Great experience! I took my truck in to get a gouge fixed on the side of the bed. They handled everything with my insurance and finished the work in a timely manner. It looks amazing! I would definitely recommend them.

Classic City Body & Paint warrants a 5 star rating. They excel in customer service, and expert body/paint craftsmanship. Whether it's a fender bender or total front/side needs replacing, (as in my case) let Classic City handle the job. Your eyes will love what they see! Your car will look brand new! That was my experience.

Excellent customer service, great communication and kept me in the loop of what was going on every step of the way. My vehicle looks brand new. I've used their services twice within the last 5 years and if I have to in the future I will choose to go to Classic City Body & Paint. Thanks for fixing my equinox!

Have always had a good experience here with Nathan and his Father. Been bringing my vehicles here for body work for over 6 years now. They are extremely talented with body repair and work with insurance adjusters to get vehicles repaired the right way. With the amount of vehicles here getting repaired that have local license plates, it's the obvious choice to go for the people of Auburn and Dekalb county, Indiana.

Horrible experience. Dropped my car off on a Monday after being told it would be Thursday or Friday. Called numerous times to confirm the completion date remained, only to get a call back on Thursday saying they could not get to it and I would need to come pick it up. After spending several hundred in a rental car for nothing, it is a bit frustrating. Would highly recommend to go elsewhere to save time and money.

They had my vehicle for over 4 months. Communication was awful. Never received calls back, I ended up going there several times. I feel that they definitely could have been more professional in their services.

Highly recommend! Nathan went above and beyond when my car was rear-ended. He was on the ball getting in contact with the at fault insurance company and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Saved me a ton of stress! I can tell that this business is about customer service. The customer service I received from the minute I walked in the place to the very end is how CS should be with every business. I highly recommend this place!!

My dad recently had his pickup truck repaired after sliding off the road and he mentioned many times how much he was pleased with this body shop. He never fusses over businesses like this, they really impressed him.

Wayne, his son and son-in-law did a fantastic job getting me back on the road, I was passing through and the side door on my old ford van broke so I called Wayne asking if he could help, he said call by which I did, about 4 hours later I was back on the road after they were able to find the required part and pick it up from the local Ford and fit it. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and much lower than I expected.If you are passing through or live in Auburn, Indiana and need body work done this is the shop to use for quality work and a very reasonable price.

Amazing and professional staff. They went above and beyond with helping me figure out everything with insurance. Kept in contact and did everything possible to make the experience great. The guys at Classic City went above and beyond my expectations. They repaired my SUV to OEM specs, they were very professional and helpful. Not only was the damage repaired, but the paint matches perfect. When I picked my vehicle up I was surprised to find they cleaned both the exterior and interior prior to delivery. I am not 100 percent certain, but I believe they cleaned the engine bay as well. I checked my oil before going on a trip and it seemed cleaner than I previously remembered. I really don t open the hood so I can t say 100 percent for sure. What I can say is that I will be doing more business with these guys in the future.I have had the dealership take care of my vehicles previous, I believed the dealer would do the best job. I guess I was wrong, the service I received here was better than good. It was top notch from beginning to end. If you want a good job, go to Classic City Body and Paint. Thank you, Wayne and Nathan. I could not recommend Classic City more! Nathan & the whole staff went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth & easy as possible! Set me up with a rental & had the rental dropped off & picked up at the shop so I didn t have to coordinate rides. I would highly recommend Nathan and his team. They are very friendly and they go beyond what is expected. They offer rental services while they work on your car. We ran into a few bumps in the road since my car is a Pontiac and very hard to find replacement parts. Nathan kept at it and my car looks good as new.

Don't waste your time even going in there. I wanted to have a few very small dents fixed. They said that it was too much hassle and they were too busy... they were very nice about it but it's a body shop for crying out loud..... I thought that's what body shops do is fix very small dents they must want only big money insurance jobs. I offered to pay $3,500 and he said that's not even close to what it's going to take..... I was thinking of offering 4,000 because I want to get it done.... but instead I just left very frustrated and mad upset and angry......

Choose it. Now As most people know, I am a firm believer in supporting your local businesses. This place is a prime example why. Not only are they one of the best around for jobs big or small, they are family owned and operated and routinely give back to the community. They perform work that they take pride in, and always treat me like a valued customer. Auto body repair is a true art form, and one they have mastered. UPDATE... now on third repair they have done for me. If there was a six star option I would choose it.
