Awesome!My 2001 Chevy Silverado k1500 4x4 broke down a month after i just bought it from a private seller. I was very concerned about the ability to find trustworthy & affordable help in a timely manner & not get scammed in the process. I called Kochs, they picked it up & towed it to their shop the following Monday. Today they called with the assessment & estimate of parts & labor.It is actually within my budget and I feel Blessed! By the time parts are ordered & the work is completed; it's only going to take a few more days & I will be back on the road with confidence of safety & stability!I feel like I can really TRUST the honesty & integrity of this business. Thank You

Bill was terrific! I have never been given 4 tire options and told to resesrch them. I went with Continental and they are a smooth ride on my SUV! Service was great! I will be back! Thank you again!

I want to thank Jason and all his Techs for fixing my truck. I have went to dealer ships, multiple mechanics and they could not figure it out. I highly recommend Koch and will not take my truck anywhere else. Koch had it figured out in a week.

Everyone is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The service department is excellent and their work is out of this world. I highly recommend this business. We were traveling through Indiana on our way back home to Florida when our car broke down. A local resident stopped to help. He recommended Koch auto. My car was making a noise that we could not understand. My wife refused to drive the car because she was afraid of it. Jason, although couldn t get the car to make the noise, suspected the problem and was able to fix it. That kind of auto mechanics comes from experience. Awesome experience, knowledgeable individuals couldn t ask for a better group of people. Took my car to have an electrical issue fixed at a local shop where I currently live in McCordsville ,shop had it for 3 months couldn t figure it out. So what do you do ,you drive an hour southeast to someone you trust. Jason and the crew had it fixed in no time at all.

Good , honest people. Great service and work guaranteed. They've done the timing chain and components on our GMC Terrain (2.4 Ecotech), new tire installs on multiple vehicles, alignments, rotations , balancing of tires, as well as a turbo actuator replacement and programming on my school bus. Hard to beat customer service as well as a great parts department. I have been using Koch for years for my auto repairs. This time they had replace parts of my exhaust system. They did a great job. They have always been courteous, friendly and professional. Jason, Bill have always been helpful in giving me the best fix at a reasonable cost. I will continue using Koch because I trust them to be fair and honest with my car problems and what it will take to fix it. When I dropped off my vehicle for a problem I first time saw on my newer vehicle, Bill W. promised to service my vehicle in their busy schedule because in this situation I no longer can drive and wait. Granted, they took it, though not the same day but the next day it was fixed and drivable. The vehicle system running the battery so bad that it required a new battery. Before I went here I tried the cheaper route at the Walmart Auto Center to save a few bucks in having my new tires mounted and balanced. The place seemed to be staffed by a group of teenagers and after waiting for over an hour they reported that they "couldn't get the wheels off." Needless to say it was a complete waste of time and we left. Stay away from the Walmart auto center if you value your vehicle!On the other hand, Koch Auto is rated very highly for a reason - they deserve it. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Bill is one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable people I have ever met and I will recommend Koch Auto to all my friends and family.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
