Price seemed fair, and timely service (~3.5 hrs for a windshield replacement and sensor re-calibration). Unfortunately they left extremely sharp little shards of glass all over my dashboard, shifter boot, and floormats.

Anytime I have a issue with the glass on my car. I ALWAYS go to America Eagle. Exceptional service and always nice. Thank you and I appreciate the work you done on my back door glass. Two thumbs up.

My insurance recommended this company. They worked directly with my insurance reps so I really didn t have to lift a finger. Great install, cleaned up the glass, and were very friendly during pickup and drop off. Near Bloomington transit drop off (bonus).

Highly recommend getting a quote from this company before you buy anywhere else. Tyson and Cory took great care of my auto glass needs and saved me time and money! Very professional and went above and beyond! Will be using American Eagle Auto Glass for all my glass needs in the future!

Everyone there was super helpful and quick. I called around to get my windshield replaced on a Wednesday, and two hours after I dropped it off on Thursday it was fixed. Bob did an awesome job removing a used rear window from a junk car and replacing it in my car after Dee spent months trying to find a replacement. I can't say enough about the folks over at American Eagle Auto Glass. We were visiting from out of state and in a pinch to get our windshield fixed after a large rock got us on the highway. We needed to get this taken care of before traveling back home. We called two other locations in town for help and they were unwilling to get a dealer approved windshield to us and installed within the week. However, after speaking with Dee at American Eagle, she said..."Yes! We want to help you and will make it happen!" We were so relieved and overjoyed that someone was willing to go the extra mile for a new customer. After picking up our newly installed and calibrated windshield, Dee commented to me that she did what she hoped someone else would do for her kids of they needed help while traveling. Indeed Miss Dee, there are No ducks here...only Eagles! Thank you all for the prompt, efficient, and heart-centered service.

Not only that but they could get it scheduled right away, and the window replacement was fast. I got the windshield on my car replaced about a month ago. When I called around for price quotes, they were more competitive than other options. Also, I had initially been told by my dealership I would need to get a windshield that is compatible with a rain censor (which is more expensive). When I took my car to American Eagle they determined I didn t actually have a rain sensor in my car, so they returned the first windshield and installed the proper one the next day. The guys in the shop were friendly and sanitized my car after service. All around great experience.

Bob Hopwood is TERRIFIC, professional, friendly and knows his business! He went above and beyond to try to help me. People in the office are great on the phone! Second time I've used them and I wouldn't consider using any other glass repair!!

So glad I chose these guys to replace the totalled windshield on my Jeep. Professional and friendly, I felt like they went out of their way to take care of me - the turnaround time was fast since I brought the vehicle to them, and they even offered me a free ride home! Quality above all impressed me, the new windshield is flawless perfection, i'd even say it was an upgrade from the original, and you can't beat their location. great work guys!

These guys do absolutely EXCELLENT work. From beginning to end my experience was a great one. They had very competitive pricing, listened to my issues at hand, and then performed their work flawlessly.I had a leak coming into my Jeep somewhere on the passenger side and had narrowed the cause down to the current windshield. Not only did they fix the windshield with better quality glass, but also added extra protective coverings on the top. Dave the shop manager listened to my explanation of the leak and also found a screw missing under the seals on my door which was another leak spot in addition to the windshield. They fixed that at no charge.I dropped the car off and when the work was done they even dropped my Jeep back off to me at work on the way to a field job they had in the area.Do yourself a favor and use these guys for your auto glass needs. I will be back, and will recommend them to all of my friends.

I didn't end up actually getting my glass fixed here because the frame was bent. They were honest and upfront right away that they didn't think the glass would stick and hold. So they helped me locate a salvaged back hatch and get it installed at other shops. Super helpful. If I ever need auto glass repaired, I will come here. Highly recommended for excellent service.

Needed a piece of auto glass specially cut for a Catepiller skid steer. Everyone wanted $1200 for the piece already precut. Got it cut here for $150, same day service. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

Used the Bloomington office.1. Did the work as promised for the price agreed upon for a windshield.2. two weeks later someone broke out a side glass. They ordered the part that morning and had it there the same day. Install went well. I had some problems with the door latch and broken glass left after the install, but when I asked them about the latch they said bring it in. They just told me its ready to pick up (no charge) and they also cleared up the broken glass left behind.Very pleased.

Took my car in to get my back windshield replaced. Got a phone call within an hour saying my car is ready. As soon as I got there it looked brand spanking new. Awesome work! Cost me

Their mobile service was fantastic. American Eagle Glass calls you when they are on their way to your location. It only took them under half an hour to do a full windshield replacement!

The only place I will go in bloomington to have auto glass issues fixed! always a fast turn around and amazing quality. We have a buisness and have had 5 back glasses needed replaced and we have never had an issue with the team at Bloomington American Eagle Auto Glass.
