Malisa James is the best, absolutely beautiful person inside and out. She helped me get into a car after the first one I bought got totaled a week after buying. Malisa at Carplex Bloomington really knocks it out the park when it comes to her customers. She s thorough, doesn t sugar coat any obstacles and ensures you understand everything that you re signing up for. I can assure you now that I won t deal with another car sales person again if it s not Malisa. She made me feel so assured about my purchase I picked out my car whilst at another dealership. Picked it up that night. After purchasing a suv from a dealership and was absolutely slaughtered on price & interest Malisa assured me clear and lower apr than any other bad credit loan company in the us. She was right!Lowest APR (locked in), Lower payment, top notch & amazing customer service is why I recommend Carplex Bloomington! Especially Malisa she is the greatest. Carplex has been more for us than a dealership, they ve became family.

No B.S. non-sales approach here. You're told right up front what you're paying for. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES, no creepy guy trying to attach an extended warranty without making that clear. The cars are clean, affordable, reliable. The payment program allows you to pay off early and avoid paying interest for early payment. Oh....my new Sentra is frikken gorgeous!

Unfortunately I wrecked my car a few weeks ago insurance determined mine was a total loss on Wednesday and gave us 72 to return the rental. My husband started searching for a car got me. It had to be reliable. But it has to be a perfect deal because of my credit. Everywhere I had looked I was looking at a interest rate over 20 unfortunately. I called and spoke with m. She was compassionate and understanding. She helped me find the perfect car with only 24 k miles. She added a additional warranty on for me. She also go my interest rate to drop 10% vs any other lender or dealership.I ve already started sending family in the similar position her information.From the time I walked in the building to the time I left we felt like everyone cared about our situation. Not about the sale.All the cars I saw on the lot are super clean and low miles.

Carplex gets 5 stars from me! My credit was not great, I was struggling to find a place that would finance and I was running out of time to find a new car before my old one bit the dust. Ryan was AWESOME. He worked with me to get approved and kept me updated on everything. He got my car transferred to Bloomington so I could test drive it. I was in love! We asked to have the back tires replaced and he had it done. Ryan was friendly and easy going. Answered all of our questions and made the process very smooth and easy! I am extremely happy with the car and definitely recommend Carplex!

I would absolutely recommend getting a car from here. I was completely nervous about the whole car buying process but Ivan answered all of my questions and was very helpful.. The sales manager Ryan was wonderful. Made me feel super comfortable with the process while explaining every detail. Down to earth and very personable place.

Malisa was absolutely wonderful! I don t have the best credit and didn t have a big chunk of money to put down on a vehicle, but she was so kind and understanding. I was feeling defeated after being turned down at other car places but she got it done and I was able to leave with a 2021 Kia Soul! I would recommend her to anyone!
