I just had my vehicle repaired at Andy Mohr Collision Center after I hit a deer. My insurance carrier kept going back and forth with them delaying repairs to the point that my vehicle had been there for 30 days and my rental car coverage was expiring and they wouldn't extend it (thanks insurance). Morgan with Andy Mohr saved my week when she got a loaner vehicle for me, free of charge, until my car was ready a few days later! Not only did they do that, the didn't pass on to me the expenses my insurance carrier wouldn't pay them for - I only paid my deductible! I know exactly where I'm going when it's time to buy a new vehicle or if I need repairs done! Good, honest people!! I spoke with Morgan often, as in daily some times, and she was always so nice and said she would take care of it. She absolutely did!

Terrible communication! I had to be the middle man between them and my insurance company. At one point they kept telling me they didn t receive the check from my insurance company but my insurance company told me they had cashed it 3 days prior. They did work on my car that wasn t approved and told me if insurance wouldn t cover it then I would have to. My car was being detailed for 4 days and when I started asking for emails of proof they sent the info to my insurance and a detailed explanation of all the work. My car was magically ready for pick up and my insurance company thankfully paid for the difference.

Andy Mohr Collision did a great job fixing my Tesla Model Y. They worked with my insurance company to be sure that the job was done right. They also went out of their way get the right parts for the job. I will definitely be using them again if needed.

Greg, Brian, and Megan were a pleasure to work with. Robert is one of the body guys there, he does excellent work. Car came back cleaned on the inside and sparkling on the outside!

Service here was fantastic. Hannah was so sweet and she was super helpful with the updates. She definitely made our time here very easy and I highly recommend for everybody else to come here as well. We will definitely be coming back. Hannah, keep up the great work every place deserve somebody like you!

Hannah, one of their workers, was consistently providing great updates on my vehicle s status, and truly provided great customer service. Communication was not the greatest early on in the process however, the manager Greg did a phenomenal job Of making things right in the end. The quality of work appears great and I would highly recommend.

You will pay more out of the pocket then they first quote you and their labor is higher then any insurance will pay. Update, review still stands at one star. I called the Andy Mohr representative Meghan Hartley, had a conversation with her and the manager of Andy Mohr Collision. They said they were going to resolve this problem with them and the insurance company. Nothing ever came of this! I called the manager several times was told he is in a meeting everytime. Done with this place! Won t recommend Andy Mohr Collision! Also had to pay more for the rental because it took so long for them to get my car back to me.

Went in to get my rear panel fixed and they were able to pop it out with a tool in less than 5 minutes. Wouldn t even charge me. Superb customer service! Won t take my cars anywhere else Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had my Tesla in for body work. The folks at Andy Mohr were great! All very friendly and they did an excellent job at repairing my car. I drove from north of Indianapolis because they were the only Tesla authorized body shop that could get me in the day after I called. I really like that Andy Mohr Collision prefers to use genuine parts and that the service manager, Diandra kept me informed about everything going on with my vehicle.I was very pleased with the way my vehicle looked after being repaired, it looked brand new and they even had it washed for pickup. The seat and steering wheel wrapped in plastic and the floor was covered so I felt like they took pride in their work and took extra special care to keep the vehicles clean during the repair process.I also appreciated that Enterprise was on site to make renting and returning a rental car super easy.I 100% will utilize Andy Mohr Collision in the future if I need to and I will tell anyone that needs repair services that they will not be disappointed in Andy Mohr Collision.Thank you for taking the pretty awful experience of my accident and making it not so awful to deal with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had basically the entire front end of our Subaru redone after a collision. Theresa was communicative, provided regular text updates, and was always friendly and professional. I worked with Brian to get my 2022 Tesla Model 3 repaired after a fender bender. They got me in right away and the new bumper and paint looks amazing! I could not have been happier with my experience with Andy Mohr collision. They took what was initially the worst experience for me and made it seamless, worry free, and impactful. Diandra especially was incredibly thoughtful, constantly putting me at ease with weekly updates regarding the status and cost of repairs as well as how communications were going with insurance. And, when all was said and done I was more than pleasantly surprised to find that the repairs to my vehicle were made with parts straight from the manufacturer rather than after market or junkyard cast offs. Were I to find myself needing repairs, I wouldn't choose anywhere else but here. Their care and dedication to their customers and their craft is unmatched.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone committed a hit & run on my 2021 Hyundai Palisade and caused some damage on the driver side rear tire plastic piece. Teresa gave me the estimate same day, hooked me up with Enterprise for a rental, and kept me updated every step of the way. Even when our part was backordered ( the way of the world now ) she helped me when my rental agreement ran out. She provided me with the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. We recently had a paint repair done. When we closely inspected the car, we found a very small bit of dirt in the paint. The staff did not hesitate to fix the issue. The repair job looks brand new. I went here today and from the time I stepped into the door the staff was friendly and they were quick to look at my problem. I had a gentleman look at my damage and was quickly to decide what the issue was and they were prompt and took care of everything!!! The work on my car is perfect. The customer service experience was great I was informed all the time on the status of my repair and when I got my car back it looked like it was brand new it was completely clean and detailed and even the wheels done. I can't express how happy I am with the condition of my car I would never ever go anywhere else if you want attention to detail, this the place to go!!
