My van broke down on the way home after traveling from Florida to see the eclipse in Shelbyville. Everyone was very helpful in getting the tools and parts I needed to make the proper diagnosis and repairs to my van. Thanks for helping rescue my family s vacation.

I purchased a lawn mower battery that needed to be exchanged. I purchased the battery a different Advanced location, and came to the Batesville location to try to exchange it. Ultimately I was able to exchange the battery but it took much longer than it should have.

When I called I could immediately tell the guy I was speaking to knew his stuff so I went and ordered parts to repair electric windows in both of my vehicles. Not only did I get the correct parts at a great price the gentleman helping me drew a diagram to help me get the door panels off he showed me all the parts and gave me a quick tutorial that helped tremendously. Wish I could remember his name. Thanks so much.

On the evening of 11/10/22 I needed a battery replacement under warranty. Long story short, there were system issues finding my warranty, but 'Bob' got it worked out and I was back on the road with a working battery. Thanks Bob!

Needed a new battery over the holiday weekend. Got there right at closing time and the two agents were more than happy to help us. When asked if they were closing, one said "we have time for you". New battery installed and we were leaving their parking lot in 7 minutes. THANK YOU to the very capable employees at ADVANCED AUTO.

The workers are friendly and very helpful. The prices are something you have to watch, or you'll end up paying more than you should for many items. You can save a lot of money by buying your items online and then doing the free in-store pickup. It's extremely easy to find coupon codes to get 30% off of your order. If you have a "Check Engine Light" on, they will scan your car for free, to see what is wrong. They also have a great tool loan system.

Nathan was great replaced my turn signal bulb for me, and normally they don't do that. It was freezing cold out and he was so sweet and nice about it. Thank you Nathan your a true gem!

I needed coolant for my car. A very nice young man went out to check it for me and he also put it in for me and checked my windshield washer fluid also. I really appreciated the extra help he gave me.

Just moved to Batesville and my F350 threw a code and the check engine light came on. Haven't come across my scanner since moving, so I stopped by the AAP and asked to borrow theirs. The guys in the store were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back when I need to purchase consumables for my vehicles.

Sorry to say, we had a very bad experience with this branch. We had a head light shut down on our way to Milwaukee, WI. The lady salesgirl/mechanic tried to help us to fix the problem. She checked the fuse box and was not able to fix it instead she made it worse. She told us to go to Walmart. The man employee gave us some tips. We left with the bright beam on and a brake light on now on the dashboard. We're all scared while friend drove slowly on Hwy 65 to downtown Indianapolis. Base on experience, some of your people are helpful but some are not. I don't recommend this Auto parts to anybody.

Buyer beware! They will not honor their own prices posted online! Classic bait and switch! That's ok there's another better & less expensive parts place right down the road from them...

Very upset and disappointed this place has never gave me the right part once in my life I just called tonight and ask for a alternator and of course the employee was in to big of a hurry to leave the store they gave me the wrong one and corporate is going to be hearing about it
