Lady at the counter was super rude because we didn't have cash and had to use our card. She said it charges her too much and proceeded ro slam our merchandise on the counter. If thats the case don't accept credit cards at all I will be going to the shell for the duration of my stay in this town.

I'm a veteran that took his family of 6 to King's Island. I only have half a colon due to colon cancer. On our way back from King's Island, we stopped at the BP off I74 in batesville to get gas, go to the bathroom, and buy some odds and ends. I pulled up to the pump and went inside to use the bathroom. Before I could come out one of the two workers there started trying to enter the bathroom I was in. When I come out my family horrifies me with a story of how the 2 foreigners that work there assaulted my family while I was in the bathroom. While I was in the bathroom, my son waited for a bathroom to come available. The whole time he waited the 2 workers watched him like he was going to steal from them. He couldn't wait any longer to use the bathroom. He went outside behind the dumpster and went pee. The female worker followed him outside to watch him pee! I went inside and told the workers that they lost a sale. The male worker charged at me flailing his arms and cussing my family and I out. He was telling me we had to leave or he would call the police. I told him to call them. He followed me in a very aggressive manner like he was going to attack me and my family. He was trying to take pictures of us and our license plates. He wanted us to leave but wouldn't back off for my son and I to get back in the car. We were finally able to get out of there. My family and I were horrified to be treated like that. We had a wonderful time at King's Island just to be assaulted at 12:30 am by foreigners. Do NOT EVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

This is by far my favorite gas station by far. They really know their people there. Always friendly and very helpful. Plus you can get a coffee for a Kickstart at Dunkin Donuts

Just a horrible gas station with rude people. They won t accept a credit card for transactions under $5. I needed something in a pinch didn t have the cash so they took my product and threw it away.

BP standard, fairly accessible for highway although could be difficult street turn in peak traffic. Fit the bill for gas before entering OH.

Paid for my 3 drinks pulled my card out lil to soon couldn't print a receipt on there end soo..showed it came out on my bank app ill never go back to that BP

Beyond Rude. Lady behind the counter was more concern about having cash than card. Attitude was extremely uncomfortable. Glad I don t live near here

A nice family owns this business, and they are very friendly! They know myself and my husband and always strike up a conversation. Very clean and maintained!

I haven't been to a BP gas station yet that was dirty outside or that dirty bathrooms. Very nice service stations.

It's a gas station for heaven's sake. Not large convenience store and car wash is "iffy" but usually has the cheaper gas in Batesville, IN.

The only reason Im giving 1 star are for the one stall bathrooms! Sign says diesel however if your a truck and trailer it s almost impossible to get in this place!!
