Had a wheel bearing pressed in it took three days. They didn't have to take it off the car I did that. Just to press a bearing out and press a new on in it was 150.00. in a month the bearing went out again. They had it cocked when pressing it in.never go there again.

I wish there was 0 stars because they don t deserve even 1 star.took my car in to change the spark plugs 300$ later and our car left running worse than when we brought it in. Brought it back so they could fix what was wrong with the spark plugs. They didnt fix the problem and our car was running way worse than before now he told us then it was a bad torque converter and it would be about 700$ just in labor and he didn t have the time or employees to work on it.so we ended up taking it to someone else to figure it out.come to find out it was a cracked spark plug they put in our car that was making it run bad. Now we are trying to get some type of refund on the 300$ we spent with them and they will either forward my phone calls or just not answer.my husband spoke with them and the lady hung up on us.im sorry but this is not the way people do business and I will be calling the better business bureau! DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE

They took great care of me when the tie rods went out on my truck this week. Very nice and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Honest and professional service. I wouldn't take my vehicles to anyone else.

Went in to have a blower motor put in and told them I would need a blower motor resistor ordered also. They quoted me $250 to put the blower motor resistor and blower motor in. So I accepted because it sounded like a great deal. They said the blower motor resistor was the issue and that I didn t need to put in the blower motor at the moment. So I paid $200 and started to leave. When I turned on my air it sounded like a baseball card in a bicycle tire (which was the same noise it made before it stopped working the first time). I immediately went back in to tell them. He said give it some time and the sound should stop and if it didn t stop within a week then bring it back in. I told him that was the sound it made before it stopped working the last time but he again said just give it some time. My air worked for an hour then stopped. I called and told them the air stopped working they said the would do it for $150. I argued saying I was originally quoted $250 for the resistor and motor to be installed. Plus they were the ones who said I didn t need the motor put in. So they said they d do it for $50 since I already paid $200. My next 2 appointments after that conversation were canceled and rescheduled. After my third try they said they couldn t do the job because it was to hard to get to the blower motor and that it was probably an electrical issue because the motor tested good when they had it the first time. I took it to an electrical mechanic and they said it was the blower motor that was bad. I called Westside and spoke to the owner and told him it was the blower motor that tested bad and asked if they d put the motor in. He didn t want to say he d do it for $50 like I was originally told and kept trying to talk to me about taking things out to get to the blower motor. He eventually said if that s what I was told then he d do it for $50 and gave me a date and time at 10am. I asked if they d be able to have it done by 1 because I work 2nd shift and that s how the receptionist and I had based my previous appointment times. Apparently that was the straw that broke the camel s back because he told me that was me being pushy when he was trying to help me out, to have the d@** thing done somewhere else, I was irritating the f*** out of him, and then he hung up on me. I do not recommend this place at all!

Very nice and trustworthy. Did exactly what they said they would at the price they quoted. Had some hiccups but didn't shove the cost onto me. My little ranger runs great.

Outstanding service. They were able to help me with emergency car repairs halfway through a long road trip. Despite them working past closing time, they still gave me a fair price and didn't take advantage of my situation at all.

We had a brake line fail luckily at the gas station down the road from their shop. We were on our way to Kentucky from Michigan. We noticed the shop was close and called to see if they could squeeze us in. They moved another vehicle out of a bay that they were waiting on parts for to get us in right away. They are super nice, accommodating, and honest. They got me in and back out in no time. They totally saved our trip!! Thanks so much guys!!

My husband and I were passing through Austin when our engine overheated and stranded us. We called Westside Auto and Jon came to our rescue just a few minutes later. Turned out radiator was the issue. His lovely wife Teresa drove us to the nearest rental place. We got a rental car for one day while Jon located a new radiator and installed it the next day. They handled everything for me I didnt have to go get any parts they came and got my truck for me the day I called. They told me when my truck would be done plans changed they called and informed me of the change. They are really good people and from what I can tell by driving my truck they are great at their jobs thanks a bunch.

The owner's name is John real good guy and helps out any way he can help good guy to work on ur car and has used tires for sale does towing and recovery cheap prices also see so if u need any of these things done be the guy to see and save u some money

Had them change 4 used tires out for me. They noticed a problem with one of them but failed to tell me. So left me on side of road twice. So won't be returning to them if avoidable.

Jon and Theresa are honest people they tell you what needs to be fixed and let you decide if YOU want it fixed.THEY DON'T RUN UP THE BILL JUST TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY.
