Terrible. We waited over a month for a bumper repair. The repair was fine but they didn t repair a deep scratch that was a part of the minor accident. Not only this, but they stole a bottle of $150 cologne from the car that was always left in the console. The smell is still here, the cologne is gone. It s possible they broke it because the smell is very intense where it was stored. They could have at least told us!!

DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!!!!! THEY HAVE HAD MY KIA SORENTO FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS... EVERY TIME I CALL THEY SAY, OH IT SHOULD BE DONE NEXT WEEK !!!! LAST WEEK THEY SAID IT'S BEING PAINTED & I ASKED IF THAT WAS ALL THAT NEEDED DONE, I WAS TOLD YES & THEY WOULD CALL ME THIS TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY TO COME PICK IT UP, WELL NO CALL FROM THEM SO I CALL THEM, JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM & NOW HE SAID THEIR WAITING ON A TIRE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ORDERED THE 1ST WEEK THEY HAD IT !!!!! I SWEAR THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!!!!

The manager and staff were really nice and understanding. I don't know if they're in charge of/create the price of the tow bill or if it's the company that towed my car to Autoplex but it's insanely, ridiculously high. However the guys there are solid and I personally think they're not out to take every penny you have, they care and want to help you resolve the situation.

These guys are great. I had an insurance claim that they were fixing. The driver's side tail light had been busted and the body was bent around the light housing. They were fixing it but there was an issue with the paint not curing in time because it had been raining for at least three days prior to the date they promised I could pick it up. Despite doing all the work inside their garage it was to humid and the paint wasn't curing right.On a Friday, they called me to tell me that I could pick the car up if I needed it but when I asked if it would be better for the paint to let the car sit over the weekend they told me that was not a bad idea. I went ahead and picked the vehicle up the next Monday and they had really gone the extra mile for me because their time estimate was wrong.....even though it was mostly the rain which (I don't think) they control. They did some extra work without charge and without telling me till it was done.VERY professional work and interactions and I was very pleased with every aspect of my interaction with them.I really appreciated how nice they were and what a great job they did on my Explorer.

Fast, Friendly, and super professional. I m so happy we decided to use this service. They did the ceramic coating on the interior protection for my vehicle. Very happy with the results!

Took my F150 in to have the interior cleaned, yesterday, and it looks brand new. That after 3 boys, 4 dachshunds and a baby all made messes. Nick also saw that the cover on the end of my rail runner was off and they put that back on, complimentary. I got a scuff from a pole so fender-well needs some work and they gave me an estimate...very reasonable. I will have that done in the near future. Thanks for the great service, Autoplex.

We took the car to this place to repair a minor dent near the headlight. Although the 3-days repair turned out to be 11 days, they did their best to repair it and communicate with us why it took so long. The insurance company requires them to order used fenders (at least two) before ordering a new one from Audi. But both of the used ones couldn't be used to my car. This process took so long. But the result is good and the car looks new right now.

Services rendered were completed prior to the estimated date of completion. I saved a lot more than the competitors parts pricing. Staff were very courteous and pleasant, and they called often to provide updates on my vehicle. I ve been there before, and will recommend them to everyone. I ve chosen to go to AutoPlex Collision more often than the competitors. And I love their free popcorn.

I brought in my jeep after it got hit with a rain gutter and was scratched with white paint. I went in terrified that it would cost an arm and leg to repaint the car, or buff it out.Apparently I didn't need to be scared though, the repair only took 2 minutes and some kind of special remover spray. They didn't even charge me! The staff was incredibly nice and insisted that I didn't owe them a thing--I just needed to remember them if my car ever got some serious damage.I know for sure I'll be back if I ever do need more serious work. And not just because they offered free popcorn and Gatorade in the waiting area!

Got estimate. Insurance company tried to get information from them for a week and they never replied! Poor estimate and they don't seem to want the business. To to cross and they did a much more through estimate finding things autoplex didn't. Wouldn't recommend this company!

We needed to take our van in for a warranty issue. Not only did they do a terrific job, the staff was super friendly and worked with us to return it sooner than expected. They even cleaned it out! Will definitely use them again!

I took my car to Autoplex after it was scratched in a parking lot. They were fast to quote and schedule the repair. I also felt that the price of the repair was fair. Nick and the team were very helpful and friendly.

Autoplex Collision Center has the best customer service I ve ever experienced. The staff are very responsive to questions regarding repairs needed, progress of repairs, and they work with the customer to achieve the highest level of satisfaction for their completed repair work. Highly recommended!

I think these guys are pretty great. Long story short, they did some re-work on my truck that debatably was not their responsibility to fix. They didn't hassle me about it - they just got the job done and provided me a rental for the day. Thanks guys!

Poor service, poor customer service. Had to call two different times on the status of my car. Once to be told it was not done (the final bill showed otherwise). When picking up, was not greeted by employees nor did the employees ask how the vehicle looked or offer to walk around. Also did not mention any details on warranty or care.

Someone hit me in my 2017 Nissan Maxima. They nearly totaled my car. I had my car taking to them. They fixed it. It is newer then when I bought it. Thanks for your hard work.

Top notch experience!! The body shop to end all body shop's!! If you need body repair or the best detail money can buy you would be doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else
