Our van broke down on a Friday night (alternator went out) and these guys went above and beyond to help us. We have a larger family (8 of us) so they brought a van along with the tow truck. They also searched the surrounding areas for a mechanic shop that would be open on Saturday. Once they found one, they dropped off our van there, contacted the mechanic for us, and made this crappy experience a little bit better for us. We appreciated all the extra help they gave us. The tow guys were great and friendly as well. The only reason I removed a star is because of the extra $85 we had to pay for the van. That's pretty expensive for one van ride. I mean what choice did we have? It was pay the $85 or stay out in the cold. Anyway, thanks for the help guys.

They provided oil changes for our cars. The service was prompt. The staff is friendly and efficient. The price was great and more than reasonable. They checked the vehicles over completely for possible problems, like worn brakes and tires, etc. They even washed my wife's car! We highly recommend them.

We unexpectedly got a flat tire in a snowstorm today, 10 hours in to our 14 our trip. Even though we were stressed and upset with how things went, Bills was easy to work with. They remained in contact with us & state police to make everything happen as quickly as they could. The gentleman who helped us was social & knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

When your car breaks down and leaves you stranded on the side of the road, I can't recommend a better service provider. From beginning to end, tow to repair, they made every step of the process as simple as possible. Even after a small glitch (the repair was misclassified in this system, thereby delaying things), they rectified things with a professionalism and speed that was top-notch. Their response to the glitch impressed me more than if things had gone perfectly. It's how a company behaves when things go wrong that shows their true character. While I hope you never end up stranded on the side of the road, if you do, I hope it's near them.

Tanner came to our aide, and was so professional and kind! They had to tow our vehicle, so the shuttle came to pick us up. Their main concern was our safety and they got us to a business that could take care of our tire.We thought their service was top notch!! Thank you so much!

Do not take your car to Bills. Several years ago we took a car to them to get the tie rods and struts replaced. Without communicating with us they took it upon themselves to replace the alternator. When we returned to pick up the car Eric told us "we can put the old one in but you'll be stuck on the side of the road somewhere." How do I know the the original one is going to be put back instead of some random one? Even after that we took our new vehicle in last week after having trouble shifting out of park. They replaced a switch below the gear selector and when we got the car back there was a warning light that said Key System Error. We immediately took the keys back in so they could look at it. After sitting there for another hour and no communication I asked Eric what was going on. He told me they were still looking at it but the light was on when it came in. It was not. There was a small black box the mechanic forgot to plug back in and left sitting in the passenger seat. Eric tried to sound like a hero by saying they were going to fix it for free. Your mechanic broke it so damn right you're not going to charge us for it. My girlfriend asked if their shuttle service would be able to drive her to our house 3 minutes away and pick up her son to take him to work at the McDonald's right next to Bills. When Marissa went to talk to the shuttle driver she told the driver my girlfriend was being pissy. Very unprofessional. They act friendly to your face but they think you're an idiot and have no problem lying to you. They also ran half a tank of gas out of our car in the time they were working on it. Why does the car need to be running to replace a switch and troubleshoot a warning light that has nothing to do with the engine?

If I could make it zero stars I would. I will never ever take one of my vehicles to this shop. Who ever fixed my vehicle didn t even bother replacing my under body plastic that was obviously broken along with the radiator support which caused more damage to my vehicle when it was a insurance claim job to begin with. I Spent twenty minutes on the side of the road ripping out what little bit of plastic that was left out from under my vehicle so I could actually make it home. Not really enthused right now. Glad I didn t get a flat along with the rest of the damage that happened while driving down the highway. I should have just fixed it myself. Glad to know that I am going to have to shell out more money to pay for the stuff that should have been fixed to begin with.

GREAT SERVICE OUTRAGUS PRICING I GOT STUCK 2 FOOT OFF THE ROAD 1 MILE FROM THERE SHOP WAS CHARGED $ 157.00 FOR A 2 MIN TOW !!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND USING SOMEONE ELSE AND I WAS NOT TOLD THE PRICE UNTILL AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF I OWN A REPAIR SHOP IN FORT WAYNE MY TOWING SERVICE WOULD HAVE CHARGED $ 85.00 TO ANY CUTOMER FOR THIS SERVICE. $7.00 WAS FOR A CONVINCE FEE FOR A CREDIT CARD WHICH I PLAN ON FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE SECERTY OF STATE !

I had a 32' RV that blew a wheel bearing while on I69. After doing what I could to be able to move the trailer I contacted Bill's as they showed to be the closest.I talked to Gary who told me that he would do his best to look at it if I could get it there. After a very slow trip alongside of the xway we made it.I actually expected a rather long wait but within 45 minutes Gary managed to get it back to his tech's who started to work on it right away.We were back on the road in less than two hours from when we arrived and with a service bill that was totally acceptable and appreciated.We are totally grateful for the awesome service that we received from Gary and the staff at Bill's Professional Towing and Repair.S. While my son & I were traveling from Pennsylvania to Washington state, the alternator on our 2004 Camry failed. We were so . fortunate to have found Bill s Professional Towing & Repair. They were able to replace the alternator with a quality NAPA unit & we were back on the road in no time. The personnel at Bill s were so kind & professional. They truly exceeded my expectations. This garage is top notch in quality and customer service! Our van broke down at 10 pm on the toll road and Big Mike came out and helped us out and had us back on the road before noon the next day. Extremely friendly and professional, exactly what we needed when we needed it. We had critical brake failure on a road trip to Wisconsin on the highway near Angola. Bill's was recommended as one of the best places to get local professional service done to get us back on the road. We limped the van to Bill's the following morning and by 9:00 AM it was on the lift and being looked at. The repair was complex and required the replacement of two badly corroded brake lines inside the frame rail. One of the Techs, Gavin worked on it for the better part of the day and got us back on the road safely to reach our final destination. The entire staff was courteous and professional and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the need of professional auto service in the area. Thanks!Service: Brakes

Bill s Towing is top notch and will definitely be added to my phone list for any road side emergency needs.A seemingly simple trip to Ft. Wayne as I ve done for years turned into a nightmare resulting in needing a tow truck and less then 24 hours later we were back on the road.Bill, Ashlie, Eric, Chris & Justin our drivers went out of their way to make it happen. I locked my keys in the car. Don came out and got it open then helped me deal with the anti theft issue when I couldn't get the alarm to go off and start the car. They're in my contacts now! Call Bill's!

Great company. They were very courteous (dispatcher was super friendly even knowing I woke her up calling so early, sorry!). Driver was great, pricing was very fair. I own a towing company myself about 1000 miles away and from a professional opinion, very great company!. My little sister was traveling back home for the holidays when her battery died after stopping for a few hours. Bill s took great care of her and if ever needed again, they will have our business. Thanks again!

AAA sent Bill s towing to help us out recently when we broke down, while traveling with our elderly mother, and I just want to say that they were excellent. The driver made sure that we well taken care of and brought us to a nearby repair center that he was familiar with. The phrase Trust God, fear nothing was never more true. Thank you again, we made it home safe and sound.

Got locked out of my truck. , was told by roadside that bill's professional towing would arrive in 60, they ended up arriving in 10! The gentleman's name was Mike. He couldn't have been more friendly. He was able to get my freightliner popped in under 15 minutes, which is not easy. very friendly service!
