Worst parts store in town..people dont know anything..Always get wrong parts.3 people working and standing there talking while i stand at register waiting to buy something and they jus looka ta me and look away 3 times so i finally walked out

Love the place. Staff is very friendly helpful. The only issue I have with AA is their phone system. When I call, the call never goes through & when asked told the phone hasn't rang. Sounds like a network problem that the workers don't have the authority to request the phone providers to fix the issue. Seems to me that AA could be losing money to their competitors because not all consumers are aware of the problem & call the competition to get their auto needs taken care of. Most customers usually need their parts when they call. In today's economy many do not have the luxury of fixing a problem before their vehicle breaks down.

I was out of town on a business trip and our vehicle has trouble starting. I sent my wife to Advance Auto Parts store and she was helped out with a new battery purchase. The staff then installed the battery at no cost for her. This is one reason I am a returned customer. Superior staff as always. Job well done and comparable to noneThank You Advance Auto for your excellence.

Went in for some new wipers, Jason approached me two steps into the store! Helped me choose some good wipers and made sure I was topped off with wiper fluid. GREAT SERVICE!

I just had the best experience EVER at Advance Auto Parts. We are 3 women traveling from Illinois to Maryland when we started having issues with what we thought was the battery. The General Manager Mr. Jason Knapp was amazing! He did some tesrs and told us exactly what the problem was.Mr Knapp is Very helpful, knowledgeable, and even had concerns about us driving back in the dark. He went above and beyond! He is definitely an asset to the company.

I came here about a week ago trying to figure out what was wrong with my car and the employee came out in the pouring rain with a test light and helped me check my fuses. Poor guy lol they also have free battery testing. they're really great I love this place they're always so nice and helpful especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about cars its great I can always count on them. They have good prices too from what I've gathered they're cheaper then the other stores.

Came in in a emergency situation. Not alot ofknowledge, but I can help myself if I need to.this was a issue i could not handle. On the phone, i was dismissed but also told to come from down the road. Didnt seem to enthusiastic given my situation but he did help me a bit. After I was told it was what it is, it was cold I couldn't start my car so I sat down inside to get warm. I asked questions about what I needed to do and tried to understand it so I could get the car home. The woman I spoke with gave me the impression that she could not only care less but refused to help me when I litterally needed instruction not someone to hold my hand! When I asked questions about the product I needed she ignored me and at the register was dismissive. Horrible customer service, that one guy excluded bc he did help alot. But that lady was rude, and her customer service skills lacked. I went in asking for help and did not feel like I was going to have any. One star. Will not be going back.

This is one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. The staff lacks knowledge not only on the products, but on the business processes. Purchased products online that were the wrong part, my fault on that. but when they did the credit they couldn't apply it to the order, then issued the credit, and charged my card again. When I tried to explain that the charge was on my account, and showed them, they stated it wasn't enough proof. Horrible service, the sales person that screwed it up won't admit to it and now I have to go to my bank, or small claims court.

Have had jeckyl and hyde interactions, most of the employees are very friendly but several have been quite rude. So though I always frequented Advanced everywhere I've lived, I'll check prices online and head to AutoZone or O'Reilly's first of they're comparable.

New computer system needs some work, ordered parts 2x in the last month and they were completely wrong. Not the store staffs fault but pretty aggravating overall. Took about 45 minutes the last time I was in there to straighten it out because the register kept crashing and they would have to start over. The first part order that was wrong the part number was the same online. Also their online system checks parts for dunworths carquest in Fremont and says everything is out of stock. They generally have parts in stock, So it seems pretty useless overall.

One lazy employee with no knowledge of car batteries. Went next door to competition and they replaced my battery. Employee Andrew said my Alternator was frying my battery and refused to change my battery. Tried selling me an Alternator when it was not bad! He was just lazy!!!!

Great people. If you have junk batteries I'd suggest taking them they will give you a gift card for $10 for each battery

Came in today to purchase battery for car fob. I had always shopped at Advance Auto in the past. I should have turned around and walked out as soon as I entered the store. NO EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A MASK.
