my first dealership experience so easy and the car is perfect. There was not a time where I felt uneasy about the purchase because they all made sure we understood exactly what the process was, what we were signing, and future care. Thank you guys so much!

Sales Rep Lane Rankin was very helpful from the moment he made contact on the lot all the way through closing! Don't let his young age fool you! He is very knowledgeable and does not pressure you into a sale. Lane was very kind and I definitely recommend contacting Lane for assistance at Community Ford Bloomington!

Truly caring and efficient staff. I have been purchasing vehicles (4) and having them serviced at this facility since 2013. I don't think you could do better. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and good at their job. I highly recommend!

The service department is overpriced and low quality. I brought my 2018 Raptor in for a simple brake squeal. They kept my truck for two days and the bill was nearly $900 for one axle. The brakes still squealed, so o returned. They kept my truck for two more days, and blamed the issue on the pads being installed incorrectly by the original tech. $300 more and still no fix. I ve called to see about getting this resolved, asking for assurance that they can diagnose the noise within 1 full day of having my truck, but they said bring it back and we ll see what we can do .On a previous trip to their service department, I was charged $2000 for a sunroof repair during which they left several hammers and tools in my truck (which I returned when I noticed upon returning home).I wouldn t recommend this service department to anyone unless you are under warranty and it s free - then, at least you get bad repairs at no cost!

Community Ford Bloomington provided a quick thorough service to correct our BEV Ford eTransit HVAC system! From the initial reminder call to the speedy service, my experience with Ford was top-notch! They didn't just meet expectations, they exceeded them. Not only did they call to remind me about my appointment, but they also helped me schedule it seamlessly. And the best part? Talk about efficiency I was in and out within the hour, just as they promised!

I ve been a longtime and loyal customer of Ford. A few years ago, I purchased an F150 and drove it for a while. Later, I decided to purchase the newest model and went to Andy Mohr Ford, where I had purchased the previous truck, in order to trade for the new one. I specifically told them I wanted the same truck with the same options in the newer model. I was assured that is what I was getting. Upon driving the one hour journey home, I realized 4 of my previous truck s options were not there. I called the dealership the next day and was basically told too bad, that the truck didn t have those options and I couldn t get one like my previous truck. So I paid more money for a lesser truck and the salesman was deceitful.Fast forward now 10 months later and I am still missing my adaptive cruise and lane centering. I stop by Community Ford in Bloomington IN. They were so helpful and couldn t believe I was treated the way I was at Andy Mohr. Community Ford wanted to make this right for Fords sake. They traded me a truck same year as mine with the options. I am thankful for staying Ford loyal and thankful for Community Ford for making things right. Shame on Andy Mohr for misrepresenting and not standing behind the Ford brand.

GO TO ANOTHER FORD DEALERAlmost 2 years ago i ordered a new superduty, i waited and waited, it never showed i never got a call. Long story short, they claimed it was never ordered, i was mad but stuff happens..Fast forward 10 months ago, i ordered a ford maveric, i wait and wait, i was told it would be around November and so i call, nope not in yet no biggie, so i wait another 2 months, i call and all of a sudden there s no order for me. They claim the maveric was never ordered and Scott don t work there anymore You re trying to tell me I ve tried 2 times to place an order and magically the dealership forget to place the order or are they selling it when it hits the lot without telling me?? I think so, this is a joke This dealer is rock bottom garbage!!!

We bought a used Kia Soul recently and we absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. Gerry, our salesperson, is an extremely amazing person. It was a huge pleasure to know him. The service manager told me that I needed 20 new Lugnuts at a price of $270 with free installation. I ended up going to the city just south of Bloomington and buying 20 new Lugnuts for $63.99 including tax. so I will stay away from Bloomington Ford for the rest of my life until everyone else I know to do the same

Had an issue with a "Computer No Response" message on my dashboard. It kept dinging every 10 ft down the road. The Service Tech was able to calibrate it correctly. Thank goodness! That was driving me crazy!

The service at Community Ford of Lincoln was first class. We had a relatively urgent issue to be fixed on my daughter s car. We were new to town and our previous dealership was too busy !The guys at the Service Desk were so friendly and accomodating!The Service Advisor Steve was amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Everything fixed and on the road again.Great dealership, waiting room A+++

I was shopping for a new truck and stopped by. I was asked by a girl to see if I had been helped pretty quickly. I asked to see a truck and she said she was actually with someone else but would send someone to help. Lane came out very quickly, introduced himself to everyone, even the kids, and started answering questions. When I wasn't set on the first truck after the test drive, Lane asked questions to try and help find a truck that fit what I was wanting. Lane was personable, knowledgeable and honest to what he didn't know. Everyone that we interacted with was friendly, even when we got ready to leave and there was a seat belt issue! Everyone jumped in to help get it fixed. Thank you Lane and Community Ford, we will definitely be back!

I started the process by completing an online loan application. After playing a bit of phone tag, I decided to just go to the car lot to see if I could view the vehicle I had been wanting and find out my trade in value. I was greeted by my salesman, Joel. He is such a friendly guy! Within probably 45 minutes, they had my loan approval and appraisal done. The vehicle I was wanting was a fresh trade in and was still in the inspection process so I would have to wait until the next day to take it home. The next morning, Joel let me know the vehicle I was wanting needed more work done than what they were expecting it to need. They had another vehicle at the lot in Spencer that I also liked but it was a couple thousand more than the original vehicle. The finance team were able to work their magic and get me approved for the nicer model. Joel went to Spencer and brought it back to the Bloomington lot within a couple of hours. I did my test drive, fell in LOVE with the vehicle and returned to finish up paperwork. The entire process was so simple and all of the guys made me feel comfortable throughout the process.I highly recommend Joel for all of your car buying needs! I know we will be using him in the future for our car buying needs!

My wife and I had been shopping other dealers across the state. Frankly? We were getting burned out. We knew exactly what we wanted. But it was a nightmare. We kept getting knucklehead after knucklehead, sales people cutting me off mid sentence when explaining what I was looking for, direct questions asked ignored and left unanswered, prices kept getting misquoted from their very own websites we had our fill of this nonsense. It was utterly ludicrous.On a lark, we checked Bloomington Ford again, and noticed they had exactly what we were looking for and the numbers were close. It had just come in, in fact. So we walked in at 4:45PM on a Friday and were politely greeted by Miss Ali Dunn. I m so very happy to have met this young woman! She is honest and knows her stuff, and she doesn t try to put on airs or fake her way through not knowing an answer. She produced all records available to her (on request!), and was always friendly and polite. And you know what? It was 22F outside, so she offered to bring the car to us at the showroom to inspect!We went on a test drive after looking the vehicle over, and Ali was a total professional. She was relaxed and great to work with! She had a good route planned for us and was a great coach for my wife, who was nervous driving something so nice that was already much larger than her previous car. It couldn t have gone better.After the test drive we got down to hard tacks, we drove a hard bargain with some very specific terms that needed met. And you know what? She and her F&I partner Brett stayed until 9PM, well past closing, to get the terms of the deal met. They were an absolute joy to work with. No drama, no pushy nonsense, just a couple of friendly professional adults acting like, well, friendly professional adults.After this spectacular treatment and care, we left with what is hands down the nicest vehicle my wife and I have ever owned. Better yet, we left with a fantastic warranty and a deal that didn t leave me crying in the shower every morning! It was like someone was filming the perfect way to work a car deal, and no one let me in on the joke. Textbook.Let me leave you with this bit of free advice. If you need a car or truck, please for the love of your own sanity skip the rest of those slacking high-pressure miseries and go directly to Miss Ali Dunn at Bloomington Ford. She and her team will treat you the way people should be treated. And for the record, no, I have been in no way recompensed for this endorsement. You really don t want to see what I wrote about the OTHER dealerships we looked at. ;)

My daughter s car was not starting-needed diagnostic testing. Ford diagnosed and repaired her car same day so I could get it back to her for school. We felt confident that they listened to our concerns and fixed it in a timely manner.

Worst place I have ever been for service, I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to. Had them do routine maintenance (tire rotation, oil change, filter changes, etc) - who could screw that up ---- they did. Check out these pictures I have a dually and to properly rotate the tires you have to dismount them and remount them on the proper rims (so far 3 other dealers in 2 states have done this - and without issue.) You may also notice that the center rub cover is missing on the drivers side (yup - that's $100.00 bucks to replace). Live a learn .

Omg!! Best experience ever buying my car! Austin my salesman was great!! No high pressure to buy very knowledgeable about all the cars I looked at. Randy the finance mgr was also awesome he made it all quick an easy very friendly had all my paperwork ready when I got there Love my new Equinox. Truly a great experience. Don out in Spencer was a very nice guy, not pushy, and has a great personality. I've grown up and lived in many small communities all my life, and he definitely delivered that same small town feel that I've always known and loved. Great vehicle and service. Transparency was also great in being able to see what all work community ford did to it, rather than "our shop inspected it". Family business for 25 years, and to me it was shown that they do business right, just like a community would. Thanks again Don!!

Yesterday I purchased a 2017 Ford Raptor from Bloomington Ford. I live in central Wisconsin and cannot express how great of service was provided from this dealership. I would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Shawn Davis who was my salesman throughout this whole process. They were more than accommodating with everything I needed to get the deal done. Shawn even agreed to overnight me my paper work in Wisconsin and meet me half way to cut my drive in half. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! Shawn sent me pictures of my truck daily to keep me excited and in tune with everything that was happening. The dealership rush ordered my tonneau cover and had it installed the morning before meeting me to take delivery. When we met to do my vehicle trade, Shawn went over all the features of the new truck and was super excited for my wife and I. Shawn made sure the truck was fully detailed and full of gas for me to make my drive home. He went above and beyond again for us and said he ordered me a Ford Raptor beanie that matched the orange interior of my new truck. As I was entering my hometown after the 4 hour drive home, I received a text from Shawn checking in to make sure we got home safe. This is something that really showed he cared and is a genuine person. Not your typical car salesman! I could not be happier with my experience with this dealership and will refer them to anyone looking for a new vehicle and amazing service. THANK YOU SHAWN and everyone involved at Bloomington Ford. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for our daughter at IU. The staff was very helpful, listening to our needs and their suggestions reflected that.
