This is the 3rd car we ve purchased from Byrider Bloomington and have been happy with our experience every time!! Vance and Brandon always make the purchasing process smooth! Cindy is great too! We love the team here at Byrider Bloomington!!

Would definitely recommend Byrider Bloomington to anyone looking for a vehicle! I worked with Vance and couldn t have been happier. They worked with bad credit and was able to get me into a car quickly with a small down payment of what I felt comfortable with! Would definitely deal with them in the future!Update: Purchased another vehicle from Vance and definitely recommend to anyone searching!

The. Worst. Place. In. Bloomington!!!!!They will sell you awful vehicles that will run long enough to get them off the lot, and a month later it'll break down. A family member of mine told the guy selling them the vehicle they wanted to be able to travel in this vehicle, the guy said it ll be perfect for that and continued to sell them the car. A couple months later, broken down. Now they ve had the vehicle for over two years and it s been more in the shop than they ve been able to hold onto it. The amount they ve paid in maintenance, they could ve had the vehicle paid off by now.Doesn t help that whoever is supposed to be helping customers on the phone expects everyone in life to be handed everything. We come from a low income family and are trying to grow from that, and the woman said: well don t you have someone who can help you pay? How are you just gonna quit your job? Meanwhile this family member is doing deliveries for a living and explained that prior. The woman answering the phone is hateful, rude, and refuses to understand what it s like to struggle in life and work with the customers coming to Byrider. I will not be recommending anyone here ever again. Awful place and people.

Lorenzo and Jeremy helped me achieve a long time goal of finally getting a truck. I'm so excited right now to have this vehicle and couldn't be more grateful. Lorenzo even made sure i was fully approved before I stepped foot on the lot to avoid the heartbreak of being rejected! 5 stars is nowhere near enough for these guys. Than you gentleman! You have one very happy customer right now.

Vance and Lorenzo we re super great from start to finish. both VERY helpful, super nice, great sense of humor. there s not a single person i wouldn t recommend to come here! very appreciative for the car i now have! thanks guys!

This place rips you off! Over charged us for a car. And making us pay more than what the car is worth. Still hasn t fixed the leak in our car after multiple promises that it would be fixed. Within a month my husband was stranded on the side of the road with the car. CNAC is terrible they have no sympathy at all. I m the only one working and they can t even work with me. I have more bills then just a car payment and all Samantha says is well how can you afford your rent if you can t afford your car? Like how is that even her business. Then they threaten to garnish your wages if they take your car like what!!! That isn t fair. YOU sold us a bad car and YOU guys won t fix it. I hope Samantha s finacal situation never changes cause lord she still wouldn t care. This place needs better customer service

They originally said they need to have my car half a day to have it finished and fixed. But they had it all done running like new within 2 hours.
