As things go our 2018 Ram 2500 developed a problem starting but only when it was below 45F. Patrick was able to help me diagnose a faulty battery and replace both batteries with new SuperStart Extreme batteries. He even entertained my request to test the batteries with the portable battery tester as well as the bench tester. Great experience from a knowledgeable young man!

Bought an over priced battery for the car and they tried to tell me that it would require professional installation that they don't provide. It took about 15 minutes but we managed to get it done without killing the car.

I went in there yesterday like 10 minutes before they closed. I told them I needed oil but that I would also like to have my battery tested. The clerk gladly tested my battery starter and alternator even though it took longer than 10 minutes and they were closed by the time he finished the testing and still let me come in and buy the oil also looking up the exact brand that my car recommends. Great experience will definitely go back again and recommend anyone else that likes friendly customer service anytime of the day that they're open.

Like every other place of business. Good and bad customer service. Today was a bad one. Asked about transmission fluid. Employee blew me off and went in the back. Advanced Auto got my sale instead.

Placed a call and asked for a part, I was informed by the employee I talked to on the phone that they had one in stock. So, I drove there just to be told they did not have the part in stock.

Disappointed! Stopped in for a battery test about 10 minutes before closing. Seeing the battery tested bad the worker said the battery change looked difficult and "sir, you understand we're closing soon". Obvious that he was not going to assist us, we drive over to ADVANCED AUTO. Got there right at closing time and the two agents were more than happy to help us. When asked if they were closing, one said "we have time for you". New battery installed and we were leaving their parking lot in 7 minutes. Difficult? Not for the very capable employees at ADVANCED AUTO.

Terrific auto store. Also very friendly service and they also come out with a tester and test your vehicle for you for free. Also fast Service as well. Great place to get batteries because they are very reasonable priced.

We had car trouble on expressway and got off at next exit and came across John at O'REILLY'S. He was great. Went out And did the diagnosis on the car, kneeling on wet pavement...gave us the name of an auto mechanic and was so nice.

Always very helpful. This time the guy told me hee recommends people take their car you mechanic when the check engine light is on, but he helped me run the code. Usually they're great about helping you figure out what to do on your own.

If I purchased the rights parts, and it gets my Ford f250 back on the road running like the queen bee she should be. Then may God bless that young soldier that was curious kind very very helpful and full of knowledge. And I will give this store 2 thumps up.

I come in told them every detail about the truck for a rear u joint. And they give me the wrong one. Suppose to know what they are doing. So I take it home and set it all up in the press and try to press it in and it bust the driveshaft. I call them back and ask what part number my u joint is on my truck and it doesn't match. So now my drive shalt is junk. They offer 100 off a new one. But new one is 406 dollars. I needed a 28 dollar u joint and now I gotta spend 406 dollars. Don't sound good to me. Batesville indiama. Don't deal with them .

So is it the new thing to stop in the middle of a transaction and start another with the next customer over and over to the point your actually last in line lol. And liying to customers about part quality when they specifically ask for a certain part just to up sales is a great way to lose all the business that Murray's built....
