We stayed here this weekend. We did get in pretty late, but they had service there to give us our room key. The key did not work for 2 rooms, but we eventually got into a room late. It was warm in our room, we decided to try the AC. It did not work, so we had to open the window which had no screen on it. For breakfast, we tried to eat there because they offered some things. The waffles were horrible, so we decided to go somewhere else for breakfasts while we stayed there. The pool was clean, very chlorinated. Beware, the 2nd floor did smell strong of weed... If you were in a bind and needed to stay here just to sleep for a decent rate this is the place.

My house caught fire and I needed a place to stay a long with my 8 dogs, while my home was being repaired! The manager welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family! They were so kind and provided anything we needed! The motel was clean, everyone was very kind! I very much recommend this motel for however long you need to stay!!

This is a decent hotel with only two floors so no elevator understandably. The rooms are okay and clean. Most of all, there are no bed bugs! One thing I like very much is that the room is NOT carpeted! Goodbye musty smell! Only the halleay is carpeted.Location has both positive and negative sides. The driveway leading up to the hotel is long so it is secluded. Driving at night, you just want to see it right away. Saw lots of construction workers and they left their stuff in their cars and so did we. Woke up the next day, it is still there :-D

LONG BUT IMPORTANT REVIEW INFO IF BRINGING KIDS: So I was looking for a room for myself and my fiance to stay w a hot tub, that we could also bring our kids as we do not have sitters for them when I am not working. We usually do all our travel and such together. I spend enough time away working. So I called the afternoon of to ask some questions regarding the room I saw online w the hot tub which was the biggest and most expensive room they offered. The people I spoke with that day not only said I could bring my kids they even said they offered cots because the room only had a couch, no pull out couch and king bed. The lady I spoke with originally was so kind and helpful and even asked other workers on the phone w me questions so I knew several people were aware I was bringing my kids. When I finally got off work and made it to the hotel around 745-8pm to check in the lady said at the desk that they could not let us stay in that particular room because they only allow 2 people (adults) in that room at a time. She called someone to explain the situation as I paid for the room that afternoon and the reservation even stated I was bringing kids on the computer. They agreed for the one night it would be ok since I had paid and would only be there from 8p to 11am. I was grateful and we made sure not to be not too messy or rowdy. The pool was nice and clean and rather warm and the room was so-so for the price. It did have lots of riff Raff under the beds and furniture. Trash, kids toys believe it or not and tons of dust. There were 2 closets in the room it looked like. One was locked w a bike lock between the handles tho so we couldn't get into it. The hot tub worked but the waterfall type feature on it was clogged partially with gunk and the drain plug was hard to get to open to drain it. The next morning as we packed our car which was parked at the first spot in the lot at the end of the corner of the building closest to the pool, my 4 yr old daughter walked on the sidewalk not 4-5,ft from my car and brought back from the sitting area just outside the pool, what I could clearly tell was a pipe for smoking something illegal. I took it straight to the desk where I was told, "they didn't want that!" Very rudely. I proceeded to tell them they might want to have someone clean up a little around the sitting area near the pool that my toddler found that there to which I was told they didn't have time to clean out there, did I want a job! I said no I have a job but that's dangerous and she told me, and I quote, "maybe you should teach your children not to pick things up!". No apologies no I'm sorry we should clean up out there nothing that's not acceptable etc. Just that they were not going to clean up out there and I should teach my kids not to pick those things up. This was less then 4-5ft from the sidewalk, rt next to the pool area in an area w a picnic type table just outside their building. I was then told to take it and that's all she needed from me I could leave. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL for someone running a business to tell me that they don't have time to clean around their own building or parking lot/sidewalks nearest the places you'd expect kids to be passing after finding drug paraphernalia on their premises. WOW! The only reason I gave a 2 star was because the previous two desk people I spoke with were kind and helpful but the woman that morning was atrocious, unprofessional and hateful! I will NEVER stay at this particular establishment again and if you have children I would not either! If she had apologized, maybe agreed they should do better etc. I would have said nothing and the place would have gotten a better review. The lady I spoke with guaranteed is losing that place business because she was terribly rude and not how you'd expect someone to act whose responsible for customer service in any capacity.

Went here to spend time with my daughter and granddaughter by ourselves. Found a bedbug in the room the manager told me she would refund my money. She did AFTER charging me AGAIN. So basically they stole $110 from my account. Do not use a card here! THIEVES!!! Now I've had to file a complaint with Attorney General and have to go to the bank Monday to dispute the transaction!

Even when you put do not disturb sign on your door they still come in put sign on inside of door then proceed to lock you out of your room accuse you of having extra ppl in your room when your here for Thanksgiving and family is coming an going the whole 2 days. we traveled from out of state. Will never stay here again dirty room, ripped bed clothes, violation of privacy, against our constitution rights if I must say... wow!! worst experience ever!!! Will stay in French lick from here on out. The extra 20 you spend iS worth the respect and cleanliness.

The room was absolutely disgusting when moving night stand to access electrical plug I found chips bag and dead bugs. Moved the sofa and found more food, old cookie. Same held true for moving the chair. Had some other sticky matters around the bed. The room smelled of cat pee. Front desk offered no refund or credit. Breakfast was cereal. No working smoke detector in the room.

Two stars for the pool only. No elevator. Had to ask for towels 3 times before getting some. No ice in ice machine. The AC in the first room they gave us didn't work. The next rooms AC barely worked.. Thankfully we brought our own fan! Got woke up at midnight by some old man beating on our door.. asking if we had kids(?!) We were asleep..! This place is not worth the price they charge.

We arrived after 10 pm to check-in. We were given a handicapped king bed room right by the check in desk and told it was the last one available. Upon entering the room a strong cat urine smell permeated throughout the room. We turned on the fan/AC and that helped along with spraying cologne. The mini fridge door was ajar and it was turned off. I turned it on and nothing happened. There was a blue pill on the floor in front of the fridge. We went to the front desk immediately and informed the attendant. She suggested to give the fridge some time and to also try the ice machine. She immediately informed us that it had not been working right either and that she had to unplug and plug it back in to get the compressor to start. We got half an ice bucket to keep our drinks cold. We only booked one night and decided to tough it out. We noticed that the floor was not clean because stuff kept sticking to out socks and bare feet. The floor is vinyl planks. When we awoke my wife went to take a shower and there was black hair on the sides of the tub and the on the walls. You could see black flecks all over the wall by the toilet. No idea what it was except disgusting. She refused to shower needless to say. I went to make coffee in the provided coffee pot and there was a used coffee filter in the machine from who knows how long ago! Super disgusting. I went immediately to the front desk and stood there for over 5 minutes while the attendant was staring at her phone with no idea I was just standing there. When she came too I asked for a manager and she said they were on vacation and that she couldn t contact them. I asked for a refund and was told I had to contact Expedia who I booked the room through. It was actually Hotwire who Expedia owns. Expedia was contacted the next day and attempted to get a refund from Wyndham but was unsuccessful. The blue pill we found out was blood pressure medication. If an infant would of got ahold of that then it would of been lights out. This hotel appeared to have good reviews and looked decent from the outside. Obviously we were fooled but never again! Enjoy my little bit of money Wyndham because it s the last of it you will ever see from me or my family!! I forgot to mention the nasty fly that kept buzzing us all night as well. And on our way out we noticed on smashed on the wall by the curtains after we opened them! Filthy!

I am disgusted with the room we received. My brother flew in from California and this room was awful. He prepaid for three whole nights. The staff slams the doors while cleaning neighboring rooms. There is so much dust on the ac unit, head boards, mine fridge and coffee maker. I don't want to use or touch anything. There are sparkles left over from a party, miscolored patches, some patches/damages they haven't even tried to fix, it looks like there is a nasty splatter of a dark green mystery liquid on the wall, dead bugs and loose grass on the floor, and a disgusting fridge. I will never stay here again, or recommend this hotel again. Stay anywhere else you can.Rooms: Beyond horridNoteworthy details: Disgusting, unprofessional staff, horrible quality standards

I am disgusted by the entirety of this motel. We booked here last minute for a one night stay for our grandmothers funeral. Just before falling asleep we seen a roach crawling up the wall. We immediately grabbed our things to leave and also discovered a dead roach on the floor near the bed. We went downstairs and spoke to the man at the desk who made a phone call that lasted about 12 seconds and said we can t get a refund. He also refused to give me his name and stated he has no name tag because he lost it. So my sisters and i not only lost our grandma, but we lost money, and much needed sleep after the drive we took to get here. It s sad and unfortunate. I barely got an apology that was quietly mumbled as I walked out.Edit to add; The motel is in denial about having roaches. No further apology was given. We were never offered any other type of accommodation, no partial refund, nothing. They refuse to acknowledge or accept any fault or blame which tells me they won t even call in a professional exterminator to investigate to properly take care of their infestation. Again everything about this motel is UNSATISFACTORY AND GROSS. GO ACROSS THE STREET TO QUALITY INN.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and quiet for our night stay. Hot water and water pressure in the shower was great. Was glad room had a fridge and a table. Right by the highway made it easy to find. Despite Covid19, felt safe and clean. Simple rooms, but definitely was sufficient for our night stay.

Filthy, holes in top comforter the size of my fist. Everything had animal hair all over it. The couch had so many spill stains or possible urine stains the way it smelled, we couldn t even sit in the room it was so filthy. Lady at checkout was rude and took offense instead of admitting the room wasn t sleepable. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. She wouldn t refund any money. I got photos of EVERYTHING and will plaster them everywhere.

Overall this hotel was okay. The staff was super-friendly, which I appreciated. My husband and I stayed here after our air conditioning went out at home. We got a king -size room. The room itself was good size, but it had an odd smell. It was also connected by doors to the two adjacent rooms, which had me a bit on edge. I wasn't a fan of the laminate flooring, but the air conditioning was definitely cold. There was a loveseat, nice table, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, hangars, etc. This hotel certainly isn't the nearby Holiday Inn, but at nearly $40/night less expensive, it is a doable option.

Overall a nice place to stay. We were there a week. Loved the floors. So much nicer than carpet. Brooke and Danielle very hospitable.1 receptionist needs training in hospitality gives off a cold feeling. Cleaning people need some training. Because of this I chose to clean my own room. I spoke with Brooke on some of these things and she truly seemed to care. Breakfast pretty good. Would stay here again

This was an excellent place to stay!! It was clean and the staff was very courteous! The bed was super comfortable! We loved the new laminate floors. It s so much better than carpeting and feels so much cleaner in the room! The breakfast was excellent! This motel was so much better than the Super 8 we stayed in the night before, we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great place.. friendly staff.Loved the pool, hot tub and the breakfast.Would've been a 5 star rating, if not for the sound proofing. Wish the rooms were more sound proof. Overall a nice experience.

This is a fantastic hotel to have a get-a-way. Quiet and out of the way but still near to many places to shop or dine. The staff is friendly and down to earth while at the same time they are very professional. Always eager to assist with whatever needs you may have. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. The rooms are clean with nice comfortable beds.Accommodations include swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is also a work out room provided for your personal enjoyment. There is a nice breakfast and coffee to wake you up and get you going on your way.Such a wonderful hotel.I stay here every chance I get!

Most of the hotel staff was rude when calling with questions during our stay.Their were people smoking pot inside the hotel and nothing was done about it.We were left without heat in our room one during our stay. The bottom floor room was terrible considering you could hear someone tip toeing upstairs, not to mention all the stomping and running. They charged me for an incorrect booking.Overall the stay at this place was horrible. The pool and Jacuzzi closed fairly early and the breakfast was a joke. No where near worth a $100 a night for their rooms. I will never stay again!
