Had a flat, was able to get to Daleville exit on I-69. Called AAA, and Northwest was on the way very quickly. Jeremy was great, gave us a couple of options, got our situation resolved, and we were on our way. Very good representative for your Company.

The beginning of my experience was rather a pain. Trying to get a tow. I was told one time it was a few later. Jeremy backed that big tow truck straight back in this driveway that was super long. Van was in a peculiar spot. My friends bf says no way you will get that tow. Jeremy did. No hesitation. Very friendly Definitely helpful considering it was a long tow. He definitely deserves to be Appreciated n a raise or bonus.

Jeremy in truck 50 was absolutely AMAZING. He went above and beyond to help me. He took great care when loading up my car and towing it. He even assisted with getting my car where I needed it at home.

I was in a single car accident. I do not have full coverage. I live in the country. I was less than a mile away from home. I walked home to get my truck to pull the car out. Shortly after I got back the cops were coming as well. So they had me talking to me about the accident, taking a report. After we were done with the report I said I'm about to pull this car out. The police said we already have tow truck on way. The tow truck driver said he would not tow it to my house. The tow truck driver would not let me take any of my belongings out before they took it. I called the tow company the next day they said I owed $500 to get it out. The car was totaled I would have to have it towed back home. I am on disability. I have no money to get it out. Or towed home. So I asked if I could just get my belongings out and they just keep the car. They said if they keep the car they would knock off $ 100 and I would still owe $400 before I could get anything out of it. My friend's birth certificate and social security card is in my glove box. That's not even mine!

Needed an emergency tow tonight on the side of 69, in the midst of the chaos I just mapped the closest towing company. called at 6, and asked the dispatcher if my finance me and my dog could be towed to the nearest exit. she was amazing, confirmed and said a driver was be route within an our. We waited, and within 30 Mins the driver came, was able to just change the spare with power tools and got us going by 6:40. Couldn t be more thankful for them. Great service and the driver, was awesome. Really recommend them.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I truly believe they are doing shady business. Maybe not always but sometimes. APD had my truck towed to their yard after an accident. I wasn't really explained any other options. I was at their yard next day and had already spoken with my insurance etc. While there one of their tow guys specifically told me to make sure I released my vehicle as well as my insurance company. I spoke with both girls in the office that day. They handed me a paper to sign. I signed it, got my things out of my vehicle asked if I released my vehicle the one girl said yes and I was happy and left. I then returned a second day to get something else out of my truck and took pictures etc. Again asked the same female worker in office if I released my vehicle so insurance can have it picked up. She reassured me that I did. Come Monday morning I believe maybe Tuesday I speak with my insurance company because I received 2 mechanics liens from Northwest Towing saying if I didn't pay a few thousand dollars and pick my truck up by a certain time they would auction it. It hadn't even been 3 days. So when I was speaking to my insurance company they said the tow yard would not release my truck because I would not allow them to. UGH. So I drive down and the same female employee looks me dead in the face and says no. You did not release your vehicle for the insurance company to pick it up. Like really? You are going to tell me that? So I say I want it in writing and she says they have nothing that what I signed was to get my stuff out the car etc. So I am telling them I need something in writing why they put a lien and everything when a male employee finally writes on my ticket that it is released to insurance and she takes it and he ask if I got a picture then he hands it to me for one. Which I have everything on video. I also have a second encounter with someone else where they wanted 450 in cash paid upfront. Who walks around with that much money in their pockets? Anyways I will not use them anymore for any reason if I can help it and I shall worn everyone who took the time to read all if this!!

First and foremost, I respect the drivers for this company as I've always used Northwest when in need. However, I recently was in a car accident that left with me with one hand. I read a prior review and can relate to their situation, in hopes that future customers will find an alternative company.I went to the Northwest Towing lot in Anderson to retrieve my personal items as they are a necessity to me and my daily life, including; my phone, inhaler, and prescription medicine. I was informed by the staff that I needed to have my insurance company email them stating they were going to cover the current towbill, storage, and tow out before they would even release my property. I was in disbelief and was beyond upset.Shortly after speaking with the staff I requested to speak with the owner. I was handed his business card and was informed he was at the Muncie office. I personally have been in the tow industry for over 15 years, including, JRs Services & Recovery, Wards Towing, LCW (Last Chance)Towing, and I am the current owner of LMC Towing and Recovery.I then reached out to the owner regarding the issues and I was utterly shocked how he represented his company. He had a poor attitude and was clearly a cash cow ensuring that nothing was going to get released until the balance was paid in full. He would not only talk to me like I was his child but acted like I had no idea how police impounds work.Again, as a owner, you never know who is on the other side of the counter. If someone has medical issues, you don't keep their property from them including medications. At most, a property release fee could have handled situation. Instead, the owner insisted $580.00 for a car that was there for less than 12 hours. Clearly he is only in business with the intentions of helping his company solely and not the customer. Please be cautious when using this company because you can read the reviews and see what type of owner Harry Holding is. I hope that APD in the near future will release their contract and give it to a company that will handle accident tows and impounds properly.Moving forward I will never request any service from this company due to the lack of professionalism and business model. I hope this review will help the next person. I would strongly suggest using Garner's Towing if you are in Anderson.

I had a really good experience today with Northwest Towing. My truck broke down on Scatterfield & I called for help. The dispatch woman was incredibly friendly and patient with me. I did not have to wait long for the truck to show up. The driver was kind, helpful, and hilarious. I was expecting to have to wait for at least an hour but it was only MAYBE 25 minutes. Definitely saved the day. If I ever need a tow again, I ll be calling NW Towing first.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

Fellow truckers! Don't bother calling anyone else for your semi truck or trailer towing. Jason and their team are especially helpful and affordable. We were in a tough situation and Northwest Towing took the time to talk us through options that solved all of problems. They also did it faster than anyone else. Thanks for taking such good care of us!Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

Harvey, if I could give 10 stars I would! Our truck broke down (ball joint broke) on our way home from out of state. Northwest was sent out to help us and when I say Harvey is the absolute best, I absolutely mean that. It was 3am or later, it's always stressful when a vehicle breaks down but Harvey's whole attitude made the whole thing completely worth it! Very friendly and personable, sense of humor, and very professional! We appreciated the help but also appreciated his great attitude and service! Will definitely be telling people about him and our great experience! Keep up the great work Harvey! Thanks again so much!! Josh and Lori NicholsService: Car towing

I am the Fleet Manager for a critical care transport team. We had an ambulance break down in Anderson and I called Northwest Towing. They responded in a timely manner and towed our ambulance back to Indianapolis. I don't know who the tow truck operator was on 10/05/06, but I greatly appreciate his effort to get our ambulance back to Indy. I recommend Northwest Towing.Service: Long distance hauling

This review is LONG OVERDUE. My husband & I were traveling on vacation at the end of June 2023 when our truck broke down. We received EXCEPTIONAL service from everyone we came into contact with at NW Towing. They all went over and above to make sure that we were taken care of in a safe and diligent manner. We had to be towed back home the next day. On the tow back home, Chris was very personable and made us feel comfortable and safe. I can't say enough about the service we received. NW Towing took what was a very stressful situation for us and did their best to assist where possible. Thank you EVERYONE at Northwest Towing & Recovery for all the care and kindness you showed us. Northwest came to my home to jump start my dead car. Unfortunately that did not work mainly cause the battery was old. Good luck that the tech was able to replace the battery with one that he brought with him. Good thinking on his part. Gave me a price prior to installing and if that didn't resolve my problem he would remove it and put back the old battery. I had called my dealship to inquire what there charge was and the AAA battery that Northwest towing had was cheaper plus installed within 10 minutes. Great job!!! And CHEAPER!! Big thanks to Tech J#23.

While I was at Garners towing to get my bike out of jail I found my motorcycle to have a dead battery. (Which NEVER happens especially with a 10 month old battery). After paying over 1200$ in cash (I m sure to go along with fact that they didn t collect taxes). I asked for a jump so I could leave, but both the office person and driver said they do not do jump starts or carry a jump box on their trucks or at the lot. Interesting I am however VERY grateful to have called Northwest towing and that they came out to perform the jump start. So thank you again Scott for doing a job the community needs!Sincerely,Daniel DayA Retired Army Combat VeteranService: Battery

Walmart had my truck illegally towed and police wouldn t allow me to charge phone and call for help and was in a bad situation. Northwest allowed me multiple trips to get my belongings out and heading there to finish it up. Dylan was fantastic and very professional. I appreciate you northwest for allowing me to get my medicine and belongings before the court hearing with Walmart. I sure wish everyone was as caring as Dylan was to ensure I was okay and had my medicine. Thank you northwest and Dylan for understanding and caring about people. It s not always about money. My entire life belongings that I have left was in that truck. And was in allergic reaction when Dylan let me get my meds and stuff. It meant everything to me and my life. Thank you so much for listening to me and believing me.

This place is literally the biggest scam I got into an accident and broke my femur and not one time was I asked who or where I wanted my car towed too and then the car itself isn t worth 200$ after the wreck and they want 500$ for the car and 40$ a day and after 3 days it s 125$ a day this place is complete and utter highway robbery they need sued they won t even let me get any of my personal belongings out of my car

I got in a wreck 2 nights ago.and the officer offered to tow it there. They charged me $535.00 to tow it there. But the accident only happened not even a mile away from the tow yard...they also told me I could get my items out of the vehicle until I paid that amount.. it's illegal to hold the owners items of the car. And it's illegal to ask for money to retrieve my items as well! They have the right to have the car but NOT YOUR ITEMS!!!! Look it up! It's indiana law!

Nobody wants to call and have your vehicle towed. That being said, I needed a tow today. Called them up gave me a more than fair price and was there in a matter of minutes. Drivers name was Harvey and was very professional. Would recommend 5 out of 5.

Got to me fairly quick, the driver was very nice as well as helpful & knowledgeable. All the equipment was clean and looked to be in very good condition. The price was a little less than I'd expected as well. Will definitely be calling them 1st if I ever need a tow again.
