Friendly staff and really fast service. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with all the information I needed and more. Lady printed everything out all the forms for me and walked me through the process. She took all the forms and made into a packet also highlighted all area that I needed to fill. She made it easy and it was extremely appreciated. I hated going to BMV when I was a little young because of the waiting but I have to say they really changed. A++++++Thanks again

I had to renew my driver's license today. I was dreading this. It used to take a lifetime in the old days. I was pleased to take a number & was called over immediately. Hannah was the lady who got me finished in about 15 minutes! She is extremely knowledgeable & professional. Thank you Bedford, IN BMV and Hannah for a very pleasant experience!

Everyone I talked to was very friendly, professional, supportive and helpful. They answered my questions in details, and processed my files efficiently. The wait time is short. Best BMV location around

I had eleven people in front of me. The wait was shorter than waiting in the taco bell drive through! Lol! My transaction time was fast and enjoyable. Good experience.

We went to the BMV in Bedford today and had a wonderful experience! Carol helped us. She was super friendly and answered all of our questions! She helped us get plates for the Jaguar we just bought and gave us estimates on the cost for plating vehicles for our two teenage daughters! She provided forms for us to fill out to make plating them easier when we return. She provided professional, friendly customer service and we were in and out in no time! Carol is our BMV MVP for sure! We will be requesting her in the future!

Nobody likes visiting the BMV, but if I have to choose one to visit, I would choose this one every time. I have never really had a bad experience here. They are always fully staffed, usually friendly, and get you in and out as quickly as possible without making you feel rushed. In and out in 5 minutes today.

I can't speak for any else but from my experience in with BMV let's just say I wasn't happy with them or their survice. I have been happy with all the others, but NOT BEDFORD.

I went in today to send in a title and get plates. The lady that helped me, Sarah, was very nice and sweet but she had to get some help from the manager and she was rude and hateful and bit her head off. If you can't handle multi tasking you shouldn't be in a leadership position.

Update 01/10 The service is amazing.Today I get a temporal permit places in a few minutes. Tracy helped me a lot.It was nice to see again to Carol & Kirsten.I would like to thanks to Carol & Kirsten for all the support, patience and help to apply the writer and driver test. The service is amazing and fast. Everybody is very kind. Thank so much.Muchas gracias a Carol y Kisten. Son muy amables y pacientes.

I stopped in on a Saturday to transfer registration to a new vehicle and they had me in and out in five minutes. I am so impressed at how fast and efficient they are at this location!

Very pleased they were open and well organized. I had four motorcycles registered today and they made it easy. Staff were courteous, professional and patient. I saw masks and social distancing guidelines followed by the staff. Longer waits outside rather then inside is a sound practice, I think. Good separation for inside seating as well and all of the chairs, countertops and other common area surface was constantly disinfected almost immediately. Great experience today and grateful for their service during this COVID-19 pandemic.

I have to say that literally everyone we dealt with for my sons driving test was wonderful. Everyone was kind and respectful and made the experience just great. It was such a lovely experience that I will be driving farther to use them every time I need to use the BMV even though there are two closer to me.

If you do your research ahead of time instead of assuming, you will find short lines and a helpful staff. Just follow the simple rules everyone should know and you'll be fine

Been to the BMV 3 different times to change my mailing address. Each time I am told something different. The people in Bedford need to get on the same page. Went to Bloomington and I was able to change my address just by giving the new address. Very frustrating to waste my time waiting to be told I can't change my address.

I was not permitted to process a change of address here because my identity documents (delivered mail) did not display my full name as displayed on my driver's license, forcing me to drive to another branch where the exact same documents were politely accepted and used to process the address change.
