Would give 0 stars if I could, bought a vehicle in January out of state and still have not received my title. Almost no communication from the dealership and every time I call in to ask for an update they act like I'm inconveniencing them. LIKE, SORRY I WANT TO REGISTER MY CAR IN MY OWN NAME. How about you do your job and get me my title it s been 4 months. Literal worst experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY out of state from this company.

I work 8-5, and dont have a lot of time to call/meet during the week so I submitted an online message . 4 days passed, no reply. Ended up calling them and spoke to a guy. Told him I tried to reach out about a Hyundai but hadnt heard back. Asked for some basic info on the car, and he paused to say "well what to you wanna know". Idk, how about we start with the fundamentals...mpg, total miles, previous owners....price? Work with me here. I was driving, so after pulling his teeth for some details, I asked if he could just email me. He said he couldnt do that....Never introduced himself. And def didnt apologize on behalf of the company's lack of communication. I called the manager later that day and kept my cool yet he defended the salesman saying "yeah he's old school, he just dont really know computers." Not sure what that has to do with being courteous. But also, how many online customers do you think he loses per month by not knowing how to email or open messages? I've been in sales for about 5 years, but you only need 5 minutes to know this is an obv example of how not to conduct business

Jason at the Southside location made purchasing my new vehicle absolutely seamless! He made sure the whole process was smooth and I understood everything. As a first time car buyer, I felt heard and any questions I had he was willing to answer. He also recognized my grandmother as a returning customer and a car that she has purchased almost 9 years ago. I can not recommend Bland s Auto enough! If you need a pre-owner vehicle in the Bloomington area, make sure you stop by Bland s first and I m sure you will find what you re looking for!

I had a great experience buying my 2015 Infiniti Q60 Convertible from Bland's Truck and Car Inc. Jason Bland got my deal done from 811 miles away. the car was in excellent condition Just as Jason said it was. No surprises Everything about this transaction was A+ and I highly recommend Bland's Truck and car if your looking for an Honest and Upfront Dealer, whether Local or several states away Bland Makes the Car buying experience a pleasant one.

Great truck buying experience! I traded in a high mileage truck for a very clean nice silver 2011 GMC Sierra. Jason gave me a fair price on my trade-in and a fair price on the GMC Sierra. Jason was very knowledgeable about the truck, and once all the numbers were worked out, the paper work was done quick and easy. I highly recommend Bland's Truck & Cars Inc. for your next vehicle purchase!

Highly Recommend.I spent almost 2 months looking for a Ford F250 with the 6.2 gas engine. I found the truck I wanted on there website, I sent them a email that I was interested in the truck and guess what. I got a phone call the next morning from Will checking to see what info I needed on the truck and if I wanted to come see it. I explained to him some of the horror stories of trying to buy a truck in this market and he was all to familiar with them. I told him I really liked this truck and wanted to put a credit app in for it. We did the credit app with no nonsense, he called back told the truck was mine and when could I pick it up. When I got to the dealership it was very clean, Will was dressed very professional and he was very polite. He let us take the truck for a drive as made sure it was what we wanted and already had the paper work ready. We signed paper in just a short amount of time, it could have been done faster but we were able to sit and talk like old friends with zero pressure on us. And best of all, when he gave us the sales contract it had the exact same numbers on it that we discussed. No surprises and no extra fees. This is how buying a vehicle should go. We were very happy with our purchase and the service We will definitely be back in the future.Thank you Will for a great customer experience.

The guys at Bland's were extremely helpful helping me find the perfect vehicle under my budget. The whole process took less than an hour including selecting a warranty package and financing. Thanks Jason! I love my Enclave!

DANIEL IS AWESOME!I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Bland's a few weeks ago and the entire experience was great! I live out of state and Daniel was awesome throughout the entire process. He was extremity quick with his responses and provided me with any info I asked for. I would recommend Bland's to anyone who is in the market for a new car!

Jason made buying my used truck about as painless as possible. He didn't push the sale, let me check the truck out on my own time, and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. We reached an agreeable price and he took care of all the paperwork. Much more laid back and honest than a majority of the dealerships I shopped at when looking to buy used. I've recommended Bland's to friends and family, some of which have purchased vehicles, and all of them have had nothing but great things to say. Wouldn't hesitate to shop with Bland's again in future.

This was the most painless experience I've ever had when buying a new-to-me vehicle. Customer service was excellent and really fast. I bought my truck "as is", but I've never had any car salesman actually tell all the issues with a vehicle before. (There was only one and it wasn't a deal breaker for me, but I really appreciated the head's up.) I got a really nice truck at a good price and I would definitely go back if/when I need another vehicle. I highly recommend Bland's car sales.

My husband & I purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper S in VERY NICE condition for our son from Jason Bland. Jason was personable, professional, honest and easy to work with, not at all pushy, and he offered us a fair deal. All the vehicles at the S. Walnut St, B-town location were in great shape and the dealership is very nice and well kept. We would recommend anyone to stop by any of the three Bland's Auto locations before buying a used vehicle elsewhere. Jason and his brother will treat you right.

The Salesman Jason was extremely friendly and honest with me when buying my first car on my own. Although it was my first time he was very patient with me and thorough in explaining the whole process so I wouldn t be surprised by any hidden fees. It was a great experience, and I could not be more please with my new Hyundai Sonata. If anybody is looking for a honest dealership that will give you the best value possible they should definitely come here!

I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 from Bland s. Jason was up front and honest with me, and we were able to meet on price, which made the process very easy. I am very pleased with my truck and purchasing from Bland s. I could of went to big name dealerships around the area, but I wanted to support the local guy with just as good if not better vehicles for the more reasonable price.

I called and talked with Jason about a Jeep that I found online at one of their dealerships. Jason was great and answered all of our questions and even took additional pictures for us that we had asked for before we made the two hour drive to test drive it. I had given him info and pictures of what we would be trading so that we would have an idea of figures before we got there. We didn't want to waste his time or our time if we knew we couldn't come close to an agreement. We purchased the Jeep because we loved it and because he made everything very easy and was great to work with. We would definitely make another purchase with him and highly recommend Bland's Truck and Car!

What a wonderful buying experience! I started looking for a Pre-owned Crew cab truck several weeks ago. Thought we could find a better deal around the Indy area. But after a few nightmare experiences with Andy Mohr, Bill Estes and smaller dealership in Lebanon, IN, I ended up finding the best deal at Bland's Truck and Car! Blands by far had the cleanest and best quality vehicles we looked at. They actually know how to detail a vehicle! Jason Bland was my salesman and was a pleasure to deal with! He worked with us to get the best deal to fit our budget. Very personable and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. In the future I will not hesitate to make another purchase from Bland's Truck and Car.

Fantastic customer service. As I was looking for a car a gentleman greeted me, tossed me the keys and told me to take it for a spin after getting my license. He didn't try to hard sell me on anything and let me be the captain of this experience. I was sold after driving the car, which included the carfax already inside of it that I could look at when I got back. I went inside to start the paperwork and was helped by this same gentleman. We were just talking like old friends. Very comfortable conversation. No pressure. He handed me his business card at the end and it turned out to be the owner Jason. Talk about a surprise. Perhaps it went so well because his name is on the building and he takes great personal pride in taking care of the customer. Needless to say all the paperwork afterwards was a breeze and he handled it. He made sure to explain everything clearly and never once tried to rush me to sign anything. Will definitely be buying my next car from him as well.

Blands is a GREAT place to go! The people are very friendly and their goal is to make you happy! I just recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from there and it was such a simple process. The car is amazing! They helped us out incredibly by calling to multiple banks to get us approved for the loan. This is the place to go if you are looking for a fair deal and a simple process. Go now before it's too late!

Jason was awesome! We had just got the absolute run around at a big car dealership, and the experience with Jason was straight forward. We knew what we were getting from the start and exactly what our deal was. No backroom visits, no haggling back and forth with the unknown used car sales manager. I would absolutely recommend Bland's!

I already had my financing lined up and ready before I showed up. I talked with Jason for a little bit and we looked at a few cars we test drove a couple of them and we found the car we wanted. They already had the carfacts print out in the glove compartment of the car so I could see what the history of the car was. Jason gave me a great deal and the purchasing process was as smooth as possible. I feel like I was well taken care of and I'm glad I got my new car here. Thanks Jason and Bobby.

Looking for a gently, used, clean car fax, vehicle? Bland s Auto is the place to shop. All of their used cars are brand new looking vehicles. Are you looking for a new vehicle? Tell them what you want and they WILL find you the exact vehicle you are wanting to buy. They are a no pressure, let you look, kinda dealership. Keep doing what re doing Bland s!

Recently went in to attempt to finance a truck, long story short, my student loans (which I'm not paying on due to still being in school) apparently made it so IU Credit Union wouldn't finance me. Even though they were unable to get the deal completed, Arik and Brad did everything they could to try and get things done. Fantastic pair of guys working there. I highly recommend going to them if you're in the market for a vehicle. I appreciate everything they did for me

Extremely rude and unprofessional salesman. I went there to test drive a car and within a minute of driving the car, the salesman asked me what kind of price I'm thinking off. The car was in terrible condition. The front bumper was destroyed from stone chips and scratches. The interior felt very clunky and many important things did not work. The seat would not move forward or backward and the steering wheel adjuster was broken to the point where it would not lock the steering wheel in place. When asked about service records before the test drive, the salesman told me he had the CarFax. When I insisted on actual service records, he said he did not have any. He gave me the CarFax and for the last 4 years there was no indicated service done. All it said was "vehicle registration renewed". When I then asked him if a component in the engine was replaced that causes catastrophic engine failure out of nowhere with no prior symptoms, he laughed it off and said "the car has been driving fine the last few days". Replacing this part requires an engine-out service and is therefore extremely expensive. He was completely clueless about the car. During the test drive when he asked me about the price I was thinking, I gave him the Kelley Blue Book value. He got extremely angry and offended by this and told me that he "does not look at KBB". Oh really? You're telling me that you are a car dealer and you don't educate yourself on what a car is worth before you place it for sale? I am extremely knowledgeable in what this car goes for on the used market and I am not just blindly stating the KBB value. The dealer was asking nearly twice the KBB value and significantly more than other dealers 40 miles away. After he told me he doesn't look at KBB, he had the audacity to say "why did we even take the car out then?" after which he preceded to order me to go back to the dealership. Just ridiculous. I have never come across such a rude, unprofessional salesman. The only reason this dealership stays alive is because they take advantage of the many international students. All their cars are extremely overpriced.

I drove 3 hours to this dealership to look at a truck they had for sale. The truck was great other than a rough shift between 2 of the gears. They did not appear to know a whole lot about the vehicle when questions were asked. Blands indicated the truck was still under powertrain warranty. I asked they work with a Chevy dealer to address the issue since it was still under warranty then contact me so I could come back to purchase the vehicle (asking them to contact me if anyone else came across it that was interested). After 4 weeks of no returned phone calls I finally got through to them only to learn they sold it off (WITH THE PROBLEM) and refused to get it fixed. I don't appreciate the lack of customer service and would not recommend this dealer to anyone! Mike was the guy I was dealing with at the 1st street location.
