Took 2017 Corvette to get key programmed. Was quoted $100 on the phone. When it came time to pay it was $150. I didn t complain just paid and about half way out of the parking not I felt something on the steering wheel that wasn t there before. 4 scratch on the side of the wheel. Went back and told the guy it wasn t there before and showed a pics from a few weeks ago of a unscratched steering wheel. He went and asked somebody in the back and of course nobody had a clue how it got there. Maybe the guy did it getting in and out of the car and didn t realize it. I know it wasn t there before. Didn t make a big deal about it just left. Pretty disappointed.Update - they sent me $50 to honor the original price and offered me to take the car to their interior guy to look at it

Craig was great to work with. Even though the warranty covered repair took nearly twice as long as the initial estimate, Craig tried very hard to make sure things were taken care of. I got a loaner when the repair entered it's second week. I would like to see a little more upfront communication. Overall, I think Craig did his best to make sure things were taken care of properly. I've had bad experiences with shops before (read reviews carefully before scheduling) so I don't like surprises. Anyway I am satisfied.

I talked to several different employees, all very nice and friendly, plus just the ones that just passed by me. I have called in several times with different questions (sometimes right at closing time) and they have always taken the time to explain my concerns. Everyone that I have talked to always seems to be very knowledgeable in explaining my questions. Very happy with my visit.

I absolutely love my Jeep!! That being said I wish they were man of their own words on top of that I waited from September2021 until January 2022 to get my Jeep looked at. When I bought it I was told verbatim you ll have to wait for Monday we had to put a new windshield in it No they didn t I can prove it. Not only that I ll never know how it passes a carfax report

Update 2023: I just recevied my New 2023 GMC Yukon XL Ultimate, and it was yet again the "Ultimate Experience" and the young man by the name of Collin Arthur was extreamly patient and very informative while setting up this new spaceship... Big Thanks to the Hubler Bedford Team!I live in Indianapolis, It was worth the Drive To Hubler GMC, unbeatable professionalism, super friendly from the moment I walk in the door... Unfortunately I wasn't able to charge my vehicle here. They are advertised on plugshare app that it's free to charge. However after showing up and installing the app I discovered it said I wasn't authorized to charge here. It looks like only certain vehicles if purchased at this location are allowed to charge. If a dealership is going to install EV chargers they need to be available to everyone. It is the only way the EV market can grow because there just isn't enough chargers (fast ones) available. Hate rating this as a 2 as the place looked very clean but a business decision caused this 2 star review.

Service was fast and courteous. However, they couldn t rotate my tires due to an inadequate lift. Never heard of a dealership that could not rotate tires on 2500/3500 trucks . I will have to choose another dealership at least every other oil change if I want my tires rotated.

Put $500 down on a car with the Sales Manager, and they sold it that same day. Couldn t find another car like it on their lot. Collin Arthur was a great salesman and genuinely cared about the mishap from the Sales Manager upon visiting them the next day. Very professional, we just were not buying unless it was on the lot although they did offer a discount. Would definitely recommend buying a car from him, just couldn t find the one I liked. Test drove the Chevy Trax LS but didn t have all the bells and whistles like the Activ, and we didn t trust to put money down again especially with a wait time for it to arrive.

My daughter was the one that brought the vehicle in. She was informed that her brakes were at 4mm or less and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Well, I measured the pads myself and they are in-fact above 4mm and still have good life in them. Just because she is a woman, don t think you need to try and take advantage of her. Second, they stated that she needed to have her 100,000 mile service completed. If the person would have taken the time to actually look up the vehicle, they would have seen that the 100,000 mile service was completed at just below 100,000 miles. This vehicle has never had any service or repairs performed outside of GM dealerships.In my career, I am in the service industry and a blue collar worker. So when my daughter tells me something that I know not to be true, I check. Do better Chevy dealership, this is just another reason I switched to Ford and Toyota. Just because you are dealing with a female, don t try and sale them something they don t need. Shame on you!

My Encore needed work. The part was over nighted. I needed to been 1hr and 1/2 away for 2days for a funeral. Because of my sales man Jeff Tillet and the wonderful Service Mechanics I received a loner car and they got my car fixed buy the time I returned!!!

they replace my battery an left the battery cover on the back. had a oil change an tire rotation, blance the tires .Had to have redone the shaking was worse than before they did it.They do half the work and charge full price.

My salesman Henry Hill went above and beyond, per usual. I told Henry what vehicle I was interested in and he quickly sent me the information on my now, new vehicle. He immediately had the vehicle pulled and I test drove it the same night. I love my new car and really appreciate everything Henry does for me!

Paid full price for a truck that needed $8,000+ in repairs. I had to make a 10 hour round trip to take it back and they took over a month to fix it after telling me it would only take a week. 30 hours total of driving and not a soul in the building apologized or anything of the sort. I will never do business with this dealership again and would recommend everyone stay away from them

Not a great circumstance with our car breaking down at 6pm on a Friday but they were able to quickly diagnose and repair it first thing Monday
