This jiffy lube is my favorite place to get my oil changed. They re always quick, polite, and professional. I only know one name, Amy Eagan, from my receipt but the whole crew is always excellent. I wanted to leave a review today because I sometimes bring coupons from the official jiffy lube emails that for some reason don t apply to all jiffy lubes. This location is never rude about my coupons not working and usually find a comparable one that will work. I truly appreciate that extra step of good service.

Staff was excellent! Super helpful and friendly. Prices are higher than doing it yourself, but less than the dealership. Great in a pinch when the dealership couldn t get me in for two weeks.

They were quick, efficient, and even gave me $20 dollars off without having to ask!.. They seem to always help me save my money when I come to get my oil changed and get me in and out in no time! This will be the place I come to from now on to get my oil done! They re just all around amazing here! And awesome job to all who work there! I appreciate all your hard work and dedication you guys put into what you do!

Amazed at how careful they were with my car and keeping us updated on what they were doing. Nice thing is, it took less than 10 minutes for the oil change and we were on our way! Pricing seems about the same as any other places in Bedford. Plus for this place is the convenience!

The lady who changed my oil and the lady that took my information were amazing. They were friendly and very informative. They even noticed my wipers needed replaced and was worried with the rain. I was having a bad day and just seeing two friendly faces and being talked to like a real person turned my day around.

Good service but rates seemed high. We brought our own oil and filter. Which is what we always do everywhere. We are used to paying just around $20ish for labor only. Here we paid $55. Probably will go back to Big O due to such. Great, quick service and friendly folks though !

Walmart couldn t do an oil change for my Volkswagen and I m so happy I went to Jiffy. I could go on forever about the kindness, patience and extra care they took to make my visit quick, affordable, and an overall satisfying experience. I really appreciate everyone there who helped with my vehicle but the two ladies there really went above and beyond and explained everything beautifully. I also got a handmade bracelet there too that I believe the owners daughter makes (correct me if I m wrong) but it was only five dollars and I m still overjoyed about that too.Service: Oil change

The girls at Jiffy Lube Bedford were great, very helpful and worked hard during my oil change. You can tell the make it a point to go above and beyond. They are no doubt assets to the company and I m sure the guy below did great as well. Satisfied customer.

Prices are higher than some places but they are friendly and aren't trying to get you on anything or get some extra money or anything like that. They tell you exactly what you need and cover alot more than just an oil change. Give you choices and info on whatever the service is and don't beat around the bush. Coming back here for sure.Edit: in and out in under 30 minutes too

Great experience, friendly people, and pretty fast, too! Evan greeted me immediately as I pulled on the lot and got me checked in, shortly after my car was in the bay! Josh took the time to explain the condition of various parts of my vehicle and gave recommendations on what to get changed on my next visit! I got there right before close so I didn t get the full service experience but what they did do was excellent. Very nice and friendly, very fast and efficient. I had always brought my vehicles here for oil changes, so this was the first time I brought my truck in for an aftermarket installation. Most places won t install leveling kits unless they sell the kits themselves. These guys did (though I bought the kit somewhere else) and they were happy to do the job. Josh, the manager, was excellent to work with. He and Tommy installed the kit and touched base with me during the installation on how the progress was going. I really appreciated that. They took time and great care to make sure it was done right. Of course, Eric was his everyday, customer oriented, happy self as I paid the ticket. They really made me feel they cared for my business and for the well being of my truck. I highly recommend them!

I just left and they are way too expensive. The receipt says I declined all of the extra services however they never offered them. Said they checked my lights but never did.
