Appreciated same day service. Staff was helpful, jovial, courteous, efficient. Fee was more in line than last place I, unfortunately, had to use. Hobson is the place! And, thank you for the car wash....awesome!

Very easy to schedule the appointment, the reception was on time and the service was great. I normally check everything at the end and all they changed was working great. Also. The washed my car. I will come back to Hobson eventhough I drive a Chevy equinox.

Overall great experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the car was warmed up when I got there, so everything sounded fine until I did a cold start the day after I bought it and there was an obvious engine ticking. Which with minimal research, found that it was the timing belt tensioner/timing belt needed to be replaced. I bought it as is which I understand, but felt like it was setup to where I wouldn t find out until it was too late.

I was having trouble with my truck running rough at times and auto stop not working as it should and have been. Also there was a valve rattle when taking off from a stop. They kept me informed as to what they found and how I wanted to proceed. They answered all my questions while having the conversations. The fuel pump was not in stock which I understood. They are a higher priced part and too much money setting on the shelf and not a part that goes out very often. They had the part next day. Called and said I could get the truck it ran smoothly but they had not straighten out the auto start and stop and could bring it back because of Christmas. I chose to leave it there. They worked on all day the day after Christmas and found the components were all good and that they reprogrammed the system and everything was working properly and there was no charge for any of that. I went over that evening and got the truck. I couldn t have been happier with the whole process I had with Hobson Ford s Service Department.

Hobson Ford did a great job fixing my vehicle. Moreover, I was very impressed with the paitience they showed me. My Escape was on the lot for two months before I could give the go-ahead to repair. Great business, exceptional employees.

My car was loosing coolant, I called Hobson Ford ask them to check my car and let me know what the problem was and advise me of approximate cost of repair. I was advised of cost, I told them to fix and was done same day. My car was picked up at my home and delivered back same day. Customer service was very good and has been each time I needed their assistance. Fast friendly service.

Since buying my Ford Bronco I have had my SUV serviced at Hobson. Today, I got a service and a repair I knew appointment, and Sean Wagner and Justin were awesome. Both went out of them went out of their way to make sure the little details were taken care of. Thank you, guys, for the great service and I will be seeing you all soon. Five stars service always.

I worked here for 3 months and unfortunately they even sold me a pos. I bought a 2021 Honda civic with 29k miles and not even 100 miles on the car i could feel it wobbling all over the road. Told them about it and they tried to get me to pay 200 bucks for an alignment when it apparently "went through all checks" in their shop. Eventually after budging and WORKING HERE they complied. Bought this car Feb 1st and now April 12th i'm getting the wheel bearing, battery, engine air filter, cabin air filter, rotors resurfaced due to warping, and brake pads changed. I get these are normal wear items but they marked all of these as "good" on the inspection before i bought it. All things that should have been corrected on the car before i bought it. Absolutely freaking ridiculous and if I could give half a star i would.

Quick easy experience where they made me feel comfortable the entire time! Justin knew what I was looking for and remembered they had a brand new trade in that was exactly what I wanted and made the deal happen within less than 2 hours! Awesome group of guys here for sure!!

Drove from Louisville to Hobson Automotive in Bedford, IN and had a wonderful experience. Andre Clarke Sales Consultant helped us. He provided professional, friendly customer service. We drove home in a new Ford Maverick and highly recommend Andre and Hobson Automotive Group

Dustin in service center is the best person to work with. He did everything in his power to make sure my work was covered under warranty, he keeps you updated on your vehicle and whats going on and is very friendly. Past experiences with others in the service center was not near as good. Others I delt with that sit near Dustin are not very friendly and act like they don't care about the customer at all. They need to learn from Dustin.

I contacted Hobson Ford in the morning and got hooked up with Andre. I told him what I wanted, make, model and accessories. He not only got this done, he got me the price I wanted without even walking in the door. When I arrived all we had to do was test drive and sign papers. Best experience ever at a dealership.

Cody King and Cameron Hensley were both very helpful. Information needs to be relayed better and you shouldn't give people a payment amount if it is just gonna change a bunch when you start signing the papers in the financing office. Other than that it was a great experience but I believe you should honor the payments you give people before signing papers

I ve had the truck there multiple times under warranty for the power window not operating properly now they want to charge me to fix it every time it needs reprogrammed. The service manager is rude and argues with you about everything. Didn t address my transmission issues and are just waiting on it to go out of warranty. The service manager argues and won t accept my extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. Wouldn t address the oil consumption issue after I just changed the oil two days earlier and said I d have to let them change the oil again. The truck is using almost 4 quarts of oil between oil changes and the transmission is slipping and shifting hard. I will never purchase another Ford again

They were on time and accommodated my special needs. I do, however, wish they would go back to the quick lane oil change as an option. Sometimes is hard to make appointments for me with all the other appointments and demands on family members in failing health.

I went through Justin Sokeland to order and buy my new vehicle, so this review is about how great of a job he did. I highly recommend Justin. He made the entire process easy from order to purchase. He keeps you updated and is very responsive if you have any questions whatsoever. He doesn t try to sell you on stuff you don t need and gives you deals where he can. He s very personable throughout the entire process.

Finally had a good experience. In the past I ve been forced to deal with a certain rude service writer because no one else was there. I have always preferred to deal with Sean Wagner but always seemed to need service on his day off. He s the best. It appeared this time, the other guy is no longer back there. A plus for Hobson, that guy definitely drove away my business.I do miss walk-in service (Quick Lane) for minor things like oil changes and light bulb replacement, etc. Please bring it back. Scheduling appointments 2 weeks out for just an oil change doesn t always work well with my work schedule. I don t mind to sit and wait my turn.

Traveling here from Arizona, needed my F150 serviced before heading back. Hobson Ford got me a same day appointment. Did a great service in a timely manner, with a much needed care wash. Comfortable waiting room with coffee and popcorn. I'm a completely satisfied traveler.

Was able to get my car worked in on a Friday morning. It needed an oil change and tire rotation. My wife had to take it in because I was in the hospital. She was not only able to get the oil changed and tires rotated, but the service advisor, Ricky Kirby, suggested a couple more things that needed attention for a vehicle that now has 79,000 miles on it. They took care of all that along with checking out an annoying noise coming from under the dash. They also made recommendations for upcoming oil changes. Thank you Hobson Ford Lincoln, for taking such good care of our MKX.

These people are fantastic. My vehicle was accidentally damaged at tire shop which rendered it totally inoperable. Had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership (Community Ford) where they wouldn t even look at it, at all, they said for about three weeks. Nice.. Also my vehicle (Ford Explorer ST, love it!) kept doing its safety thing by setting the brakes every time someone tried to move it. I finally convinced them to at least come out of the shop and do the override procedure so I could move it as I had to get another tow truck.Anyway, I called Hobson Ford and they said bring it down and that absolutely they would pull it in and take a look at. Awesome! They immediately diagnosed the problem and sent me pictures of the damaged part, explaining what it all meant. But unfortunately it was going to take some time to get the part as there were none of them to be had Nationwide. So they stored my car and put me on a critical list for that part when some were available.In less time than I expected, they called me and said it was ready. I went and picked up my good to go, shiny vehicle which they had done a great of cleaning as well.Anyway, that s a long review, but I can t recommend them high enough, and that s where I ll always take my vehicles there.They truly are five stars worthy!
