The team at Lonsbury were incredibly kind and helped me get back on the road after some car trouble on a trip. They got me in last minute, and did a great job with the repair. Some of the kindest team members, and one of the best car shops I ve been too!

Had to have car towed, bad battery. Fortunately they did other work, brakes, etc., that I had been wanting to get taken care of. Did work in 1 day and delivered car to my home that evening. They explained everything before doing the work. Very courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, great waiting area, extremely friendly. Absolutely loved the online and printable results of the service from the mechanic. With pictures even. Even though its a 50 minute drive will definitely be going back.

The communication was top notch. They sent a full vehicle inspection with some suggestions of things we should get done without the pushy sales. They sent a video of the inspection with a description of the problem they uncovered. It was super affordable compared to their peers. I wish they had a Fort Wayne location.

They quickly got my car in for a routine synthetic oil change. They were very prompt, thorough, and professional. Price was amazing as compared to the dealership! Also appreciate all of the complimentary refreshments in the waiting area.

I paid 230$ to have my vehicle totally looked over and I feel they only looked over the things I mentioned. They missed that my fog lights didn't work. I just feel like I got taken by this place. This day where we all are feeling we are taking advantage of by the taxes, ect., I guess I would just hope if I pay such a high amount to have my vehicle looked over I'd expect every aspect of my vehicle wouldn't be missed. I called them the next day about it and they did offer to look over my fog lights for free but at that price I shouldn't have to point these things out.

I m always very satisfied with my experience at Lonsbury. It s a nice comfortablewaiting area and friendly knowledgeable staff. They are very up front on costs and always call if there are any issues.

They got me in on time for an oil change and did a system check that was helpful. Gave me options to consider without pressure to have more done immediately. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not many mechanics/shops that seem to want to help people. Even with a relatively new person at the front desk things ran very smooth. Front desk service very welcoming, the mechanic took time to explain what was going on so I could understand it. Definitely switching to you all. Thank you!

Had to get an alternator replaced. It was after hours, so I had to leave the car there. The communication the next morning was very quick and car was done the day after. Great customer service

Before I ever heard of Lonsbury, my car stopped running and I was wondering why but I decided to take my car to Lonsbury and as a Trine student I got a discount and got it taken in with my ignition switch not properly working. About 2 days later the car was fixed and when I found out that my car was done they gave me a ride to their garage.

While I'm quite capable of most basic maintenance there are jobs I choose not to tackle when that time comes I trust Lonsbury to do the job for me. They take extra effort to document and photograph the repair process.

My car was having problems and I took it to Lansbury garage and they took care of it I also had a few other issues with the car that I did not know about they called and let me know what was going on with it and I asked them to fix that stuff as well and they did when I got my car back it was like driving a brand new car I would recommend everyone to take their vehicle to Lansbury Garage they will do a fantastic job. They were so so sweet and even though there were some miscommunications ( mostly on my end because I have no idea what s wrong with my car) they got it fixed and working order! Super amazing team and I ll never let anyone touch my car every again !! :))

I ve never been more impressed with a business.We were 1000 miles from home (literally) when we required their help.They went way beyond anything a customer could ask for or should reasonably expect.Although the repairs needed were expensive and substantial, I never once felt taken advantage of.Give this shop your business, you will NOT regret it.I d give them more stars if possible, they were that good.
