The Palmer guys were such a great help when we were 4 hours from home on a Sunday night and having some engine trouble. I didn t know what we were going to do. I m so glad I found their number, they answered and came out right away. They diagnosed the problem and we were able to get back on the road and made it home. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!!

My truck was broken and sitting for 2 days , wasn t able to find anyone in area until I reach Palmer. He got very good knowledge with engines. He fixed the truck for 2 hrs when we bring the truck to he s shop and didn t even charge us for road service. He save us at least 2500$ from towing it back to Chicago.

My tire was leaking air around the valve stem and had a flat 2 hours away from home at 11:30 at night. Very thankful for this company s service and willingness to take calls 24 hours

If I could leave a 10 star I would. They came within 1 hr and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and polite. Next time I am in that area I would definitely call them for any kind of issues that I am having. Thank you again.

We travel full-time in our RV and were driving through Indiana on Sunday night on our way to Kentucky when we experienced a mechanic concern. We decided to spend the night at a rest stop as we looked for a mechanic in the area. We were so worried that we were going to be stuck in the area for a few days to a week trying to get the repairs needed. We found Palmer Truck & Trailer Repair after searching the internet for diesel mechanics in the area. We contacted them Monday morning and they said they would be able to make the necessary repairs to our diesel truck as soon as possible. We were towed to their shop on Monday (used our Roadside Assistance) and TJ (mechanic) immediately got to work repairing our truck. Within 4 hours they had completed the repairs and we were on our way to Kentucky. We so appreciate Palmer Truck & Trailer Repair as they were very friendly and helpful and completed the repairs so quickly and at reasonable rates. If you are in need of a mechanic and are living in the area or are passing through the area, then we highly recommend Palmer Truck & Trailer Repair.

Very knowledgeable, honest, and punctual Mechanic. owls, mangle is to fix you and not rip you off. You don t see too many mechanics like that these days most definitely recommended.

When I was trailering my motorcycles back home to Michigan from Tennessee I hit a pretty good bump on the highway which caused my suspension to slam and the tires to start rubbing on the fenders. It was so bad that I was not going to be able to make it home without blowing a tire. Luckily I found CJ and his repair service. I gave him a call at 6pm on a Saturday night and he sprung into action. He said that he an hour away but he would leave immediately to come help me. He ended up getting to me in under an hour! Luckily it ended up being a simple fix and I was back on the road within the hour. Thank you again CJ for helping me out in a time of need.

Very great at what they do. Quick professional and very friendly. No job is to big nor to small for the Palmer business. 100 /100 highly recommend. If they mess up the job. They always make it right. They welcome everyone and even have a place to sit and wait while getting vehicle serviced. Positive attitudes are amazing their and even make sure you leave 100% satisfied. Was traveling to Kentucky all of sudden I noticed a light on the dash came on and I was stuck in the middle of the road late at night which I thought my night and my trip was over. Until I came across palmer track and trailer repair which I found on google. TJ showed with in 35 min which was mind blowing how quick they responded. TJ found the leak with in minutes and had the part ready to go with in 1 hour I was back in the road. Thank you Palmer track and trailer repair(Tj) highly recommend them. Made it on time to delivery and on time for my pick up back to Chicago Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Best place to go in southern Indiana! TJ is great! He serviced our big truck and got it in and out the same day. He came out to our jobsite when we had a broke down chipper and fixed it on the spot! Super fair prices and does a great job! Will recommend to everyone and anyone needing work done on big trucks and machines. My driver broke down on the highway and fortunately made it to a gas station 12 minutes from their company so We called them they asked where He was at, and they literally made it to my driver in 10 mins gave him the diagnosis Of the truck they literally fixed it within 30 minutes TJ and Robert are the best!!!!!!!! Definitely recommend, if they had 10 stars they would of definitely got it!!!!

Got a flat tire on the side of the highway, tried to get our tire off but had a damaged lug nut. Got on google, found Palmer Truck & Trailer, called them and described the situation and our location. The man on the phone said his guys would be there in an hour and I swear they were there in half the time. They got our Flat tire Off the car in a matter of minutes, put on our Donut Tire. Then we followed along behind the Palmer Guys to their garage where they fixed and patched up our flat tire. Those guys worked so fast outside in the heat to fix the tire. I am so thankful we found them and they saved us SO MUCH TIME! We were back on the highway in no time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE IN THE AREA or even if your stranded on the highway with a dead tire!!!

Great experience. Quick at what they do. Always welcomed me with a cup of coffee and a joke. Very professional and great company as you sir and wait on your vehicle. My Sister and Brother In Law were pulling there camper home Sunday made a stop in Scottsburg In and they were told they had smoke coming from their back wheel on the camper turned out the wheel bearings were bad. Called Palmer services. There very quickly and repaired quickly. Very reasonable on cost Will definitely use again if we run into trouble

This was the best experience I've had with vehicle repair. Car broke down at the rest area, the serpentine belt broke. This was early afternoon and I was told the part might not be available until the next day, so they arranged a ride to the nearest motel. Around 9pm the same day they called and said the car was ready and drove it to us. If you're near Scottsburg, or even in Louisville, it's worth the drive for car repair. Thanks again everyone at Palmer. We made it safe.

Traveling to Indianapolis to Kentucky we got a flat tire on the box truck we were driving. Stopped at 2 truck stops and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I called Palmer because it wasn't too far out of the way. They got us fixed up quick and it was very affordable.

We, had an emergency on our travel trailer on our way home from vacation it was late in the evening on a Friday night Al was great he fixed our wheel bearing and got us back on the road. Thank you Al and your crew for taking excellent care of us we greatly appreciate you.

Fastest and most educational service I ve ever experienced! Al came to help within 15 minutes of my call and was able to tell me what the problem was with my bus and explained how and why the problem existed. Told me where to get a part I needed at a good price and then helped me install it and get the bus running again! Amazing service, highly recommend!

Blew a transmission coolant line at mile marker 34 on 65N as I was traveling from Nashville to Indianapolis. On a Saturday night nonetheless. Mr Palmer came to my hotel, picked up the car, located the special Cadillac brass fitting, and filled fluid and pressurized system. Great family man and veteran. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

Al palmer is by far the most honest and reasonable mechanic i have had work on my Nissan xterra. It broke down on a sunday out of town from louisville. A lady that new of him suggest i have him look at it. Had it towed to his shop and he determined quickly it was the fuel pump. He went out of his way to get genuine nissan parts instead of after market parts for this issue. After repair I drove the car back to louisville and had an issue with the fuel pump.He drove up the next morning and figured it out witin minutes and explained everything to me. The fuel pumps are very tedious and made of plastic and the supply hose came out. Simple fix. I don't know of any other mechanic that would drive 50 miles away do that on a saturday at no extra charge and make it right. Thanks al. I will recomend you to every one i know.

Not recommended. They are stealers they know how to steal money from customer pocket. Actually they are tire shop and pretend like mechanic and engineers lol. Better to go anywhere else. They trying to pretend in front of you they are solving your problem but actually not.

Coming back from a 6 hour trip, had already gotten one flat tire on our trailer on the interstate so we had already used our spare and the other one went flat. All Walmart s were out of stock but we got ahold of this place and they met us where we needed and changed our tire at an insanely affordable price!

My dad runs this business and has done this for many years he is dedicated and hard working. Tells you what is wrong and when It will be done. If you have any mechanical problems I highly recommend Palmer Truck and Trailer for all your vehicle needs

This place went above and beyond for my clueless college son who broke down and was stranded hours away from school. They sent a mechanic to him too look at it, had it towed and then fixed it all within 24 hours. I have never experienced such amazing servicem

I m semi truck driver. I ve got broken on I-65 at 10pm. These guys came to me in one hour and helped me immediately. Very professional mechanics and good prices. Thanks again guys!
