My son bought a 19 Ford f150, it had a check engine light when he drove it which we informed them of. They said they see what it was and fix it. My son picks the truck up after signing papers, and the check engine light comes on when he's pulling in the driveway. He calls service and they tell him there was a problem with glow plug 3. They knew that when they sold the truck, bit just deleted the codes and hoped for the best. Now the turbo is bad also, after they had him drive it for 2 weeks while they could get it in. I'll give them props for fixing it, but just be honest when selling the vehicle and avoid these issues. Sales department can't be trusted, service department is somewhat better, but still shady.

Bought a car not even a week ago and had it looked at by an auto garage, turns out the cars serpentine belt is cracked, the break fluid is absolutely poor, transmission fluid is low and likely contaminated, engine is leaking oil, air filter has a chunk missing so it is not working properly. Heard bad things about them and tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately everyone was right. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Service men at the Angola location did their very best to mend my problem with my wipers to hold me over until my appointment date. Very nice of them to go beyond their required duties to help me when I didn t have a scheduled appointment yet! Problem is fixed in a timely manner, they were able to have the warranty cover the part, and I received my vehicle back in the same, clean condition.

We arrived unexpectedly in Angola on our way to Chicago with a car that was exhibiting some transmission trouble. Although the crew couldn t cure the problem (we needed a dealership), they were the nicest people you could want to meet in that situation extremely helpful and kind. And yes, we survived the trip and found a place to stay when our Airbnb canceled on us. Thanks to all.

They open at 8am but you can't test drive until 10am.... Some people have jobs and can only look at vehicles early in the day. Very disappointing!!!!
