Love these guys. Our car was repaired in two weeks, everyone was nice, helpful, and personable, and it was a painless process. I enjoyed chatting with Latitia while I waited, and she and Mo filled in holes Geico left out. Victor was thorough in the estimate and review, and everyone went above and beyond. It's a great place. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone 100%. Victor greeted me by name in the parking lot as I was pulling in. He kept me informed of progress and changes while the car was being repaired and again, greeted me in the parking lot to pick up the car. 1st class service beginning to end. The office staff were friendly and quickly took care of the check in, check-out and rental car. Thank you so much.The car was returned to me in better condition and much, much cleaner than before the accident. The paint was matched perfectly. The panel lines were straight. The car has 212,000 miles. I now hope to see 300K . Thank you Victor and Team.

These people are awesome! They were fats and super effective! They cleaned up all the repairs on my car swiftly aswell they even cleaned the inside of my car! Was soooo nice! They basically detailed my car! If I could pay for this service just to clean the inside of my car the way they did, I would. I ve never seen my interior this clean in my life! I highly recommend these guys to anyone in Bloomington!

Caliber Collision isn t some cheap or shady body shop, they are really good at what they do. They give you frequent updates on the status of your vehicle and are very good communicating with you. Victor was a straight shooter and a good dude. Most important of all my FordF150 looks awesome.

Awesome service, excellent communication and excellent quality of repairs.They towed our vehicle to their shop, worked with the insurance and started the repairs all in the first 48hrs... All repairs were completed quicker than I expected and they even vacuumed out our vehicle as well as hand washing the outside....Thank you for the awesome work!!

This is a company who Geico contracts with to handle estimates after accidents. They worked well with my daughter and I. I wouldn t have any problems choosing them again. Nice people.

I am so nervous letting anyone work on my stuff and let me tell you they made me feel good and did a awesome job I knew everything that was happening when it happened part came in damaged had to order another but didn t make my original pickup time change they got it done and made it look even better like brand new Thanks Mo from Bloomington IN

I had a 5-star experience at Caliber! Victor took great care of us and communicated with us the entire time our vehicle was in Caliber's possession. Our vehicle was ready on the date we were given as a possible pickup. Victor made sure we understood how to care for our car after having the body work done. Highly recommend!

We brought our vehicle here for some bodywork because it was a preferred vendor for our insurance. The staff was so friendly and very clear about timeline/cost, etc. They did a great job on the repair. We were very happy with our experience. I hit a deer and it took 3.5 months for the vehicle to be completely repaired. When I went to pick it up, I checked the engine and some push screws were missing.Additionally, they offered to call to talk about it and never did. I keep on finding stuff wrong with my car.I had to reshape the windshield wipers for them to work again AND had to reconnect my own windshield wiper fluid. Changing my review to one star.

Sucks getting damage to your car, but if you need bodywork, paint or damage parts replaced they have worked out really well on a few occasions over the years.

I frequent the drive from Chicago to St Louis and as i was leaving a gas station I noticed a horrid noise coming from my car. I quickly searched and called Autumn over there. She told me to go ahead and stop by. Panicking as I m 2.5 hours away from home i head over and the noise did stop however they were so kind to go ahead and check it out for me. I didn t catch the First Gentleman s name but him and Mike (as well as Autumn) were AMAZING to me. Put all of my fears at ease and got me sent on my way in under 30 minutes! Cannot recommend them enough

Hit a 4 point western/8 point eastern deer which shattered the front grill and bumper, and pushed the radiator into the block. No venison for me, the buck staggered off. Caliber did a GREAT job and I am delighted in the result.

Even though it took a while to get the work done (due to their being extremely busy), I would not hesitate to recommend this shop. They did excellent work, communicated well throughout the process, and had the work done when promised. I was very impressed with the service I received. Caliber dealt directly with my insurance company, arranged for a rental car and had them come to the body shop to pick me up, and took care of the arrangements when I returned it. They did a great job on getting my car repair from an accident in a timely manner. They are amazing with their communication other texting or calling with updates. Very friendly and ready to help.
