Team member was sitting on a tote, playing on his phone while customers was in store. He had to get help of other team member because he was having trouble showing disc brakes on rear of my vehicle.

Andy at the 53rd St store is great. Friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. That store almost always has what I need if not they get it within a day or two. The store on 10th and Scatterfield was the total opposite. Unfriendly, acted as if I was bothering him, wasn't very knowledgeable of parts or what they were for.

Gentleman I spoke to on phone was helpful, However I did find products pricey and not knowledgeable on any on the spot mechanics. Have to say AutoZone on mounds road went above and beyond I got my parts half of what O'Reilly was quoting and AutoZone employees and manager took time to set up a mechanic to work on my car for a very reasonable price right in their parking lot. Not saying O'Reilly is a bad place by no means just not for me.

Five stars and I didn't walk out with the part I needed. Huh????? I did walk out with a part number of the part and a couple of places to go to find what I needed. Its that outer ring of service that earned five stars. There are many parts stores, all have computer systems and lot of parts in house and long hours for convenience. He could have said sorry don't have it, good luck, have a nice evening. Nothing wrong with that....but he didn't, he went for the outer ring of service. And I got my part... five

When I first got there, both employees were on the phone, which was fine. What was NOT fine is when the first one got off the phone, he looked at me, and waited on people behind me. Now the second employee who waited on me was professional and very friendly. If I go back to this location, if the older man is the only one at the front, I will walk right back out.

The staff members are very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the selection of items that they have/had in stock. When I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm friendly hello and is there anything that I can do for you or help you find? I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts.

They match any price. They will install parts on your car if they have time. They put in the bulb in my headlight, and the battery in my key thob a different day.

They took returns with no problem. The staff was hospitable and welcoming. They solved all my automotive problem. My truck was scanned and they provided answers as to how I could fixy own vehicle for my cheaper than a garage.

I don't know why but O'reilly is not what they used to be. My mechanic ordered my parts this morning and they failed their commitment to have them out with today's deliveries. My mechanic contacted David, who then promised to contact him as soon as he had the part which came in a little after 2 pm. David did not contact as promised and my mechanic called but nobody answered. So then I called. I spoke to David. He said he had been too busy to contact my mechanic and confirmed that nobody was answering the commercial services line. Keeping commitments is important. My mechanic is closed tomorrow, which I was scheduled to work. And my mechanic will finish my repair Monday, which I was also scheduled to work. David cost me two days of lost wages because he couldn't keep his commitment. Thanks!! I'll be going somewhere else for parts.

I have been purchasing parts, a lot lately, for a Ford truck I just bought. Oreillys typically has everything I need in stock. There has been a couple of occasions where they haven t. And last Friday, 7/13/19 was one of those days. The guy that waited on me was courteous and helpful. So far, everyone I ve dealt with there (1019 S. Scatterfield Rd Anderson, In) has been, except for today (7/15/19). I was told on Friday that I could pick up my part by 11:30am on Monday the 15th. So, after work, I go to pick up my part, a good 2hrs later than when I was told I could get it. I get there, and the non helpful female behind the counter couldn t find my part, and then proceeded to talk to one of her coworkers about not being able to find my part and that it might not have been checked in yet, and it s setting in a tote that another coworker apparently owns by the way they were talking about how they weren t checking it in or getting my part because it would somehow offend or hurt the other coworkers feelings. So the female and her extremely rude, obese coworker decide that I m not getting my part, even though it s in the store, and they know where it is, and even though I m there to pick it up, they re not touching it. Unbelievable. I work in retail myself and I know all too well about totes. I also know all too well about customer orders and at my place of employment when a customers item comes in, we check it in immediately and call them to tell them it s ready for pick up. I didn t get anywhere near that level of service, nor did I get an apology for my part not being ready even though it s been in the store all morning and still not ready for me to pick up, even though it s paid for!!! I m extremely displeased and upset over the treatment I received from those two. If I treated a paying customer the way those two did, I likely would be fired, or at the very least written up. I m now considering spending my hard earned dollars elsewhere. I was a LOYAL Advance Auto customer for decades. I chose Oreillys because you have the parts in stock that I need. After today, I may just go back to Advance, or just spend my money at an online retailer. Very disappointed and very upset over this treatment.

I just went there to get some help and the worker was on the phone talking about his personal vehicle while I stood there 2 minutes waiting to get help. So I left.

The alternator went out in my motorhome as i was leaving town. They had the part and the guy that worked there even put it on for me! Took him like 10-15 mins. I'm sure had it been in a tough spot he wouldnt have been able to do it for me but he saved my trip and my bilfold. Got me right back on the road .
