My wife and her parents were stuck 3 hours away from home when their car overheated. Her stepdad walked to this store. They went above and beyond and proved there are still great people willing to help out. This happened this past Saturday evening dec 2nd. A huge thank you for getting my wife and her parents back safe. Anyone reading reviews wondering what parts store to go to- this is the one. These guys are great! Literal lifesavers.

I'd like to know why they can do a diagnostic for free but it costs me a 150 bucks to take it somewhere for them to tell me the exact same thing.

Great place to buy car parts, oil, filters & accessories, for cars 80 years old & newer. If they don't have the part, some employees know where you can find them. I suggest you stop here first if you need auto parts.

Only giving this place 1 star because you can t pick zero. I had to get a new battery here a few months ago. I m not sure of the fellas name, but he let someone who DOES NOT work there help him with my battery because he couldn t get it. Whoever the guy was tightened my cables way too tightly. Now I m paying 300 dollars to fix their mistake. When I called the manager was extremely kind and helpful, but doesn t reverse the troubles I m dealing with because of it. I would take your car elsewhere.

I had a check engine light come on, Ginger at the Auburn location ran a diagnostic on my vehicle found the source of problem. I asked her about my antifreeze since I was there. She checked it, also my oil and windshield washer fluid. She went above and beyond to help me. My antifreeze was low. I rely on a walker to get around, she was so kind to take my money, purchase the antifreeze and pour it in for me.

Scraping ice off my window i managed to brake the blade adapter on the drivers side. stopped at Advanced Auto in auburn, explained i was on my way to pick up my grandson and if they could help.they quickly pulled an old part of and wiper blade they had recently changed and sent me on my way. Picked up my grandson on time and Advanced auto gained a new grateful customer Thanks guys

I went for a battery for my car. The computer said they had 1 in stock but they couldn't find it anywhere. They were able to find another, far more expensive battery for me. The salesman was very helpful, though, and put a discount on the other battery to try to get it closer to the price of the one I had originally chosen.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. One even admitted he was wrong.. which mechanically inclined individuals find really hard to admit. Prices vary sometimes the deal is here others it's down the street.

I went in to the store this morning to buy wiper blades. As the only customer in the store, the only visible employee at counter did not acknowledge my presence while he was on the phone, even to say "I'll be with you in just a moment." After waiting a few minutes at the counter he was occupying, I decided to take my business to Autozone. Normally I buy wiper blades at Advance Auto Parts, but I'm glad I went to Autozone this time. The service and courteousness at Autozone were much appreciated.

Buddy of mine ordered rebuild kit for the cylinders on brake caliper, even explained it to person he was talking to on the phone I picked up parts drove out to him because he has no way to get anywhere. They ended up giving them the calibrator rebuild kit with the clipse and all. I picked them up in Auburn he lives in Wolf lake I feel bad for him but they don't have the correct part not even in kendallville another auto parts store does and kendallville but I've already wasted a couple hours I got to get a refund on what I picked up. It's always best just to go ahead and order online then you know what you're getting nine times out of 10 guess is sort of my fault I didn't check but then again it was already in a bag

Easy website to locate wiper blades for our CR-V and when I picked them up Ginger was super and installed them for us.

Needed a new battery, they installed it for free. Would have been in and out in 20 minutes except for a 10 minute search for the socket that fell off putting the battery hold down back on. No it wasn't a 10 mm socket lol

Got there at 745 to pick up my brake pads and no one was there. When the lady did show up she laughed about it. Cancelled my order and will go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.
