Unbelievable customer service. Called about a trailer at around 9am, was driving home with it by noon. They made sure everything was handled and working properly before I left, even replaced a fuse in my truck.

Great company and great people! I ve bought many trailers from them! This last trailer I bought used as is and they went above and beyond. They put a new battery and solenoid on free of charge.

Was in the market for a 6x10 enclosed trailer in red. After searching for what seamed like months, I came across Detro trailers. They had exactly what I needed. Staff was SUPER friendly and equally as helpful. Answered all my questions and some I didn t even think of asking. Prices were very reasonable and the selection was MASSIVE! Will be doing business with them again.

Had our trailer literally break down in front of their property at 8pm. Manager and employee came by changed all 4 tires and got us up and running again. They didn t have too but they did. Exceptional service!!!

It was a great experience working with Detro Sales. If I ever need another trailer, I will definitely go back to them. Absolutely love the Aluma 8114SR trailer. No worries about rust, light weight, and easy to move around by hand. I especially like the bifold rear gate that can even be folded into the trailer when hauling very long boards.

My visit to Detro's was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was never pressured, and was allowed to view their inventory at my own pace. I found a trailer that was a perfect match for my needs. The price was fantastic. I would recommend Detro to everyone in the market for any size and style of trailer.

Just picked up my trailer from Detro's and let me tell everyone, "THE ONLY PLACE TO BUY A TRAILER" I use my trailer harder than most anyone and as well as having great prices and a super selection, they go above and beyond in taking care of service and warranty needs. I plan to be back in the fall for another enclosed trailer. Great folks to deal with.

This is one of my all-time favorite trailer businesses. If Detro doesnt have it, then you probably really don't need it as much as you think. Great selection, and the people take excellent care of you.

I just bought a trailer from this location. Great people. Easy to deal with. Huge inventory and good service. I needed some additions to my trailer and they did them in a fast time and professional manner. Very satisfied. The desk guy welcomed me with a great smile. I felt very welcomed. Thank you guys

Ive bought 2 trailers from them so far and both experiences were great. Everyone there i have had contact with was very friendly. Good prices on trailers. Will definitely be sticking with these guys when the time comes to buy some more trailers!

I took my trailer to Detro to have the roof repaired and they went above and beyond. They could not repair it, but found out that United had a few trailers that needed roof repairs and mine was one of them. They called United and it will be repaired for free because of United's error. They fixed a couple extra things and were fantastic. I would recommend them for all trailer needs.

Sure Trac quality is questionable and I agree with another poster who says their trailers feel a bit overpriced. It seems to me that they are cutting corners and still demanding a premium for their trailers. But as disappointed as I am with my Sure Trac purchase, I am more disappointed with the service I received from Detro Trailer in Bainbridge.I have a small landscaping company and have had numerous issues with a brand new 14k dump trailer (battery, battery charging, jack) after less than one year of use. Throughout every step of the way (purchase, follow up questions, and maintenance/repairs) the people at Detro showed themselves to be unhelpful and barely interested in customer service. I could go on about my experience, but the short version is that I started having some battery charging issues about 6 months in, so I brought the trailer in for service and repair last winter and their solution to the problem was to tell me that I needed a new battery and proceeded to sell me a new one (remember that the "old" one was not even a year old), stating that this would solve the problem. It did not solve the problem. After several more things started going wrong with the trailer I took it to Northside Trailer in Zionsville and they fixed everything, including the battery issue which they easily diagnosed as a blown fuse holder for the hot wire.After spending $7,600 on a new trailer I expected that the dealer would show some interest in ensuring things were working properly and I was happy with my purchase. But the impression I got at each step, from almost everyone I interacted with, is that they sell so many darn trailers that they don't have the time or the concern to provide much customer service to the individual. My advice is to go elsewhere. I will not be back, and will not be buying another Sure Trac.

Very rude! Trailers are priced good but there not helpful at all, whether you but something or not. Has the potential to be a very good business if they hired new a more professional staff.

We bought our enclosed trailer here last fallWe love it & have had No problemsI stopped today to get a trailer electric plug & some hooks & strapsFriendly people, they even hooked up my trailer lights to the truck via my new plug lolI recommend this place to everyone
