This is the best place to take your vehicle for service! They will take care of all of your vehicles needs and provide excellent customer service!! I have been multiple times, and they far exceed my expectations every time. Highly recommend!

I am very displeased with this location. I called at 11:45 this morning asking for an update on my car. I dropped it off last night for an oil change and to have them run a test to see why my check engine light came on. They told me they were done with the oil change and that they were getting ready to do my engine diagnostic test. I waited 3-4 hours just for a response. I called at 2:45 and nobody answered the phone. I called again at about 3:15 and they said that my test came back and explained to me what was wrong. They then told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to take my car to a Chevy or GM dealership. My car is not a Ford car. It is a Pontiac, but they have always done everything they could to fix my car. I wouldn't be as mad about it if I didn't wait 4 hours just for them to call me back. They told me they weren't going to charge me a diagnostic test fee since I waited for four hours for a call back when the car was done in the garage the whole time. I am on my way now to pick it up. I guess I will see if they are being truthful about that! I will never be back to this place again!!!Update: I got there and they told me my oil change hadn't even happened yet even though somebody told me the oil change was done at 11:45 a.m. I confronted the man over it and he basically threw a hissy fit and said "I never said that!!!! I was on my lunch break!!" And I said, "Somebody did!" He told me it would never happen again. I told him "Don't worry. I won't be back!" I ended up getting my oil change for free.

Exactly what is quick about this place??? I guess they took my money pretty quick after waiting 2 hours for a simple oil change... Maybe just rename it Slow Lane so people won't have expectations for fast service.

I had to go in to check on a recall for my car. They were very helpful and kind. Quick service. I liked my experience there and will go back for sure.

Pretty helpful. Took about 15 minutes for the salesman to decide if he was going to keep walking to see if I needed help tho.
