I had a nail in my car tire and they patched it for free. While we waited, they offered my son and I our choice of drinks from a minifridge and the remote to the TV. Great customer service. Others waiting also seemed truly pleased with the establishment and the workers.

If you are in need of tires and beautiful rims, RNT Tire Express on Satterfield Rd, in Anderson, Indiana is where you need to go. From the time you walk in and the time you walk out, you will have a smile on your face. Can't afford tires? Np problem. The lady in the Finance Dept will help you through that and if your credit is not up to par, she will get you out and sign a few documents, you will be on your way. These are honest hard working people. Just like we are. They understand you don't always have the money to buy tires. But,if you've been turned down before. Just call and make an appointment, let one of the expert team members, show just what they can do for you.I highly recommend this Tire Store. You will be glad you made the choice like I did.

the RnR in Anderson, IN has some of the most incredible employees I have ever met. I would never allow anyone other than those employees to ever work on my Jeep. They are very thorough and make sure all issues and concerns are explained to you in detail before starting the repairs and once repaired they cover all work done with you so you know it was done right the first time. They are the very best of the best in the automotive industry.

Everything from start to finish was easy, payment was easy.Everyone was nice and friendly.Anthony was able to help me with a refund on a part i no longer needed and it was quick and convenient! Thank you! Will use them again for future tire needs

Both times I've done business with RNR Issac has helped me tremendously! You tell him what you need and that's what he will get you. I will keep doing business with RNR as long as Issac or salesmen like him are employed there.

My husband called on the 20th to get prices on a tire he needs replaced. Her name was either Sharon or Sherry that answered. She said the sales team was busy, but took down his name and number. He hadn t heard back, and called again. Sharon/Sherry answered again and said they were still busy. 2 days later and never returned a phone call. We have gone here a few times and had great experiences, unfortunately we had to go elsewhere because they have been too busy for 2 days now.**You asked for me to email you, I emailed you before writing this review, no one ever answered me. In the end, it doesn t matter now. We went elsewhere that wasn t too busy for us and had enough respect to call us back.

Stopped here with a flat tire on my drive to Michigan from Indy. Isaac helped me get the tire I needed and I was back on the road in under an hour. He was very kind and accommodating- top notch service!!! Could not recommend this place more. Thank you Isaac!

I had a bad experience at the place in Kokomo.Sales rep reached out and I told him what happened. He then gave me my quote and asked me If I would go to the one in Anderson, I told him I would let him know. So I went to the one in Anderson and what a great experience, I was greated when I walked in the door, they where so nice, keep me informed on what was going on with my Trax. Jenn and Brad I hope that is his name, so nice and actually took time to talk with me.I would go back to them in Anderson..not KokomoThank yall so much

Previously my experience here has been pretty good, however my last visit there has drastically changed my opinion of them and ruined all trust I could have in them. I went in to have my tires rotated and asked that they just check my break pads as well while they re working on it. I wasn t planning to buy break pads from here because my normal mechanic is always priced cheaper but I just wanted to know if I needed new break pads. The guy came back and said I definitely needed new back break pads and quoted me almost $500 for them. I think they even had a rotor on the quote as well but I can t remember for sure. Said I couldn t do that day but will work out my finances, he was cool with that but said I might start noticing some squeaking or grinding coming from them soon. I took the car to my normal guy and quoted me $200 but when he went to go replace them he came back and said the break pads were only half worn and still had plenty of time left and there was no reason to replace them now! RNR tried to scam me out of $500 for services I didn t need! Do not trust what they say and always get a second opinion!

I want to personally thank everyone at RNR in Anderson! They have went above and beyond to take care of me. Definitely going to cause me an insurance claim with all the necks I ve been breaking

Only went there to put air in the tires... Which was free and worked great! Addition, went and bought new tires for my yukon... they were very helpful and wanted to make sure we were happy.... great customer service and quick with the swapping of the tires.... all around a 5 out of 5.

Great looking store with friendly and helpful staff. Just opened (June 2020) so they are receiving more and more inventory but already have lots of tires and wheels instock to choose from.

I love this place and it's employees whom were very helpful and got me exactly what I was needing. Which were 4 new tires, and rims, for my 2015 KIA SOUL.I had heard nothing but good things about R&R TIRE EXPRESS here in Anderson Indiana so I decided I might as well go check the place out after work as they are open till 6 PM and I'm working in Muncie right now and am I ever so glad I done so.I was attended to as soon as i walked through the door and after telling the gentleman what it was I was needing, saying only that I'd prefer some black rims (my KIA'S white ya see) it was not long til he was done researching his data base and had found the best set of tires and rims for my car.There were no "HIGH PRESSURE" sales techniques used, I never felt that I had to choose the set he recommended. Truth is, the tires and rims he ASK me if I liked were so dead-on for my particular vehicle that I didn't hesitate to answer in the affirmative, nor did I ask to see others (there were others to be had) as the rims he pointed out to me had already caught my eye.This place offers some great services free of charge or at some very reasonable prices (such as unlimited WHEEL ALIGNMENTS for the cost of a single ALIGNMENT for instance) they also offer ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE Etc....Best of all the down payment was quite reasonable as is my payment plan. That's right folks R&R TIRE EXPRESS finances (4 months same as cash) the tires and/or rims they sale.I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT "R&R TIRE EXPRESS" AND JUST AS HAPPY WITH MY NEW SET OF WHEELS

Terrell was very helpful, polite and professional through the entire process. I lost my lug key and was on the rim. Luckily they were able to get me set up with a new lock, key and tire. Great experience.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I went in for my son and myself and both times was a great experience. We were helped by Anthony and he was amazing. They explained everything in detail, they listened to us about what we were looking for and helped us find the right tires/rims. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing tires and or rims. I would give them a 10 if i could!! Thank you RNR Tires for the help and making so easy, fast and professional!! Thank you Anthony for the great pick on the rims!!

if I would have left a review on day one doing business it would have been 5 ...but...I have come to learn, they only care about the customers that they are cashing out on that moment. A tire we had purchased and put on at RNR that was still under warranty had a damaged valve. We called ahead, was told by an employee that goes by TV to come up, and he would get it taken care of. we arrived, talked to TV, and showed him the damaged tire valve. we then waited two hours before asking for our keys, because we watched multiple vehicles go in, and out, and some that arrived after we did. when we decided if another vehicle went into the garage that had arrived long after us before our car does, we were getting our keys and going somewhere else. When I requested my keys, I was told "my bad, that vehicle that just went in was a project they have been working on." At that point, no explanation was needed, they had to search for our keys that were probably misplaced continuing to push our ticket back. When they found our keys, and handed them to us, they asked us if we still wanted the valve fixed. frustrated, we decided, and went to tire barn on Broadway, had a jack under our car within 5 minutes, the valve was replaced, and was told good to go at NO COST within 10 MINUTES. We gave Dakota at Tire Barn a $25 tip, and thanked him.I have my own business, my wife works management, so we understand things don't always go smoothly, but communication is key, and following up on warranty items so customers that have paid, continue to do business, and send business to you, are just as important as the ones spending money in that moment.Also, this part is on me for not doing my research, so do your research on the tires you're getting, before signing a deal to pay overtime. In the end I paid thousands for a set of $600 tires,...I understand interest over time etc., but it's outrageous what you get for what you're paying. for a little more than what you put down. you could likely purchase the tires, and take them somewhere to get put on for way less $$$$. I thought I was getting something special...lol. Live and learn, and then spread the knowledge; because knowledge is priceless.

Initially thought it was a great deal with the 4 months same as cash. Until we found out they added almost $200 in fees for services that were supposed to be free of charge when we went to pay them off. So we paid $700+ for a $500 set of tires. Next time I will be going elsewhere and getting a good set of tires for that price.

My used car came with balding tires, and with prices as they are it was too expensive to replace the full set outright. I chose RNR because of their financing option and was pleasantly surprised with the speed and transparency of their service. The associates were friendly and open, there was no pressure to buy unnecessary products or services, and they began servicing my car as soon as the order was confirmed. I waited no longer than 40 minutes after the paperwork was completed, and the work was finished soon after the payment was finalized. They even replaced the lug nuts because they were over torqued and swollen at no cost. Their prices are a little over market, with their full term financing potentially doubling the cost, however their service and convenience more than makes up for it, so I can't bring myself to dock a star for it.

I received in-and-out, same day service from a knowledgeable, professional staff. We needed a new set of tires for my wife's SUV. We had an idea of what we were looking for, but are in no way tire experts. Luckily, they had a great selection in stock, but were also willing to order anything specific if need be. I got some great tires at a great price with no hassle or haggling. Isaac took great care of us!
