We had a wonderful experience at Moser Motor Sales! After my grandpa's car was totaled in an accident, dealing with the insurance claim, arranging a rental car, and car shopping became quite stressful for him. Moser Motor Sales was our first and only stop! Upon meeting Jim, the owner, who graciously shared the dealership's history and valued our patronage, we were introduced to Peter. Peter was excellent at communication, simplifying the entire process. He even dedicated extra time to help my grandpa set up the Bluetooth and understand his new SUV. Moser Motor Sales genuinely values their customers.

We bought our third Ford from Moser Motor Sales Inc today. If you want a stress free experience, without high pressure sales. Honest, Friendly and Family owned. We live almost 2 hours away. Berne, IN is a beautiful Swiss town.

This car lot is none other than amazing! The president of the car lot came in on a Saturday when it was his day off and ordered up for us to pick the vehicle our son was going to purchase and allowed us to go pick it up and test drive it back to the lot we were at. His knowledge and understanding of treating a customer with full respect at the utmost best was awesome! Thank you Jim and Margaret for making our sons first experience buying a truck on his own, the best it could ve been. Prices are great, the whole show floor was nostalgic and Jim made us feel like family. Thank you also tho the antique flower shop next door for contacting Jim to allowing us to have this experience. We are going back for sure!!!!

Was not very satisfied with the way some people were going around taking pictures of my vehicle while in the shop and telling me that I need a new vehicle. I had my vehicle there for some repairs and someone decided to take pictures and tell me my truck was basically a piece of junk. Because of what all went down on 11-13 and 11-14 2023 I will no longer take anything else back to this place to be worked on. Needless to say I didn't go through with work because of this and the shop missed out on a $1500 to $1700 bill. Oh well there loss my gain. Thank you guys for losing money and my trust with you.

We just purchased our 8th vehicle from Moser Motors. We have always been treated like valued customers by the sales staff. In fact, we traveled from Colorado to Indiana to purchase this vehicle because of the trust we have in Moser Motors. Usually we purchase a used vehicle and Moser Motors has been able to provide exactly what we want. This recent purchase was a new car. There were some delays in production but Moser Motors communicated well and honored our contract even when Ford raised the price. We traded in two vehicles (one of which was an earlier Moser Motors purchase) for a fair amount. It sounds crazy to overlook local Ford dealers and travel so far to purchase a car but our confidence in Moser Motors has been proven many times over the past 30 years.

Moser motors is truly the best in the auto business from mike Whitaker the finance manager to Jim the owner and all the staff they treated me like family from start to finish Mr Whitaker got me financed and made the process stress free got me a payment and deal that worked in my situation and budget Jim the owner filled my new cars gas tank and loaded and strapped my car on the delivery trailer himself I was truly humbled and blessed to find moser motors and will be buying more cars from them in the future and recommend them to anyone in the market for a good deal and clean car they are 10 +10 thank you moser motors and staff

This is the new first car we have ordered and Jim (owner) and Mike (mustang expert) were great to deal with and have excellent product knowledge. We purchased a 2020 HP Eco-boost Mustang and I had high expectations and it has met or exceeded them. The engine has great low end torque and pulls through the RPM range, the 10 speed transmission always seems to be in the right gear, but the ride and handling are the best, smooth and comfortable without giving up great handling, I'm sold on the Magneride shocks.Thanks again it is great to deal with car guys.

I could never wish for a better car dealership experience than what I had working with Jim and Linda Eicher and Mike Whittaker over at Moser Motor. I could have spent the week touring the area and hearing stories about the early settlers and life in this little slice of Heartland. We bonded over my work with sea turtles and Jims love of the local freshwater ectotherms. As it turned out, I did need to stay a little longer than expected and Jim got me a room at the Clocktower Inn, a quaint family-feel hotel. I had been looking for a very specific year make and model for the better part of six months and drove a long ways to pick it up my find. Mike and Jim bent over backwards to find a bank situation that would work with me and were incredibly flexible on when I had to come get the car by. I would highly recommend working with this multigenerational establishment and supporting their vision of community support. I had a wonderful experience working with everyone and I look forward to keeping in touch with folks I now consider friends.

I guess by your response you forgot. Do you remember when I showed up in the dealership parking lot and the salesman turned his back on me and walked away and didn't even acknowledge my presence? And I believe it was the owner that called me back. Yeah kick around the little people and lose a sale.

I just bought a used truck from Jim and the team at Moser Ford and it was, hands down, the absolute best car-buying experience of my 60 year old life. I've never experienced anything like it. They explained everything, pushed nothing, made sure I was satisfied in every way - and made me feel like a member of the family. I drove 3 hours to buy this vehicle and it was worth every mile. Jim Eicher sets the gold standard. He even bought my wife and I a lovely dinner at the Berne Dining Restaurant. I could not possibly recommend Moser Ford more highly! I'm excited about my new truck. I'm honored to have purchased it from such an outstanding company and such quality people.

Very impressed. We were looking for a car on Saturday. Even though they were closed, the owner was still working & opened up to show us the car we were looking at. We had spent the previous 1+ hour at a high pressure dealer looking at similar cars, with nothing to show for it. We ended up getting a great car at a better price in about 20 minutes with no hassles. Do yourself a favor & check out Moser Motors in Berne.

An excellent Ford dealership where the salesmen have integrity, the pressure to buy is absent and you just feel that small town friendly atmosphere. The service after the sale is available from the service department; plus the salesman is available to answer every question you have even if he has to research it.

Great dealership to work with. In December every other dealership had dirty cars on the lot. Contacted Mike W at Moser s and he had the car we were interested in clean and pristine on very short notice. Very pleased with the purchase.

Ok so first off I want to say that I haven t dealt with any salesman at this dealership. I ve heard good things about the sales department at mosers. But my experience with moser motors in Berne was with the diesel service department. I m writing this review not to make mosers look bad but to warn other business owners with large investments from bringing their number one money making tool for service here. It all started with a call to mosers to get a quote for a repair I needed done on my semi truck, that call was very professional and made me very comfortable leaving my truck with them to repair. They gave me a good quote as I checked with other diesel shops and mosers was very competitive. Little did I know the good quote they gave me would soon turn sour. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and by Thursday they figured out what was wrong with it and ordered parts. The parts would take 4-5 days to get there which I completely understood, having worked in the heavy truck industry for many years now. I had talked to a few diesel technician experts, that I am friends with, about my truck before I brought it to mosers, and they assured me this repair should not take a professional machanic any more than 2 days to finish. So I had good feelings about this repair being done in a timely manner. After 2 weeks had went by I started to worry so I called into the dealership. Knowing how annoying a needy customer can be, when working on their stuff, I didn t want to bother them very much, thinking they were working on my truck, trying to get it done right, and in a timely manner. Scott the service manager assured me that they were working on my truck and about to get it done. But a few days later Scott calls me again and tells me that they had put the new seal in and it started leaking again, meaning they would have to take everything apart and start over from scratch! Scott said The reason the seal didn t work the first time around is because instead of buying the correct tool for the job, his hillbilly technicians decided to go ahead and try to jerry rig their own tool up to get the job done. Now I m not one to judge any jerry rigging because it s a great way to save money, and most of the time does the job just fine! But with being a professional diesel repair shop and charging a WHOPPING $140.00 per hour, one would think they would have or get the right (professionally made) tool prior to accepting the job.

I am 54 years old and I have been to a lot of car dealerships over the years. This was the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership. To be honest, I hate going to dealerships because I always feel high pressure, unheard, and unvalued.This is a small town dealership who cares about the customer. You will be greeted with respect and leave feeling like family. You will not be disappointed.Thank you for the follow up calls. You succeeded all of our expectations!!

Fantastic folks to work with. Unique dealership. They are a real professional organization that works hard to please you. Treated me very well on an extremely clean Used Lincoln. Treated me fair on my trade in as well. The owner has a tremendous sense of pride in his business, and it shows. Fine man. If you get an opportunity to meet him, you'll trust dealing here. I drove 110 miles, from Dayton to deal here, and it was worth the drive.

Moser Motor s is a great place to buy a car. We visited another local dealership and felt rushed and pushed into a sale. Then we visited Moser s. They are different in all the best ways. The whole sales department is friendly and helpful. And not pushy at all which is so nice. We felt like a person and not a sale at Moser s. They took time to explain the vehicle we were interested in, and I did not feel rushed. Once we decided on buying a car from Moser s, they completed the sale quickly. It s funny how I don t like the feeling of being rushed in the purchase of a new vehicle, but want the buying process and paperwork to be fast :) Moser s were very friendly through out the whole process. They really are great. We will keep coming back.

I ve used a lot of Ford dealers over the past 20 years and Moser has exceeded the others by far. I first used them for our RV and was so impressed I started using them for our other vehicles. I drive an hour and a half to get service but we ll worth it

Moser's is excellent! We needed a reliable vehicle for our 17 yo son, and found the perfect truck on their website. We drove from the Indy suburbs to this dealership, and I couldn't be more pleased. The service and attention we received was outstanding. When we are shopping for our next vehicle, I will start with Moser's! They are proud to be one of the oldest Ford dealerships in the nation, and there's a reason why. Mike B. took great care of us, but I am sure anyone you talk to there will be just as wonderful!

Wonderful family oriented dealership. We felt like we have know the employees for ever, even though we just met. Excellent experience and full of knowledge. They take care of their customers and it was wonderful to become part of the extended Moser Ford Family. Well worth the hour drive to purchase the Mustang from them!!

This was the easiest equipment purchase I have made. It was an added bonus to meet the owner and learn the history of the dealership. Steve Myers, our salesman, was very easy to work with and did a great job answering my questions of the unit purchased. Thank you for such a great experience buying our dump truck. Bought the car I'd been dreaming of for a few years - 2011 Ford Escape. Even though the distance almost eliminated them from my choices, the price was too good not to check out. Lucas took the time to record videos for me to view the vehicles ahead of time. I was working 2 jobs and lived about an hour & a half away, so time was an issue.The test drive had me sold, but I was nervous about a large purchase, so I slept on it. The next morning Mike was easing my nerves by checking out lower interest rates over the phone and got me a great deal.They also got my "must have" moonroof installed quickly at a local vendor and it's been flawless so far, nearly a year later.When I was rear ended 6 weeks later they quickly answered concerns and offered to repair the vehicle (by then I'd moved to Indianapolis). They were kind and professional through the whole process from looking to buying to after the purchase.Great place, great service! I would definitely recommend.

Great experience at Moser Motors when our daughter purchased a 2017 Escape March 28th. Our Salesman was a great help , took time to show us around dealership, and was greatly professional. The dealerships owner came to us and thanked us for purchasingour vehicle there.Something that has never happened to us before. So we recommend buying at this hometown dealership.
