I can't speak highly enough of my fantastic experience with Buckley's Service Center. I found myself with a broken down car in Batesville, several hours from home on the day after a holiday when many garages were booked solid. The people at Buckley's worked me in first thing in the morning, quickly identified my issue, located and installed a replacement part, and had me back on the road by noon. They offered courteous and friendly service, thorough and thoughtful diagnostic information, and a pleasant, warm waiting area to sit while they worked. All at a very reasonable cost!

I have never had a comparable experience with any other towing company in over 30 years! The staff is very kind, and compassionate. I was so impressed at how empathetic they are. They take the time to not just listen, but to hear their customers! They clearly value their customers. Their business practices are above bar. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, affordable, experienced team of auto experts!Bob, and Dillon, thank you so much for listening to me, for the trust, and confidence that you have given me. We are from out of state and our truck with a loaded trailer broke down. We called someone else local and they quoted us almost 700 dollars to tow one mile. We called Buckley's instead and let me tell you, they are amazing! A hundred bucks and he got us down to where we needed for repairs. Such nice, good people! Highly recommended

Had an absolutey excellent experience with this company. My vehicles starter motor died and they had me towed to their shop and back on the road with a new one within 2 hours. Incredible service. I can't recommend highly enough. Will definitely use their services again. Special thank you to Jake who was such a great help.

This is the place I take my autos for general service and maintenance. They never try to sell me things I don't need. Example, oil change places always want you to buy dn air filter when you don't need to replace every oil change. They check it and if you NEED it they advise you. The mechanics are skilled and efficient as well as pleasant and enjoy their job. I find their rates are competitive and usually less than the quick change places and I can trust that they did what they charged me for. TRUST is the key. They do full service and communicate with you.

I didn't have an appointment, but my car needed fixed immediately as I had drill the next morning. They picked it up and dropped it off fixed, same day. Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced.Won't take my car anywhere else now.

My Truck died while driving to Indianapolis on I-74. After googling for tow truck to take my truck to the shop, I found out this place has towing service plus auto repair service too. The dispatcher was polite and arranged to have the tow truck driver meet me at the interstate and picked me up and bring the Truck to their shop.I met with the mechanic at the shop and discussed what happened with the truck and showed them the list of repairs that I have done to my truck so they are aware what's wrong with it.They did contact me via text to keep me updated and got the truck fixed quickly and I asked them to do the alignment and they did it quickly too.I will recommend this place to anyone who needs honest opinion and feedbacks on getting their vehicles repaired. I will definitely use this shop for future repairs.

Over the years Buckley s have serviced our cars and we have had no complaints. They get the job done & I feel like they treat me like family!

My brake line had broke and we had tried to fix it ourselves, but after hours of running back and forth we couldn't. I called the next morning and buckley's came and towed it to the shop and fixed it. Then drove it back to work for me. They told me exactly what was wrong. And they all were so nice. Thank you guys!

They seem like great people that know what they're doing I haven't got my car back yet but they're going to work on it tomorrow. So hopefully they get the job done. I have faith!

They lie about prices tell you a tow cost one thing then charge you more when you drop it off! Beware make them write it in paper before they leave with your vehicle

Charge 5.98 times the amount that a part costs. Looked up the part number they gave me it s a $53 part and they charged me $325.29 for the part
