This is a wonderful business to work with! We needed several ways of moving people around on our family farm wedding day and they really gave us a great experience with the golf carts! Their customer service was wonderful with adjusting to our specific needs! We got 2 large Golf Carts : (1) 6-person and (1) 8-person.

Has a nice selection of golf carts, both new and used. Lots of parts available, if you're into more of a DIY thing.

This place used to be great but has new owners who are extremely rude. They were renting carts at a recent event I attended. They complained about the event, the customers, and how hard they had to work. I rented a cart, which I now regret giving them a dime after how I was treated. They wouldn't take reservations. They cut the day short on Sunday and required the cart back by 4 o'clock when it was 6 o'clock the other days with no price discount. They didn't bring near enough carts and only had carts with one seat and they only allow two people to ride. They also charge $15 for every 10 minutes you are late returning the cart. I wasn't late but just a warning to anyone who is. It was two older women and they should not be the face of the company, both are completely unprofessional and disorganized. They had many other complaints from others also. They said they likely won't be back to the event and that is a blessing to all. Beware to anyone renting a cart from them. I doubt they will be in business very long with this level of customer service.

My experience buying a golf cart through Joel and his team at Indiana Golf Car has been fantastic. I purchased a 2014 Club Car from them, and they have been attentive to every need I ve had during this process. Their sales process was very relaxed and friendly. They let my wife and I thoroughly test out several carts before purchase, and they were very helpful with all questions and concerns that I had.After purchase, delivery to my home was quick and convenient. Joel has been very prompt and helpful in responding to all questions that I ve had. They are quick to handle any issues both before and after purchase. Awesome customer service!I feel great about purchasing through Indy Golf Car as I have no doubt they will tend to any and all future needs.Highly recommend!

Little late to post my review .purchased a used cart a year ago and all went well. Had a issue with the controller right after purchase and they were on it immediately and swapped it out for a new one. Would definitely recommend

We have been dealing with Indiana golf car for approximately 10 years. They have built me a new golf cart from the ground up and they used to work on my old golf cart. In my opinion they are the best of the best and the prices are well within the average price market. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and quick to help you solve a problem. I cannot say enough good about Joel and the other staff. Definitely a two thumbs up business!

5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH !!!Outstanding service from the front desk, sales people, and mechanics. If you are looking to buy a golf cart or your golf cart needs serviced, DO NOT waste your time with any other place (I tried). Big time service in a small town. Thank you Indiana Golf Car, you have a customer for life.

I had an awesome experience here! The owner was very helpful answered all my questions and is quite knowledgeable about golf carts I will be coming to them first when it s time to upgrade my golf cart Or buy another one thank you

Your driver who just left Westfield Tire came speeding down Jersey street. If I ever see it again me and him will have words. He wad going so fast and his trailer was rattling so much from the speed he couldn't hear me yelling at him to slow down.

Rentals run well, But most of them are Quite dated/old. Only have some newer ones. Website pictures and street view should be updated. Otherwise the prices are great and they always run well.

My car was about out of gas And they Really saved me from a tow or a 9 mile Long walk to the Nearest gas station!!! LOVE THEM

Drove for 25 minutes talked to the boss about what happened to the cart got the parts came home put parts on running fine
