I'm going to have a vacuum issue checked out .i was very good friends with the owners father Denny. Denny was a really great guy!.!.Hard working.Raised a very nice family.I am giving 5 stars for EXCELLENCE SERVICE before i even have anything done to the unit because i know they do OUTSTANDING WORK.The vehicle i am having worked on does not belong to me, it belongs to a friend of mine . Im driving it because the heat stopped working and i did not want them to have to barrel all around with no heat in the winter time.Cheers....... !

Our truck broke down 2 days before a holiday weekend and the wonderful employees at Barron's were gracious and got us our truck back the day before the holiday. Employees are very nice and helpful. Thank you for helping us in our time of need!

Brought my van in for what I they found out was an alternator needing to be replaced. They were quick in finding the issue based on my description of the issue I was having. They worked in my repair. Even though I did not have it scheduled in their calendar.

I commute from Fort Wayne to Auburn for work and started having trouble with my vehicle shortly before getting off the highway. I am not familiar with any automotive repair in Auburn and stopped at Barron's only because it was a few blocks from my office. Even though they were booked for the day, Barron's managed to squeeze me in and get my car repaired that day. I am so thankful for their swift service otherwise I would have been stranded in Auburn at the end of the workday!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I absolutely have to say that this place is amazing. After spending a month and having the go around with the dealership that I bought my truck from Baron's looked at my truck for me and even though he gave me bad news, he was honest from the beginning and I can respect that. I would recommend Baron's to anyone. I had them install an alternator. The alternator failed again months later. They worked my car in within hours to troubleshoot, to verify the defective alternator. After verifying the part was defective, they had it repaired before 8am the next day. They not only did they warranty the parts, they replaced it not charging me any labor the second time. Couldn't ask for better customer service!!! Thank you

Had my car towed there... they looked at it for me at a minimal cost. I didnt end up fixing it and they gave me time to arrange for a company to come pick it up for scrap. Very nice staff.

My 17 year old sister in-law called to have her 2007 Ford Taurus Ac Compressor failure diagnosed. They called her back to let her know it'd need replaced, and that it would be around $2,000 for them to do. Called around a few other shops myself for her, only to be quoted multiple times under $800, at lowest $675, at a local competitor. Make sure you know what you're talking about when you call, seems these people are getting greedy and tried to take advantage of a young girl. But of course they'll tell you they have to charge what they do to pay their employees. Absolute shame.Service: A/C installation & repair

Excellent service! They were able to get me in the same day I called. They even went out of their way to drop me off at my house and pick me up when my car was done so I wouldn t have to wait there. That was very much appreciated! Definitely would recommend!

We love Baron s!!! They are wonderful, and don t jerk you around or over charge you like the dealerships do. We are repeat customers and will continue to be. They explain everything wonderfully and don t do work unless you ok it. Great place, great people!

It s not easy to find a repair shop with mechanics that you are able to trust but look no further. These guys are the most honest I ve found and always have a great price for repairs of all sorts. Each time we ve taken our vehicles in for service we have been completely happy with them. Highly recommended!

Had the same mechanic for many years, but finally had to find a new one. Barron's was recommended to me. Took my car for an oil change to try them out. Been going back for all my car needs ever since. Fair prices and honest service.

My car was dead this morning. I was able to get a jump start and took it to Auto Zone to have the battery checked. They said the battery wasn't in great shape, but because of the model of my car, they wouldn't be able to change it. I called 4 other places in town and none of them could help me until next week. I called Barons and John told me that if I could drop off my car, they could try to take a look at it today and see if it was a minor fix. After dropping my car off, John called me an hour or so later to give me an update, just after lunch my battery was changed and ready to go! Barons really saved me today and they didn't make my problem seem like a burden like the other places did. I'm so very grateful that they got me back on the road today!

I own Furthmiller Motors in Auburn, just a few miles down the road from Barron's & we send most of our cars that need work to them. They are always kind & helpful with all of our needs & their prices are always reasonable! Not to mention they are family owned & operated so we always know who we're working with. Because we are a small business too, we love the personal feel that Barron's creates. I don't have a bad word to say about them!

Over charged me on diagnosis, said my vehicle was fixed, stalled out on me 3 times on my way home. Then they said it would be another week before getting it back in. My money was refunded but I won't be going back. Hourly rate their is $95 an hour. They charged me $147.50 for 1.5 hours of diagnos labor. Do the math it's$98.33333333Service: Engine repair

I am a regular customer of Barron's. My son took his car down to them last week to check brakes and muffler. They checked it over, and said neither needed replacing at this time. And they did the check at no charge! Not that easy to find folks who do business like this anymore.

Very good place to take your vehicle when you need routine maintenance done. Very honest and reasonable prices and honest opinions on what you need done and what you still have time to have done. Very good place to go when you're, like myself, and are on a budget.
