Leesha H. and Chuck P. were both very helpful and knowledgeable with the process of getting our car fixed. Everything went smooth and car was back to us in a timely manner. I'm very appreciative of the quality of service and explanation of the details on what needed to be fixed on the car, along with car being as good as new. I would recommend Riley and Sons Collision.

These guys are super!! I'm 66 years old and I have managed to get here with never wrecking my car so that it was undrivable. The dead dear on 35 between Richmond and Muncie changed that. Ran over it in the dark after somebody else hit and killed it probably 10 minutes earlier 2 weeks ago.Eric kept me updated on the progress and I got her back good as new! I guess there was a lot of deer ick he had to clean out of there. Personally, I wouldn't do it in anything less than full surgical hazmat gear. So hats off to the guys who had to do that! She was all cleaned up, smelled good, and drives as good as before. Thanks!!

Sketchy - 45 days to repair damage from a rear end collision. 30 days rental car insurance coverage seems reasonable, but these clowns went 50% over that. Currently in litigation with at fault insurance company for $8O0+ out of pocket rental fees. They left junk parts in the bed of the truck sitting outside for a month, didn t bother to clean it. Their tire subcontractor ruined a $400 rim - they say not their problem - do not recommend at all. Absolutely Sketchy

Great place with top notch customer service. If companies want to know how to build their base and keep great customers, please see what Riley and Sons do and are doing for their clients and customers. From the time I walked through the doors greeted by a very kind lady to receiving daily and accurate updates and status on my vehicle, I was kept informed and stayed happy. They did an excellent job on my car. They cleaned my car inside and out. My gas tank was filled too. Wow, a great place to take your car to get tlc and to put you at ease. My name is Alicia A. Angie is truly the Queen Boss of all things Riley and Sons. We have had to bring our Jeep back a handful of times from a car accident, and this company has taken care of every need intentionally and purposefully. Now we know why Progressive has them as a certified business, because they truly put the customers' needs first. Thank you Angie and team!

They did absolutely incredible with my car, got it looking like it did when I first got it! Kept me informed every step of the way and got it done super quickly! Made sure absolutely everything was working and in order. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Communication about the progress of the car came in daily text messages. The staff was super nice and professional. I received the car spotlessly clean, they even cleaned the interior!! I would highly recommend Riley and Sons, the are a stellar group!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The staff was so very friendly and made my experience so much easier. I believe it was Penny that I spoke with the most and she is so nice . I was looking for her when I got there to thank her,but the other ladies said she left at 430. Greg was also very nice.

The ladies inside are very helpful. My car wasn't scheduled for estimate for several weeks later. But my truck was busted open and the put crash tape all on the back end to cover the open trunk so the rain and snow couldn't continue to deep into the trunk and ruin the carpet. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also empathetic of my being unhappy with the time I had to wait to get service. I have not been in to have service yet but will rate again after I have had that experience.

I need work on my car so I checked the price here. I'm going to try to find something cheaper. They've done work for my ex before and they do great work, but I'm trying to not spend much.

My vehicle was completed sooner than I expected and in perfect condition! I was updated daily via text messages. My vehicle was washed and vacuumed, returned cleaner than how I left it with them. Highly recommend!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I absolutely love Reilly and Sons! Someone hit my car at Community hospital and did not tell me. I brought my car into Reilly and Sons and they looked at the damage and ordered my parts. Once the parts arrived they called. A rental car was there waiting for me. The communications was great not only with ordering of parts, but also scheduling, rental car, calling me when the car was almost done, and calling me when it was completed and how much I owed after insurance. Ladies at the front desk were nice and pleasant and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them. Oh and bonus . They completely detailed the inside of my car. It was beautiful when I got it back! I never had a car place do that before! I am one happy customer!Service: Body & Trim

We have used this business now for several repair jobs. They have always been wonderful. This time unfortunately we hit a deer. It fractured the fuse box under the hood and stopped the vehicle from starting. It was a very difficult job with respect to electrical and part availability was difficult as well. As usual Riley and Sons did a wonderful job.

**edited, after finding how much ive had to correct and how much overspray is over the entire vehicle, i cant recommend them at all***The pickup date was moved back 3 times before it was finally done, one of which was done last minute.Exterior Badges were put on upside down.Severe Overspray on the grille.Different grille was used without informing me(orginal part was discontinued so ordered what they could get).Found loose fender bolts.Hood was never realigned.Some pinched/damaged wiring was never fixed.Turn signal bulbs installed backwards.Gave me a quote on non insurance related work only to call back and request more money (they didnt look at the part provided when the quote was made up).Cleaned the interior with what smelled like vomit spray that lasted a month or so.Aftermarket gauge in the interior quit working while there (assuming the battery was not connected correctly or just a timely coincidence?).I dealt with two different gentleman who didnt ever really know what the other one had said concerning my vehicle, and the place seemed overly busy so that might explain that part of it. But my issues have more to do with quality and completion timeframe than anything else.Some of the issues i pointed out immediay on pickup were noted and told to come back to fix, but with the amount of time they had my vehicle and scheduling conflicts with techs only there during the week i decided to fix the issues myself.Once again for the average person who doesnt care much im sure the work is fine, for others who have an eye for detail, id make sure you voice your concerns up front..

Friendly, professional, helpful staff. Our collision damage was minimal. Happy to report that the car looks like new again. Very pleased.

Best place to get your car Fixed. They Wont Release your car Until the Job is done and your car is Drivable. Nice, friendly staff. Hot coffee or Cold water for free while you wait. Pretty restrooms in case you Have to go. Love this place. I Hoghly Recommend!!!!

I will start off Angie s communication and updates were amazing. However the lady that works the front desk not so much. I feel like I was expected to leave my vehicle and take a chance that Enterprise had a car ready for me. I have a large family and kids in car seats I needed a vehicle that sat 6 people with 2 in car seats. During my check in process several employees were complaining how Enterprises was messing up all day and and sharing their frustration with one another. I was not going to leave a vehicle to take one that would not fit my family. I would have simply rescheduled until I could get one. The lady that worked the front desk was difficult and kept saying you ll need to talk with them. It wasn t till a manager came out because I was just going to leave that she called. I had to wait almost an hour because they didn t have one but waiting on one to get an oil change. She then continued to make comments under her breath the entire time I was waiting for Enterprise. The repairs seem to be fine but the paint job is subpar at best. They did not blend the paint in. It s definitely noticeable where the new paint is. Honestly it s not the end of the world but they request reviews so here it is.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They messed up the suede on my front seat hey I want to know if they do that it can't be fixed and it's a 2017 I mean everything else about it is brand new but I can't fix this piece of suede and it only cost them like $983 to fix the van and I they charged me my $500 deductible and the insurance $1,800 and then called the insurance and said there's more wrong with it so they got another check which I don't know how much it was for got another check so they did great work though they did do great work I just I think I'll look for someone else if something else happens. But overall they did do a fantastic job on the body work and I'm really pleased with the outcome they did a great job and looks great the repairs are great I have no qualms how about that whatsoever staff was very friendly very nice.
