Want to give a huge shout out to all the guys and gals at Nick and B s for going over and beyond for me yesterday! I m still kinda new here in Anderson and looking for a place you can trust to work on your car can be scary. My boyfriend, who grew up around here, recommended Nick and B s.I just started a new job out here and had been putting off some serious work that needed to be done to my car. That night I started smelling burning rubber, and I started to panic. The next morning, on my day off first thing in the morning, I gave them a call and I spoke with Lindra. She was very empathetic and understood my concern s. They were already booked for the day, but she put me on hold to see what she could do. I spoke with Eric and he had me bring my car up so he could take a look at it. Well, by the grace of God, Eric and the team there at Nick and B s found a way to get the job done, all in the same day! Now my car drives better than ever and I didn't have to miss work! And to top it off my bill was way less than it would have been anywhere else for the amount of work they did!I now have a new place I can call home for all my cars needs. Not only will I be recommending them to family and friends. I recommend you do as well! Five star +++#familyowned #shoplocal

Mechanics have earned a bad rap over the years but Nick and B s has never steered me wrong. They re honest and competent. When my truck was bricked, they worked with me to get it off their lot.

I brought my car in initially to get things looked over. 1700 later I was good to go but would need to come back and get a new water pump that was another 500 i did not have at the time so was told I was good to drive until I could get the money. not even a week later I blow a head gasket because of a bad water pump. Now had I been informed that was even a possibility I would have found a way to pay it or keep it there until I could do something with it. So another 2300 later and my car still runs like absolute trash. These people made me come out of more money than my car is even worth when it never had to happen. They also did not cover the blown head gasket EVEN though i was told it was fine and never signed anything saying it was my responsibility since im taking the car(this should have been done because of the bad fuel pump, which i did not know at the time). I can honestly say I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Brought in my van to get it diagnosed. Shop was very quick to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and was great at communicating what it needed to be safely drivable again and how much it would cost to do so while trying their best to save me as much money as possible. They were incredibly up front and honest with me, and I really appreciated that. Will definitely consider Nick & B s again when I have any other issues. Thanks again!

The whole team was amazing . Eric is a great guy . He explained everything that was wrong with my truck down to the letter. He kept me informed and stuck to his guns on the price he quoted me. He is a valuable asset to your company. The girls up front were also very helpful.

Nick & Bs is the place to go! They replaced the alternator on my 2011 Chevy traverse (which is a lengthy job, i personally did it one time and never again!) I also had taken the same vehicle in before because I thought the transmission was going out and five mins later it was fixed! (It did t have oil!! ) their prices are good too! Took my car in to get a power steering hose replaced due to one of the hoses leaking. They replaced the power steering pump but not the hose that was leaking and charged us quite a lot. A few weeks went by and they called me. They wanted to make it right. So we dropped my car off yesterday and we picked it up today. It is now fixed and they were nice enough to do it for free. I just wanted to get on here and edit my review! Thanks Nick & B's! We appreciate the fact that you guys care enough to make it right with us! We will be coming back for future work!!

They replaced my radiator and overflow reservoir and did a flush and fill, charged exactly what they estimated, done in one day. It's worked fine. Good job as usual.

Brought my camaro in id just got it and they did a diagnostics and told me everything it needed got new fuel pump, control arm, back struts, coolant flush, brake fluid flush and harmonic balancer. Service warranty didnt want to pay for anything so they even offered to call the dealership and talk to them about helping with the bill. Ive been in touch with Jay and he called me every time there was any update and when the wrong parts got delivered he ordered them again priority and put me in a loner vehicle so i could get to an important appointment. Got my car back and it runs great. Price was low and the friendliness of the entire place was great. Clean shop, quick service. I even enjoyed goin over there a few times to talk cars and BS with em. Two thumbs up would highly recommend and if anything goes wrong with any vehicle ill be returning here. Called Nick and B's for the first time Monday, dropped off my truck Tuesday morning and the quote was for ball joint and wheel alignment. I could not believe the price they quoted was much lower than most other mechanic shops around. It is nice to see a business to do high quality work at a fair reasonable price. sorry to say but it was the worst vehicle repair in my life! First came in for two things: engine and generator service. Made appointment, dropped at 10, came back at 5. They forgot generator service.Means with freezing nights no heat, thanks. Finished next day but in evening generator won t start .Found 3 other things, battery tray rebuild (which they did), water leak (didn t find it but charged big for looking), airbag leak (which they started but could not finish within 5! days)My result: charged big money for poor work and bad customer service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Zach was an amazing help and my bill was less than quoted price. They got me in the same day and were very friendly. Didn t push extra things being wrong on me to fix right this second to make more money, which was such a nice change from most places. Paid these guys $2,000 to replace all my brake pads, rotors, calipers, and brake fluid on a Honda sedan. Their genius technician did not bleed my brakes at all causing all my BRAND NEW rotors and pads to be toast in less than 10,000 miles.
