Jim's is the only place me and my family take our vehicles. He is really nice and his prices are the best around. I can't even put into words how much I would suggest this place, it's the only trustworthy auto shop I've been to. If you're looking for a good mechanic at amazing rates, this is the place.

I've been going to Jim's Auto Repair for 16 years and the service has always been great! Very honest mechanic and reliable. I will never go anywhere else until they close shop.

Don't call for emergency service. They'll make you feel like your problem doesn't matter.I also called this place last year to see if they would look at my radiator/Ac; they wouldn't look at it at all and suggested I take it elsewhere for that kind of service because it's "hard to diagnose". Because of that honesty, I'm giving them another star.

Most honest and fair mechanic you will find. Jim and Shelly are the definition of excellent service. When I can't fix my vehicle, it goes to Jim's. Only one I trust with my vehicles.

Wish i would have came here before spending $1500 Automasters in kendallville.... Real Mechanic's are extremely difficult to find.. Stop wasting money and being UpCharged by Crooks like i did... Googling all my parts i bought came to around 590$.... Im no Grade A mechanic... But ive built a car or 2 in the past..No way should the work i needed done cost $1000 in labor. Not to mention it sat for in the lot for 3months . People like Automasters really need shut down. And places like this need more attention.

Great guy taken all vehicles ive had to him wont give you the run around asked him to do some work on my engine figured itd be a couple hundred called me later that day just needed vacum tubes cost me 50 bucks very honest mechanic.
