I had a severe high-speed accident with a deer which caused extensive damage. Sipes did an excellent job of repairing the body work and the engine issues that resulted. Daniel (the owner), Brian (claims) and the technician all did fabulous work in restoring my car back to like new condition. And they gave my car a good detailing, inside and out. You can see the before and after pictures! I highly recommend using them for any work you might need.

I hit a deer with my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. From time I dropped it off till finished I felt I was included and updated regularly. In about 3 weeks I have it back . All I can say is WOW !! The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is incredible. Seriously looks like it never happend . The gaps and body lines are perfect ! No over spray any where. They protected my interior from grease and finger prints . I will be using them again and highly suggest you do to!

They are very up front about cost,timeline and really a rare thing these days. Very trustworthy. I had a dear hit my car one time did a ton of damage to it. My insurance said they needed 3 estimates or just go to sites because we trust them and have only had good dealings with them and know they don't pad the bill and that said alot to me. Took my car there they did a great job. Would recommend to anyone I cared about. Know in future I will only go to them they are that good.

Got an Explorer detailed here.They got me right in.I've never seen such a clean, organized, and friendly shop. They also have free (yes, free) cold drinks for customers.Excellent work and Enterprise came there with my car for the day. It worked out well.

Excellent crew worked diligently to get our vehicle in double-time, as we were on a tight deadline leaving the country for good and had to sell our vehicle. They were extremely kind all along the way and even when the model of our vehicle proved difficult to fix, they put an additional man on the job to finish in record time, and still made it under budget!!! Can't recommend them enough, and I expect people will come in from all over Lawrence and the surrounding counties because of the amazing work and excellent service of thee kind folks!

Don't mind the 3 star rating since business is still in progress. I'll update when finished. So far so good though.Edit; Work is done. Delay was caused by waiting for parts. Very happy with the work. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Definitely recommend

They spent 10k dollars from my insurance I hit a deer needed a new hood new driver door and a headlight I get it back the bolts on my driver door and back passenger door fell out i had to tighten them myself and my ac dont work now when it did before I took it to them if you have these guys do any work that's major double check everything when you pick it up it will save you timeService: Body & Trim

Sipes was so kind and authentic when handling my recent catalytic converter theft repair, at the same time the replaces my windshield for just over $300 a bargain from what I found shopping around. They kept me up to date on the availability of the parts and had the repair done in 2 days! I highly recommend them for any and all car services!!Also shout out to Melissa in the front office, NICEST PERSON EVER!

They have been very professional and accommodating. I was in volved in an accident and they have gone out of their way to make sure that my car will be fixed in time for me to leave Bloomington first part of September. I am very grateful for their assistance

I have only dealt with the mechanic side of things... However... This os my 3rd vehicle and i keep going back. Sipes is a well oiled machine and couldn't ask for more input on the things they fix, that i keep breaking. Honest, upfront.. Hassle free.. 100% satisfied.. Wish i was blowing smoke, but i just left and my 2010 caliber works better than it should.

I recently had some repair work done to my car after I was in an auto accident. The accident was the other driver's fault and I was very shaken. From day one, Sipes was caring and communicative with me. I appreciated their friendly attitude. They made sure I understood what was going to need to be done to my car, and they were timely with their work. Everything looked great when I picked up my car. I would highly recommend their services!

The mechanic, Daniel, was knowledgeable and kind. He has 28 years worth of experience so I family trust his judgement. The other mechanic in the shop was helpful and curtious. He did not have to help when he chose to. The front desk workers and people that answer the phone(2) could afford to carry the manners the men in the back have for customers.

Very nice and professional service. While visiting family in Indiana (I m from Florida) I had an accident. Sipes took quick care of repairs for me. Second time I've used their service. Insurance company encourages the association and I can sure see why! Very pleased with the five thousand dollars (plus) repair and repaint of the driver side where the deer struck. My car looks great!

This is the worst place to take a car. First off they over charge you and give you a date which they never meet. Had a window replaced there and they took 5 days just to find the correct part. After that they fixed it but the window kept sliding and eventually came off the track not a year later. Hope someone finds this useful and doesn t waste there time like I did.Service: Auto side window replacement

This place is very crooked, I took my car there and got a estimate for 900 and something dollars, then when I actually took my car they changed the price completely lied to me about rotating my tires. And they didn t even fix my car, it came out of their body shop way worse than what it went in. I would not recommend this to my worst enemyService: Body & Trim
