Outstanding service on an oil change. Great price and the staff was courteous and fast! Changed 4 tires, changed oil and filter, topped off fluids all in an hour. I was still shopping and the car was done. Best place in town.

They did not install my battery correctly when I went to them to have them refix it they only told me there's a fault somewhere in the system without even looking at my battery. Took it to a mechanic and they told me it's just a loose battery exactly what I told the Walmart workers. They will not do their job they will find the simplest way to get away of not doing their work.

Had to replace 1 tire. The staff was good and made sure that everything went great. Only thing was that I was the first appointment and it took them a little time to get ready for me. Still 5 stars as they took care of everything.

Had the best experience buying my new tires here. Needed new tires in a hurry, and was treated with much respect, and professionalism. The young man who helped me was especially helpful in finding the tires I needed, and getting my appointment set. Installation of the tires was great! My Son and I were on a trip and ran over a 30 gal bag of garbage. It ripped up our brand new tire from another tire company and we were stranded 75 miles from home on a Sunday afternoon. The personnel in the Tire Center went above and beyond to ease our stress and put a new tire on our car and get us on our way home. The desk clerk and tire technician were so kind and understanding. They were also very knowledgeable and professional too!! Walmart should be proud of these young men. Thank you again! Lawrenceburg, Indiana Walmart Super Center!!

They didnt tighten my oil gasket and it fell off while driving down highway. Lost a lot of oil! They said ...Not their problem! Never again going their for oil change!

Had a blowout and was stranded. 30 mins before closing these guys took my rim and tire and popped a new one on in under 10mins of getting there. I will keep coming back for tires as long as the same people are there. Thanks again

Other than I think the cost of tires is way too high. They did a really great job. Very polite. Took about an hour but we got our shopping down right on time. Not an over and beyond type of experience. But I was just getting a tire

We were there 10/12/2023 and they were so busy and so understaffed that it was at the least a 2 1/2 hour wait.

I went there thinking I had a tire leak, found out I didn't. They checked it, put seal around the tire. checked the other tires and battery all at no cost. They said it would take 2 hours ended up taking an hour. Over all good experience

Thrifty shopper beware: a simple oil change turned into two hours. I called ahead and made sure there were no appointments. After the mechanic said no I went in and was the first there. They went to work immediately but after a few customers came in the didn't know how to delegate tasks. After they were almost finished with my oil change they stopped and didn't get back to it for another hour and a half! Walmart needs to hire more staff in this pitiful department. Everyone in the lobby was upset with their service. Do not come here!

Showed up this morning to have 4 tires installed after calling yesterday and being told to come in 1st thing. The tire Dept was 20min late opening & the employees were very unprofessional and rude once they were open. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here, spend the extra $50 & take your vehicle to trained professionals. This is hands down the worst retail/automotive experience I have ever in my life had!

Took in 3 different times to get the wheels balanced after they put new tires on not once was it done right. ended up having to pay tire discounters to do it and they got it right the first time. Also the manager there seems not to care about anything.

They put a couple trailer tires on rims for me while I shopped. Crew was helpful and cheerful. Good crew at Aurora Walmart service center.

Anytime we take my car here it s always a 2+ hour wait and not including the 30 minutes it takes for someone to come help you at the register. Seems to always be a couple managers there but never actually in the automobile center helping to move things along. If you don t feel like waiting your whole day for a oil change I would go somewhere else.

I was told my tires were not serviceable bc the tread was worn on the outside of one tire. I then drove 40miles to the other side of town to find out the tires werent even the problem. Had walmart taken the time to simply look at my rims they could have been helpful. I had some vibration at low speeds. Rather than attempting to help i was sent away unless I bought 4 new tires which I didnt even need.

2nd time this week I've went to get oilchange. The last time 2-9-19 I was told there were 5 cars ahead of me and it would be three hours. I was the only car not in garage. There was only 2 cars in the garage. One was finishing oil change the other getting tired. Why 3 hrs and where were these imaginary 5 cars waiting. Since I was the only car in lot waiting. Before driving 15 miles there I asked estimated time and was told they can't give that

An oil change cost me over a grand. They topped off all the fluids and used the wrong brake fluid,which made every piece of rubber in the system swell to three times it's original size. It took weeks for the problem to be noticed and the manager said "you can't prove it was us..." He's right,but I can tell everyone how incompetent his employees are.

Even with the wait, I still get a good oil change and or tire rotation. They are doing their best with what work load is placed on them. Thank ya service team!

This guy named Arron was nice enough to pay for my brother a pop and made his day. He also decided to help an elderly man with batteries for a car or vechicle. He treated people with a lot of respect.

Great experience I called my local Walmarts and auto center never answered their phone but this one did and was in the area so they got my business very friendly staff would recommend them

it was on a Saturday and I did expect it to take awhile places tend to Be busy on those days but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable the prices are great I'd recommend to anyone!!!
