My muffler had completely broke and rusted off the car. Google estimated it would be $200-$240 fix. The mechanic who's worked on my car - Jason - found a hole in my converter, welded it for free and fixed my muffler all for $170. I was nervous about being swindled out of my money but they were very helpful and showed me exactly what they'd be doing before they did it and it ended up being much more affordable than I was expecting. They got it all done within the amount of time they said it'd take - about an hour. Very nice staff and nice waiting area where you can watch TV on a big screen. The whole experience was a lot less daunting than other mechanics I've been to.

Brought my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix in today as a walk in and said I needed the resonator replaced. Got a call back within an hour and a half saying completed and at a great price. From A to Z takin care of and will highly recommend to others to take it here to Bells!

Great price, great service and fast. I got Bell recommended to be from a friend. They fixed us up right away. Price came in under the estimate which was already 70% less than the dealership. I will certainly be recommending Bell to anyone that needs exhaust service on their vehicle.

I don't write reviews often but had to immediately leave one for Bell's after picking up my vehicle today. For years I've been told "old Subarus get loud" -- I have a 2011 Forester. When something finally came loose on one of my mufflers, not only did Bell's fix the rattle, they somehow made the vehicle quieter than it has been in YEARS. And all with fast service and a great price. I wish I'd taken this in to Bell's years ago!

I came here because I had a leaky exhaust on my car for a while. I found out that this is kind of a 1st come 1st serve place, so that's good to know when trying to plan any repairs. They explained to me that my engine was loose and would need new motor mounts before they could replace the flex pipe and muffler that were leaking. I appreciated that they were honest about it. So after taking it to another shop to get that fixed, they ordered the parts I needed and we worked out a time when I could drop off my car for repairs. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and explained what I needed to have done. They even quoted me a price for the bare minimum work if I wasn't able to pay for the muffler. I liked that I had options but I knew it was a matter of time before I'd have to come back so I decided to get it all done at once. This is a very honest shop and my car is so much quieter now. Plus, I don't have to deal with the exhaust smell while driving anymore. 10/10 would recommend for any exhaust related work. The price wasn't too bad either. I'm used to having to decline unreasonable prices and explain that I don't need all of the extras. It was refreshing to find that they did exactly what I came for and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you!

Excellent fast service, got my truck in there and back out again in under 30 minutes. Owner of the company is still working side by side with his dudes. Level of professionalism cannot be overstated, tech explained exactly what was wrong, showed me the problem, and then explained the costs before starting work.Will be back, very impressed.

waited 3 hours for them to look at my exhaust. didnt do any work, told me theyd have a price in 10 minutes. Then told me to go home and they would call me in 30 minutes so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop any more. Over 2 weeks later they call me back and give me an insane price to fix my exhaust. Another local shop quoted my at less than half what they said. Front desk is unorganized. Half the time you call the line is down. This place doesnt know what theyre doing. Total mess of a shop just trying to rip me off and wasted my time.

Highly recommend. Dealership told me I needed new muffler and some other stuff in the exhaust system. It was gonna cost a small fortune. (Fortunately for me) they didn't have the parts to fix it so I took my SUV here. Had it looked at and fixed for a fair price in less than an hour. I am from the area but have since moved away. On my way back to bloomington my exhaust came apart. I called and got in first thing in the morning. They fixed my car knowing my husband was a mechanic and that it just needed to get me home. They replaced everything that needed to be and charged me a very fair price. I brought my car to them last minute to get a quote to repair my exhaust leak, and what they told me was fair and they could get it repaired the same day. The job took maybe 30 minutes at most and my car sounds so much better! If you bring your vehicle to them last minute just be prepared that there are other vehicles ahead of yours so they may not be able to get to it right away or even that day. I'm definitely recommending them to anyone I know.

I took my car into a different shop and told them I need a flex pipe changed.That place said I need my whole down pipe changed, $300.I went the Bells and told them I need my down pipe changed (shopping for a better price). They looked at the car and told me only the flex pipe needs to be changed. $100.End of the day, the first place tried to screw me over, but Bells was honest.Shoutout to Tiny for being straight up with his communication.Service: Exhaust

Very impressive. Dropped vehicle off Monday morning before they opened for business at 8:00 AM. Called shortly after 8:10 AM and car was done within 2 hours. Outstanding work quality, much cheaper than expected and nice staff.

I called several times and talked back and forth with Tiny and figured out what would be best for me and my car. Finally took it in on a last minute notice and had him take a look at it. Me being me I did not realize that they closed at 4:30. He stayed after and finished so that I could be happy and make sure that it would work. I would most definitely go there again and have it done all over again. It s 10/10. I heavily recommend him. Period.Service: Exhaust

These guys are really good. Today I went in with a muffler problem and dropped my vehicle off. They said they would give me a call when they take a look at it and give me an estimate. Before my ride dropped me off back at home, they called and said it would be ready in half an hour. The price was very reasonable too. We turned around and came back to their shop even before the given time and my car was ready. Incredible. They were very nice people. Highly recommend.

Saved Christmas! Exhaust snapped on the way to Ireland for Xmas - on the 23rd. No way of getting a new exhaust on the day for my car. A few garages I rang said go to Bell's it's your best bet. The work others wouldn't touch Bell's had the tools and expertise to do. Got me back on the road in 2 hours and Christmas was saved! Lovely people too

They are great, never over charge. Fast, friendly and will show you and visually point out what they will fix.I have even taken perspective vehicles I was deciding to buy and went to put up on the lift to see if any problems.Nice people, not fancy or fluff, just practical honest work.I have sent many friends to them too.

Great price's, great service. Came in with a exhaust leak on my truck and left with a brand new exhaust for way cheaper then I was thinking. Would highly recommend to anyone needing exhaust work to go here and have them take care of you and your vehicles.

Took in our car for a new flex pipe to be installed. Called on a Monday for a quote and came in that following Wednesday. The price was very reasonable, the people were friendly, and the service was exceptionally fast! In and out in about 10-15 minutes! They did what I asked and told me of some other issues they could fix or leave if I wanted, no pressure to fix anything other than what was quoted! The quote was spot on too, so no other surprises! Great service! I highly recommend them!

Great experience! Got there in the morning with a few people ahead of me. They took me in the see the exhaust and showed me the issue as well as a second joint I didn't know was about to fail. Pricing was great and I knew what I was getting into ahead of time. It cost me less than what I was previously quoted to fix one joint to fix the whole exaust. With people in front of me in line it still only took about an hour for the whole process. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

I loved my experience here and will do all future business with Bell s. I was in and out in an hour, as there one was person ahead of me but service only took 30 mins. They did an excellent job and I m very happy with the result. I was even taken back to my vehicle so I could see for myself the issues underneath. They did amazing on my exhaust and the final price was reasonable. Very professional and courteous.

If you need exhaust work done they are the place too go! And more the worth the wait! I need a leak fixed on my car the dealership wanted 4 grand to fix it ( they wanted to replace the whole exhaust for a little whole on a weld). BELLS fixed the leak for me for 65 dollars. THANK YOU BELLS FOR ALWAYS TREATING ME RIGHT AND BEING AFFORDABLE! GOD BLESS YOU!

The first time I was in, I was fully expecting to have to schedule a time to drop my vehicle off and leave it for a while. Not the case, they immediately put it up, diagnosed it, and had it repaired within an hour. Even brought me back to show me exactly what needed to be done. Was very impressed with their ability to make the repairs without cutting bolts that are permanently rusted on from years of road salt. The price still has yet to make me cringe yet as well, which is always a nice surprise when it comes to auto repairs. The first time is a fluke, but the second time establishes a pattern. Happy to say my second experience was very similar to the first and will keep them on my list for future work.
