Greatest auto shop I ve ever been to! They are so kind and really care about making sure you re taken care of! The staff are so lovely and knowledgeable. I will never go to a different shop!

This placed charged me $82. To change fog light bulbs on Chevy Cruze during oil change. This was less than a 10 minute job. Very profitable for them $500 per hour labor rate. Car was already on lift . They Got me on this job. I have done business here for several Years. But No more..

Nick's Auto Service came to the rescue when I was having car trouble on my way to Tennessee. The needed part wasn't readily available at any parts store, but Nick's Auto Service quickly came up with a solution to get me back on the road. The service was fast and efficient. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you're having car trouble in the area.

Called around everywhere to get the best quote, and they had the best deal in town. All my life everyone has always recommended them to me. Still holds true today, and can see why.

This shop is so unprofessional and rude. Had to go there multiple times after paying 3600 and the things that they diagnosed were wrong and my vehicle ended out worser than it was originally. Please make sure that you check the work they are charging you for.

We ve have had our vehicle in the shop twice in a week for separate problems and both times all the staff were fast, respectful, and always beyond reasonable price wise. Took my 07 Dodge charger to them because the water pump was leaking they said it needed to be replaced had the car for over a week then when I get the car back same Day leak in the driveway take it back to them for the second time someone comes out tightens up some things says it should be okay I leave for the weekend alternator goes out as I'm going through the hood I'm seeing a lot of stuff not screwed in not tightened up also they said in the beginning it would be 700 called around found different prices call them back told them I didn't want to do it I would take it to someone else that was cheaper and they bring the price down why wouldn't you just give me the cheapest price in the beginning didn't do a good job on my vehicle won't be going back it's still leaking have too many kids in school and classes to be working on cars there they don't know what they're doing

I am a heavy equipment mechanic and I am very familiar with what it takes to do good mechanic work. Nick s backs there work and does a top notch job. Every time I spoke with any of the employees there was a common theme of customer service and genuine concern for me and the vehicle. This is a trustworthy mechanics company and I Will recommend them to anyone.Service: Engine repair

I've taken my vehicles to Nick's several times over the years, and they've always done thorough, timely, quality work for competitive prices. The owners really care about their business and ensure that they have highly competent staff who provide outstanding work and service. After having dealt with a couple of really awful mechanics several years ago, working with Nick's has been wonderful. I give them my highest recommendation.

Price gouging, charging for work they did not do, charging for visual checks and passing them off as proper inspections, charged my girl $65 for brake fluid, came home there was none registering in the system even tho they themselves drained the lines. Don't go here they tell you it's one thing but once they get into it they try to add and add as much as they can on people who don't know any better. My girl dropped 1200 for nothing. SCAM

Had a major leak with my truck, they were able to diagnose it quickly. Once parts arrived, they were able to replace everything in one day. I typically work on my vehicles myself but this job was beyond my scope, Nicks auto service was able to complete the job quickly and for a fair price. Parts markup and labor charge were very reasonable. I will return for any larger maintenance issues on my truck.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My family was stranded here because of a blown transmission, they had a new transmission ordered & installed in just 5 days. They are so warm and welcoming there, we really felt like they cared about getting us back on the road and we didn t feel price gouged at all. We paid half of what we were expecting which is what we would ve probably paid back home. Thank you so much for helping us get back on our way :)

They are waiting on an engine for me that I ordered from a place I chose, that's still to be delivered. Delivery was to be a week ago initially and they've been very patient and have had to rearrange their schedules on our behalf. They came highly recommended by our long time mechanic that we trust immensely. Both their shop and our mechanic have "hand held" through this experience and I appreciate it. I'll revisit once the work is done, but so far, I'm nothing but APPRECIATIVE.

We were so very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work. The communication was excellent, and Darrin made every effort to work with his team to get my daughter back on the road soon. She was visiting from out of state, but it made a difference for us that this business went the extra mile for us to repair her vehicle as quickly as possible. Nicks is the best. Its always great. The people are amazing. They're honest and won't try to rip you off to make a buck. In the past they actually told me that they didnt think I should spend the money to fix something there because they saw that my frame was barely holding on together and the wrong bump could total my car. I had no idea. It saved me a ton of money to put towards a new car. Most places I'd been to in the past (places that claim to help and donate to others so seem caring even) would have done the work to make money and would welcome more work to make more money, and one place I'd been to actually kept messing with my car making it purposely run bad and even siphoned my full tank of gas, told me that it was on empty from test runs, but when I got there they'd forgotten to close the tank! But these people at Nicks are just awesome, honest, really friendly people, and in all honesty, I actually look forward to going in there and seeing them. I won't go to another now! My grandpa first told me about them, and he worked on cars and so I trusted his judgement. Now all my family that lives in this area goes here too and I tell my friends to check it out as well. After all the issues I'd had in the past, I'll never go to another mechanic if I can help it! They're amazing. Really some of the nicest people you will meet and they do fantastic work.

Had a great experience at Nick s. I took my work truck in after it failed to start. I called the big dealership in town first, and they had a 14+ day wait without even diagnosing it.Nicks got me in and out in less than a week, and fixed a braking issue that was missed on my oil change by the dealership.#quick #professional #knowledgable

My mother Dinah Abdulhaqq has gotten new windshield wipers and wiper motor installed on her 1998 Oldsmobile Silhouette, and from what she has told me, they did an excellent job doing so. I m leaving this review on her behalf. My stepfather Kwame Abdulhaqq has also gotten his brakes fixed on his 2004 Ford Taurus by them as well. They get me the best price on parts! Repairs are always done on day and time of appointment-- NEVER postponed -- sometimes faster than expected. People are always friendly and honest -- no hidden costs!! If they can not do work they recommend who can. I've been bringing my weary old Ford Taurus to Nick's for 10 years because they find the problem, let me know what it is, tell me how much it will cost to fix it and then with my permission they fix it fast and right. Also they have the world's best customer service!
