Awesome experience. Very smooth, we dropped our car off after hours for 2 tires and alignment, and got it back next day. I highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Im done with this place, my charge was 612.00 today for some brake service on the rear only. Left me still needing an alignment, with a driver side tire leaning in neg cambered, said they could do it for a lot more money. Nice people but they get that money, don't let them fool ya !! I pulled in with a flat and my newer car has no spare. Middle of the afternoon and they were very busy. He apologized and said it would probably be two hours. The mechanic went out into the parking lot in the sun and changed it with a new tire and I was in and out in 30 minutes. And for a lot less money than what I expected. I would rate them higher than five if I could. Awesome shop!

I took my truck somewhere else to brake check they wanted 570.00! Saw all the great reviews online. Had my appt this morning and I will never go anywhere else! They were very nice gentleman very honest! Took hour and my truck was fixed and it wasn't even close to what the other place wanted! I am already spreading the word! Thanks for the great service!

I needed a four wheel alignment and though it took just a little over a week to get to my appt. I dropped my suv off first thing in the morning on my appt day and they were calling me a couple hours later to come pick it up. It drives better now than when I drove it off the lot! Really quality work. Worth the wait for sure.

I always go to them. They are trustworthy and very polite. Nice people for sure. I lived in Anderson for 5 years and they were the only mechanics I would diligently take my car to. If the problem wasnt fixed (which it usually was the first time) they have no qualms taking another look to remedy the issue. Their price for oil changes are amazing as well. Beats walmart by a landslide.

These guys were so nice. I was told by the dealership that I needed to have the breaks on my truck done..took it T&J, and they told me my brakes were only worn to half life...saved me over $400 this trip! Thanx guys, you're the best

They did a great job in taking care of my cars needs as well as squeezing me in for an appointment last second. Their staff was extremely friendly and their prices were reasonable.I am a fan. Definitely give them a try!

These guys were wonderful. I was just passing through town and needed new brake shoes on the front of my truck. They worked me in to their schedule and I was there less than 2 hours. Very good people!

I work downtown Anderson. Almost my entire office uses T&J and we've never had a bad experience. They've always been very helpful and communicative throughout the repair processes I've personally gone through. I'll be back.

Great place to take your car for repairs. The staff is friendly and professional. My starter was going bad. They got me in the morning that I called and had it done before I got off work. I'll be coming back in for future repairs.

I am new to the area and T&J was recommended to me. Turns out the business has worked on friends' vehicles for decades. T&J quoted me one price, but when I paid, the bill was actually lower than the original quote! T&J also recommended an auto-body place as well. I will continue using T&J Tire & Auto Service.

Took my truck there for an alignment and paid about $150 just to pick it up and get it back to my shop and for us to notice that the caster camber was so out of whack that the top of my tire was leaning out almost an inch I took it back two days later and the guy called me a liar and tried to charge me $50 for a realignment and said when I brought it back there's no way It left like that. After the realignment I left and not to my surprise my truck would pull from the left lane over the crest and into the right lane and take me off the road. Upon asking them about it AGAIN the guy said no way that there was a pull in it after they did it they drove around the block and it drove just fine. I have a complete new front end including hub bearings tie rods the whole nine. so after a brief argument with him and no attempt to even look at it I took it to another shop and to a comedic surprise the first thing the guy said to me was that "it didn't look like it had been aligned at all" it was completely out of whack! So with no choice I had another alignment done and! spent less than I did the first time. Now my truck drives perfectly straight, perhaps better than a new one.. Now I'm not here to say anything about anybody but if you read this then you can decipher whether or not you should take your vehicle there.. I have gone to T and J Tire for over 5 years. The staff is very knowledgeable. They are honest and let me know the cost of work before doing it. I highly recommend them!

I've recently used TJ twice. Both experiences were good. Issues repaired for reasonable prices. Desk staff very helpful.

I live in the neighborhood of T & J Tire. They really feel like neighbors. Every time I go in, they bend over backwards to help me. A couple of times they referred me to someone else who could do it quicker, because they were too backed up.

Horrible! I went there for an oil change. The tech stripped out my oil pan and tried to say it was already like that. But it was brand new and this was the first oil change since it was put in a couple of times before. My regular tech said that he had checked it over before installing it and knew that it was good.And since he had now stripped out a brand new oil pan, he had to put a different plug in there to make it work - which he charged me for. I will never go here ever again.

We ve been customers at T&J for twenty years or more. They have taken excellent, reliable, and affordable care of all our vehicles. We wouldn t go anywhere else.
