Quality carts and service were absolutely outstanding! They provided amazing service on our work truck. We were in a bit of a pinch and they were able to squeeze us in and accommodate our needs. Not only this but they were very quick and efficient with their work all while providing wonderful service quality. Not only was their service wonderful they also have very friendly staff that greet you with a smile and really make sure that all your needs are met! I would recommend them to anyone who is needing work done on their vehicle or cart!

Was a chili taste test to raise money . I went to support. The employees were very welcoming, kind and talked and greeted me as soon as I walked in, not knowing if I was a customer or a chili tester.

Nothing but good things to say about the service I received at Quality Auto Mart & Service. Quality Auto Mart is not only a lifesaver, but provides excellent hometown customer service. As an out of town driver on the interstate, I called needing a plug. They were able to quickly see me and fix the issue. Their service was second to none. They truly embody taking care of your neighbor .I m very fortunate to have had an unfortunate situation occur close to Quality Auto Mart.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service they provide. Very friendly atmosphere and I was very satisfied with the job they did with my vehicle. I live in Cincinnati and I'm willing to travel to Indiana 30 minutes to have my car repair because they are worth itI recommend them to everybody

Had a flat on our camper during travel stopped here amazing service got right in to put a plug in the hole where the screw went in and said no charge and wished us safe travels. Totally amazing in the world these days!

Well, what can I say about these guys, kind, friendly, helpful, timely, thorough, reasonably priced and most of all they actually care about you and your vehicle..that's hard to say now days..they have now worked on my charger, challenger, and mustang, and I will continue to bring them my business and when they couldn't deal with an issue they referred us to a shop that was trustworthy that could..if you don't bring your vehicle here the you're doing yourself a disservice..

We are on a road trip from northern Indiana to Red River Gorge Kentucky to attend a wedding this weekend. As we were traveling on I 74 we ran into a pickle with our truck. Shortly pulled onto the next exit, #156, Sunman, IN to evaluate the situation. As we arrived at the nearest gas station, we ran into a very nice gentlemen that happened to be there, knew we had issues and gave us his business card. He referred us to Quality Auto Mart & Service located 1 mile down the road. We followed his advice and I'm glad we did! The place is well kept and a lovely business in a small town. I highly recommend their service! Thank you Quality Auto Mart for helping us tremendously to ensure the rest of our trip goes smoothly. We were in and out in quickly.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. we picked up a bolt in a tire on the roadway and stopped in to have it fixed. it was close to closing time but they were super friendly and fixed it quickly. super nice and friendly people.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had to stop in here unexpectedly when a truck in front of me on the highway lost a piece of metal equipment that went right under my car. I had a piece of the car dragging and a leak, and luckily Quality Auto was just 10 minutes away. Adam and his team had my car up on the lift in minutes, fixed up, and on my way. Amazing customer service, so kind, and am so thankful that I stumbled upon them. Would recommend to anyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys do good mechanical work & stand behind the job. We have a foreign car & their prices always beat the dealership. Very personable & professional. Always contact us first before doing anything to our car, so there's no hidden fees. AND - in the event your car needs work, they offer "loaner" vehicles for their customers to use while yours is being repaired. Contact Adam Agapie at the main number for great service.

We were traveling from Minnesota, going to Cincinnati and our trailer electric brakes quit working, a service technician named Pete was able to help us immediately. Within a half hour, Pete had us back on the road. Their help was very much appreciated in allowing us to make it to my sisters safely. His quality work made us feel comfortable getting back on the road.

We started experiencing what seemed to be engine issues while driving from a Cincinnati, OH to South Bend, IN. I pulled up Quality Automotive while searching for automotive repair shops. They squeezed us in, assessed the problem which was a fuel pump issue, and gave us a loaner car while the repairs are being made. Super nice and management all around, knowledgeable and professional. We re thankful we weren t stranded and didn t have to have our car towed back to Cincinnati for the repair.

We were stranded in Sunman, IN with what turned out to be an oil pressure sensor issue. We were 5 hours from home on a 10 hour journey. It turns out SE Indiana has the nicest people on the planet. Adam not only gave us the number of a near by Best Western (also a super helpful group- Dora and Rita) he also made sure we had a vehicle to get there.We were so grateful for the extremely caring attitude. We spent an enjoyable 2 days in Batesville, IN thanks to the quality people at Quality Auto Mart & Service. The oil pressure sensor was replaced for an honest parts and labor price. We could not be more thankful that what was a nerve-racking situation turned out so well because Adam and Quality Auto Mart and Service believe that taking care of people the same way they want to be taken care of is important. Highly Recommend!!

So we were staying at Indian Lakes RV resort next door and we had a bit of a mishap taking our car off the tow dolly. Bumper fell off! Fred had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Very nice friendly staff. Fred and Adam are the most honest and trust worthy guys to deal with. They ve been more than helpful with my vehicles that I take to them. From simple oil changes, a/c repairs, and a complete fuel system replacement! They have kept me on the road. I never have to worry about getting the run around or feeling like I m being taken advantage of! I have been going to Quality Auto for years, trusting them with all of my vehicles. This is the ONLY shop I have and will continue to trust. When I take my vehicle in for any reason, they complete a free inspection to help me stay on top of the quality care necessary to make sure my truck lasts. I brought these good folks a challenging job. I needed a new tailpipe fabricated and installed on my 43 Diesel Motor Home. They made the necessary arrangements to accommodate my large vehicle, and made a solid repair for a reasonable price. If I am in the area and need repairs again, they will be my first call.

As a woman in her 20s, I can say that I have never felt comfortable or confident in a car repair shop of any kind UNTIL I went to Quality Auto. The staff here were beyond helpful. They asked questions and made sure that they were doing right by me due to my car still being under warranty (which I had forgot about but I knew the damage was my fault). I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! It will definitely be top of my list of places to go to when I inevitably break my car again.

I have a 2006 Chevy HHR that had a headlight out on the drivers side and a turn signal light out on the passenger side up front. Both are hard to get to and replace. I tried replacing the parts myself and could not get them fixed. I even went as far as trying to get my father and father in law to help me fix it. Both are mechanically inclined and could not fix it . So I called Quality Auto Mart and Service. They immediately taken me the same day with appointment. They are very kind and professional. Their customer service goes above and beyond to please their customers. They offer more than fair prices for any repair. If you need anything repaired on your vehicle i would highly recommend them. On a trip to Chicago my car started to make noises and do things cars shouldn t be doing. Not knowing what to do I stop off at the closest exit and am told to go about a mile down the road to Quality Auto. As soon as I walk in Adam at the front desk makes me feel welcome and reassured me that I ll be taken care of. Fred then checks out my car and fixes it in RECORD TIME. Everyone there was friendly and got right to the job. Even though I live an hour away I will definitely be making the trip the next time I m in need of car services! The name says it all. Had these folks build a custom dual exhaust for my truck. Fred was helpful and responsive to phone calls and he made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. They had my truck in and out quickly and at a reasonable price. Quality of the work is A1! 10/10, would recommend and I'll be a return customer.
