I took my car in for oil change and they didn't ask me what kind of oil I wanted and they put in whatever kind they wanted. Additionally, I had my daughter's car with me and even though they had changed her oil in her car before, they put some other oil weight in and didn't ask if they could change the weight or what she wanted and even though there was history of what kind of oil we want in the vehicle. Now we have to spend our time to go back and get it fixed.
