Waited for forty-five minutes when they said that it would take twenty. My mom went back to where the people were working. The fix (replacing a sideview mirror) was done and the people were just talking. They pretended not to notice my mom. She told the guy to pull it out. Finally, he did, but only after she said something. Terrible. Almost a half an hour longer than told. Please don't come here.

The first shop had my truck for 4 months, put over 200 miles on it, gave it back to me with panels that were loose, not aligned, missing parts and defects in the paint. Tried to tell me they didn t have the hood off when the picture of bird droppings running sideways says they lied. Hope they didn t have my entire truck on its side!!! They didn t address the issues until I called USAA and filed a complaint. The second shop promised to get it right!! They fixed a loose panel, installed a single mud flap, swirled the entire driver side paint and said they ordered the parts that were supposed to be in months before. They said they would call me as soon as the parts came in ( parts like an interior door panel and sun visor), these parts should have been ordered 10 months before. I didn t get a call for a few weeks, when I called, they were confused because they thought my truck was completely finished.In short, if you want your 60K truck abused, paint swirled, months of frustration, poor quality work, horrible customer service, lied to, and forgotten (even as a veteran) then this is the place for you. So far I have found that they are very customer oriented. And they have been very honest with the timeline. After I receive my car back I will be able to critique there repair work. At this point I'm happy with them.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I received daily updates on my car repair after hitting a deer. They kept me updated on delivery of parts and the repair process. My car was done two days ahead of schedule and looked perfect. They did a great job and even let me know how to care for my car to prevent any damage to the new paint. The repairs come with a lifetime warranty. I definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass!

Do not take your vehicle here if you want it fixed correctly. Michael didn't access the damage to my vehicle correctly from the start so we had to reopen the claim two more times with our insurance. He totally missed damage to the mirror and said a chip on the rear door was a door ding so our insurance denied the claim. So we got our vehicle back without all of the damage from the accident fixed! If the damage would have been accessed correctly from the start there wouldn't have been any questions on the damage that actually was from the accident. Not everyone is out to get something for free, I just wanted my vehicle back the way it was before the accident.Service: Body & Trim

Friendly and courteous staff. They were actually a lot easier to find information out about what was going on with my vehicle than my insurance company was. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the option offered to receive text message updates wasn't really all that useful. Ended up having to call or stop in to find out what progress had been made on the estimate.

My drivers side door was hit while parked. Insurance claimed this was the place I needed to go. I brought my car for a week and had a rental when I picked up my car the window of the car still doesnt work and the front door that wasnt even hit lock stays down . The first day I got it I got stuck in the car unable to get out. I brought it back in per the person on the phones request... they wanted me to leave their for half a day. I live 40 minutes away and was 9 months pregnant. I would of had to get another rental just to gethome or sit their for hours for them to fix something they should of.

Made a quote on a Friday later in the business day they were great very knowledgeable and polite seemed very interested in helping me. The following monday I went in and they got me set up for an appointment it was a month out because they're so busy but I can live with that.

Truck/deer collision October 2019. Had an issue with the A/C 6/2020. News owner's took care of my issue and FAST!Washed my truck too! Nice

I recieved an estimate in February and I must say the service was not only pleasant it was preside and to the point the estimate was made and as this is my first time ever taking a vehicle in for repairs I was sure what to expect nor how to handle it the man told me with the new parts I may not be able to fix my vehicle I then got up and walked out the door not knowing that I was supposed to set a work order anyway so I thought I was stuck paying for damage that someone else caused to my surprise the insurance company of the person that hit my vehicle called me again to see why I didn't set a date for the repairs to begin so in all the confusion I finally have a repair start date thanks to everyone involved in the matter great place to get honest estimates and wicked service.

Hit a deer, they fixed my car but the headlight wasn't right afterwards. I wasn't happy so I took it back and they corrected the problem and buffed out a scrape on my back bumper. Overall a good experience, with very friendly people.
