I've been using these guys for many years when we don't have the time to wait for parts bought online, Alexandria branch has some knowledgeable staff that are very helpful and if they don't have the part you need that day they can have it delivered to their store sometimes that afternoon if you show up in the morning most of the time the very next day. Stores always clean and well staffed.Other than the high price of the convenience of getting your pay that day i can't think of any negative experiences here.

Well in 22 years I've never had a bad experience at O'Reilly until now. So I'm not knockin them as a company but these specific 2 workin today Monday Oct 30th 2023 at 6:30pmish had not a clue what was going on. The kid sounded like he needs more training and the older gentleman I'm not sure even knew where he was at, at the time. I could break it down for every little detail I'm not going to. To sum it up it took about a half hr maybe a little less to buy a starter and a tow strap being the first person in line. They didn't know how to check if it was in stock, couldn't find it. 2 ppl came in behind me and told me that them specific guys sold them both wrong parts. They definitely need more training. Both are very uneducated in automobiles and the way the store operates. I give it a 2 star because the store was clean

The last two times I went in for parts I got the same guy and he knows little to nothing about parts. This last time I had to step back to my car to get my phone so I could tell him the engine size and as I walked in he was asking another associate to take care of me, because he didn't want to. The other associate told him to take care of me and as he returned, I told him to forget it and went to Auto Zone.

Poor service. Don't know if it's like this all the time. They used to be better. Jon was at the counter working, Megan was at the counter but unwilling to help customers, Brad was in the back doing who knows what. All I needed today was a push button on off switch. I asked at the counter if they had any. Jon replied, "I don't know". After which I wasn't offered any help. I asked if I could get help finding one. The answer I got was, " I don't know if we have one", from Jon. Still I was offered no help. Maybe I'll try AutoZone or advanced auto parts.

Had an issue returning a windshield wiper that was missing parts n wanted 2 exchange it out but was told without receipt they couldnt n I even gave them phone number 2 look it up n he was very rude n said wasnt under that number but a different store had no issues finding it for me. He was just ready to close store even tho still had 10 mins 2 go.

Use to be a great place to go with great customer service.Now they have new staff that are very rude & disrespectful.The last 2x times I went there in the last week same rude staff didnt say hi when i walked in or even acknowledged me,i was having a difficult time finding the supplies I was looking for no one offered me any assistance & was being staired at constantly by this new staff member never once asked me if i needed help.It made me & other customers uncomfortable it was very strange so i left.They did not say bye or anything to me as i was leaving.They just lost a good long standing customer I will NEVER go back there again.

Been to this oreilly two times...the first time i asked for a bubble brake line and had to get it myself from the back room...i always call ahead and get my parts ready to make my visit faster. Never a problem anywhere else. But the person who helped was rude and said we dont put back parts for cusomers. Then when i mentioned finding the part cheaper because they always price match. They told me the price was a online price only. Horriable serice. This is why i use 53rd st.

James that works at the store on Raible Avenue in Anderson, Indiana needs a pay raise he's a very helpful and nice individual who's very upfront and honest about automotive problems.

O'Reillys Auto Parts came in at under 4 stars only because of their consistency. The service and knowledge in each of their stores varies widely.
